Abstract

Customer relation is one of the most important aspect of business as well as most neglected in the past. With the current waves of development and competition across the companies, it has become household discussion and major researched among other aspect of means of business growth. The paper qualitatively examine the excellent customer service and its implication on consistent and satisfactory service delivery. The study found that consistent excellent customer service delivery leads to high level of productivity, improvement in team work, effective communication, and increase customer satisfaction among others. The work also identified lack of commitment and indifference, poor team work, inconvenient access to support and poor salary scale for staff of service provider among others as barriers to an excellent customer service. The paper concluded by recommending amongst availability of dedicated staff to handle customer issue, strong team work, easy access to support and upgrading of staff remuneration for effective and excellent customer service.

Abstract

There were 17,768 cases of fires in Indonesia in 2021, with 5,274 cases of which were caused by short-circuit electricity. In early January 2022 there was a case of fire that occurred in the largest traditional shopping center in Kudus caused by a circuit of currents. The purpose of this study is to identify risks, compile risk ratings, and control strategies carried out in minimizing fire risk. Methods of retrieving data with observation and interviews using hazard identification and risk assessment checklist sheets. While the assessment method uses a risk assessment matrix. The results of observation obtained the source of danger comes from the condition of the building facilities and the process of activities carried out. While the results of the classification of risks obtained nine risks that can be the cause of fire in the traditional shopping center of Jetak Village and divided into 3 levels, namely very high risk level, high risk and moderate risk. Dominant risks that can occur such as short circuit of electric current due to cable use, cable conditions, placement of electrical panels in dangerous locations and excessive use of outlets. Mitigation measures that can be used are risk reduction by moving panel locations, using standard cables, applying the 5R rule and providing signs of danger at the source of existing hazards. From these results, efforts are needed to prevent and fire management, namely the provision of building safety facilities such as evacuation routes, gathering points and the provision of Light Fire Extinguishers.

Abstract

This study entiled the effect of Work (X1) and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Regional Personal Agency (BKD) of West Lombok Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Personal Agency (BKD) Office of West Lombom Regency. The type of research used is casual associative research with quantitative approach techniques. The data collection method is through the census method using primary data collected directly from respondents through questionnaires. Respondents used in this study were all BKD employees of West Lombok Regency, totaling 50 employees. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The results of the study show that : (1) Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. (2)The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The environment has a dominant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of Brand Image and Livestyle on purchasing decisions of Vespa Piaggio motorcycles in Mataram City. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach, taking a sample of 48 respondents which are people who have purchased a vespa matic piaggio in the city of Mataram. The results showed that the brand image variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is indicated by the t-value of the brand image variable (X1) 2.367 which is greater than the t-table value of 2,014. Likewise, the livestyle variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the t-value of the lifestyle variable (X2) 3.288, which is greater than the t-table value in 2,014.

Abstract

The development of fashion and fashion in the international world has caused many demands in society to update fashion constantly. The magnitude of this fashion demand causes competition among clothing manufacturers. This research examined the influence of product design and promotion on purchasing decisions for distro Terune apparel products in the Selong sub-district. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of product design and promotion on product purchase decisions in terune apparel distro in seong district. This study uses a quantitative-explanative method with the data source from this study, namely consumers who use terune apparel distro in seong district. The results of this study indicate that product design and promotion variables influence respondents' purchasing decisions with positive and significant results. The implications of this research provide input so that the Terune apparel Distro can maintain and continue to improve its product design and promotion, as well as continue to make improvements and innovations so as not to be left behind by competitors.
