Abstract – Voting is a term often used in elections and decision-makin in acommunity, agency, organization and country. This method will usually make it easier to determine the outcome and easier to agree on collectively. When an election is not in accordance with the agreement, voting can be used as a last resort. The election of the Chair of the Student Executive Board at STMIK Widya Utama is still done manually. Students who have the right to vote come to the polling stations then vote or tick the ballot papers and are collected into the ballot box. After the voting process was complete, the committee the began to count the votes. This study designed an E-voting application using the CodeIgniter Framework. This research produces a web application that can be accessed offline, has MD5 security and a more effective calculation so that this application can be accesse easily. This application also has qualified security in accordance with the benefits and purposes of research. In its development, this e-voting application applies the prototyping method which consists of several steps, namely identify basic requirements, develop initial prototype, user review and revice and echance the prototype. This application is tested using the Black Box Testing product test method which is valid and the benefit test is reliable. From the recapitulation of product test values and benefit tests, the highest percentages were obtained in the Useability and Efficiency aspects, namely 96.66% and 92.75%, which means that this e-voting application is easy to use and more efficient fot STMIK Widya Utama students.

Selection System Candidate Security is aprogram created to assist the selection process of securitycandidates. In the selection of candidates for securityguards, there is a phenomenon in which potential securityguards who do not meet the criteria can qualify. In thisstudy built decision-based support system that can assistdecision makers in solving problems that exist in theSelection Prospective System Selection Satpam based onexisting criteria. This research uses TOPSIS method(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to IdealSolution). TOPSIS is a concept where the best alternativenot only has the shortest distance from the ideal idealsolution, but has the longest distance from the ideal idealsolution. TOPSIS has many advantages including simpleand easy to understand, efficient computing and has theability to measure the relative performance of decisionalternatives in simple mathematical form. TOPSIS method iswidely used to solve the problem of decision making. Theresults of the research show that TOPSIS method can beused to help provide recommendations to select candidatesfor security guards and systems that are made to solveproblems in the ranking of prospective security guards.

Data riwayat dalam transaksi retail saat ini banyak yang belum di manfaatkan. Pada retail terkecil, meski hanya dalam jangka waktu satu jam terdapat minimal 10 transaksi. Maka dalam satu hari terdapat minimal 100 transaksi, dan dalam satu bulan terdapat minimal 3000 data transaksi. Hal tersebut tentu akan membuat jumlah data menjadi semakin besar. Apriori merupakan salah satu algoritma data mining yang digunakan untuk melakukan asosiasi terhadap produk-produk retail. Melalui algoritma ini akan ada pengetahuan baru bagi pemilik retail dalam melakukan manajemen data produk. Hal tersebut baik untuk pemasaran dan pemanfaatan probabilitas guna mengetahui prediksi dan klasifikasi tingkat penjualan dari big data riwayat transaksi retail sebelumnya.Saat ini telah ada beberapa penelitian tentang asosiasi produk. Namun dalam penelitian-penelitian tersebut data yang diambil adalah berdasarkan perilaku beli konsumen secara langsung. Sedangkan pada penelitian ini data yang dianalisis adalah perilaku beli konsumen secara daring melalui marketplace. Selain itu penelitian ini pun menghasilkan perangkat lunak berbasis artificial intelligence dengan algoritma apriori yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi bisnis pada era Industri 4.0 berdasarkan analisis perilaku beli dari data tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah melalui studi pustaka , FGD (Focus Group Discussion), dan dataset statistik pada marketplace, khususnya yang ada di Indonesia. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan-tahapan yang ada pada SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) untuk membangun sebuah perangkat lunak. Luaran yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini berupa publikasi ilmiah jurnal nasional, prosiding dalam pertemuan ilmiah , serta hak cipta. Perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini merupakan ranah perangkat lunak baru yang sedang didalami oleh komunitas riset dasar.

Manajemen keuangan merupakan salah satu substansi manajamen sekolah yang akan turut menentukan berjalannya kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah. Sebagaimana yang terjadi di substansi manajemen pendidikan pada umumnya, kegiatan manajemen keuangan dilakukan melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pengkoordinasian, pengawasan atau pengendalian. Beberapa kegiatan manajemen keuangan yaitu memperoleh dan menetapkan sumber-sumber pendanaan, pemanfaatan dana, pelaporan, pemeriksaan dan pertanggung jawaban. Tujuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola administrasi keuangan SMK Paguyangan menjadi lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat yang berbasis WEB Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Administrasi Keuangan SMK Paguyangan ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola administrasi keuangan sekolah menjadi lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat.

Application trends that require developers to create apps that can make content up-to-date whenever accurately makes developers search for methods that can make that happen. With the RESTful web service technology, applications now can connect to the global network. With the notation format support from JSON, result from data will be faster to load in the application and allows developers to recognize the resulting objects. First, creating a database to store content that supports apps. Then create the controller that is used for each API call on each required content. After that the app on the android device is made with the support of several libraries, namely Volley for calling API and HTML-TextView to convert content data in HTML format into TextView format on android device. This research has resulted that REST can be applied in this Guidance Application

The main purpose in this research is implementation understanding of E procurement also understand of supporting and E procurement obstacle factor in the pangkep district. E-procurement is an innovation in the use of Information Technology for the benefit of public services. Based on this, researchers are encouraged to try to explain the implementation of E-procurement in the Banyumas district. Amount of informan in this research are five people. type of research is qualitative with kind of fenomenology research which is focused on human living experiences. Collecting data technique are using observation method, interview and documentation. Data analysis using interactive analysis models. Research result refers to unoptimalitation of E procurement implementation in the Banyumas district. This implementation seen by the stage of the E procurement aspect altough appropriated absolutely unaccomplished. In accordance with the implementation exist in president regulation in article 107 year 2010 number 54. This can be seen indicator (1) E-tendering (2) E-bidding (3) Ecatalogue and(4) E-purchasing. Supporting factor in this implementation is strategy of loyalty provider whereas obstacles are divergents and postponement.

Today's world trading system has evolved to the online trade (elektronic commerce). There have been many people who purchase goods through e-commerce. It can be proved by Consumer Web Watch study which reported that 86% of internet users have switched to purchase traditionally into purchase online.Kaskus is ranked 251 in the world and becomes 7th most visited site in Indonesia. Therefore, it is needed for giving a prediction to find out what factors are shaping consumer confidence in Kaskus. Principle Component Analysis (PCA) is applied to select the irrelevant variables and to determine the magnitude of the correlation in order to group variables into the formed factors. This was done to provide information about any factors that shape consumers' confidence in Kaskus.

This research is to find out whether there is a difference in the effect of the utilization of Automatic Fish Feeder AT89S51 on the profitability of the business of mina's blessed fish farmers in Purbalingga district before and after using Automatic Fish Feeder AT89S51. The location of the study was conducted in the village of Cipawon, Bukateja sub-district, Purbalingga district on July 12, 2018 until June 22, 2019 with consideration six months before and six months after the use of Automatic Fish Feeder AT89S51. Hypothesis testing in this study uses paired t test (paired sample t test) and shows that the value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 <0.05 so it is said that there is a difference in the profitability of the business groups of blessed fish farmers before and after using the Automatic Fish Feeder AT89S51.

ElGamal as an asymmetric key cryptography system and Data Encryption Standard (DES) as a symmetric key cryptography system, both of algorithms will be compared using the time complexity analysis and computer simulation. The result of time analysis shows a different complexity for both algorithms, there is quadratic complexity for ElGamal Algorithm and Linear Complexity for DES algorithm. Input that is used by ElGamal algorithm is the private key, while for DES algorithm is the plaintext’s size. Based on result of simulation using a computer program, it shows a significant timing differences, ElGamal’s time execution is longer than DES. This is caused by differences of arithmetic operations that is used by each algorithms.

Inventory system on CV. Adicita Prayoga still uses a manual system, using paper stock forms. With this manual data processing process, there is often a difference and data duplication (redundancy) in stock of goods, so that data and information on the end of stock or inventory produced sometimes do not match the physical stock in the warehouse. Then on incoming goods transactions and outgoing goods transactions, errors in recording and archiving transaction data often occur, thus hampering the reporting process that will be given to management as material for consideration of company policies. System development in developing this application, the methodology used is the waterfall model. The stages in the waterfall model must be completed one by one sequentially from the initial stage to the final stage. The system that can support the stock of goods at CV. Adicita Prayoga is to create a stock application program for CV. Adicita Prayoga, so that it can facilitate data processing and stock items. The current inventory control inventory system is still done manually, therefore the author makes an inventory control inventory application system in the hope of minimizing the shortage of production raw material stocks and the accumulation of unused goods in the warehouse. With the use of a minimum inventory limit, the inventory and quality of goods in the warehouse can be maintained
