<![CDATA[Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) are business entities whose capital is wholly or substantially owned by the village through direct participation originating from village assets which are separated to manage assets, service services and other businesses for the greatest possible welfare of the village community. By using quantitative research methods. In this study the authors used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The tests used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2) and statistical t test with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of the partial test showed that the Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) has a significant effect on increasing the welfare of the community in Pematang Berangan Village, Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This can be seen from the value of the t count > t table and the significant level is smaller than Alpha (0.05).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of BUMDes Mitra Jaya Mandiri in increasing village community participation, the role of BUMDes in realizing an independent village, policies developed to support community participation towards an independent village. The research method used is descriptive with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the role of BUMDes Sinar Mulya is in increasing community participation through training, outreach and coaching, creating jobs for the community and fostering community business activities. The role of BUMDes in realizing an independent village is to improve community welfare through employment, grow community economic activities, provide easy access to business, and increase village original income (PADes). The policies developed to support community participation towards an independent Village are coordination with the BPD and the Village Government supervising the management of BUMDes, cooperation with the regional government and BUMDes business partners.]]>

<![CDATA[In the context of developing village autonomy, one of the strategies adopted is through the provision of sources of income. This strategy is based on the idea that a village will not be able to exercise autonomy if it does not have adequate funding sources, therefore the existence of BUMDes plays a vital role in strengthening the village economy. The focus of this research is how the role of the Syari'ah Kembang Setanjung Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in strengthening the economy of the village of Tanjung Medan, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative approach. There were five research subjects. The research instrument used was observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that BUMDes Syari'ah Kembang Setanjung plays a very important role in strengthening the economy of the village of Tanjung Medan, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency, namely in encouraging the development of community economic activities, increasing creativity and productive economic opportunities, encouraging the development of micro-enterprises in the informal sector, increasing the village's original income, increasing business opportunities and reducing unemployment to improve the welfare of the poor and as a Center for Community Economic Services.]]>

<![CDATA[BUMDes empowerment in this case includes the process of empowering development potentials that exist in the village that originate "from, by, and for the community" or in other words implemented in a participatory manner capable of carrying out development and increasing people's welfare optimally. The purpose of this study is how much influence does the empowerment of Kembang Setanjung Syariah BUMDes have on increasing the economy of the people of Tanjung Medan Village? The research used in this research is quantitative-descriptive research. The population of this research is 1000 customers and the sample of this research is 200 customers. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that there was a positive influence between the empowerment of Kembang Setanjung Syariah BUMDes on improving the economy of the people of Tanjung Medan Village. This result is indicated by a coefficient value of 0.879 which is greater than the rtable of 0.310. In addition, the value of Fcount = 2.367. While Ftable = 3.10 with a significance value = 0.023 <0.05. The Ho criterion is rejected if Fcount > Ftable with α = 0.05 (5%) with a value of 2,367> 3.10. The effective contribution is obtained from the coefficient of determination (R2) of 85.3%. So, it can be interpreted that 85.3% of the empowerment of the Syariah Kembang Setiajung BUMDes has a positive effect on improving the economy of the people of Tanjung Medan Village]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to find out the development strategy for Owned Enterprises Village (BUMDes) in improving the welfare of the community in Mahato Village North Tambusai District. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach descriptive method. Determining informants used purposive sampling technique. Informant Mahato Village Head, BPD Chair, community leaders, Mahato Village youth leaders, Agency Supervisor of BUMDesa Arwana Mahato, and manager of BUMDesa Arwana Mahato. Data obtained by observation, interviews and subsequent documentation studies Its validity was tested using source triangulation techniques. Data later analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Results research shows that BUMDesa development strategies are improving Community welfare in Mahato Village includes the first organizational strategy, namely the formulation of the vision and mission involves stakeholders and the programs implemented are appropriate with the vision and mission of BUMDesa Arwana Mahato. Both resource support strategies It has not been implemented optimally because there are still obstacles. Third program strategy Judging from the BUMDesa Arwana Mahato program, it has had a positive impact on the BUMDesa and for the people of Mahato Village. So, there is no BUMDesa development strategy yet completely carried out optimally because there are obstacles in implementation BUMDesa development strategy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the influence of BUMDES Mitra Jaya Mandiri Savings and Loans units on the level of community welfare. The research method is a descriptive survey of 400 BUMDes members of the saving and loan unit. Sampling used purposive random sampling technique, so the number of samples was 200. Data analysis used SPSS 24. The research findings revealed that BUMDes saving and loan activities had an overall positive effect on various indicators of community welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[The initial goal of establishing a Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) is intended to encourage or accommodate all activities to increase community income. The management of BUMDes Ijen Lestari in the economic and social fields has a positive impact on the village economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the economic and social impact of the Kembang Setanjung Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) on the welfare of the people of Tanjung Medan Village. The research approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The research instruments used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The subjects of this study were the village head of Tanjung Medan, the director of BUMDes Syariah Kembang Setanjung and the Tanjung Medan Village Community. Data analysis technique using IBM SPSS 23 software using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. As for the number of samples of this study as the object of research as many as 200 respondents. The results of the study show that first, the economic impact of the Kembang Setanjung Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) on the welfare of the people of Tanjung Medan Village has a with a calculated significance value of 0.032 and less than 0.05 and t count (2.212) > t table (1.6787) which means that the economic hypothesis has a significant influence on social welfare is accepted. Second, the social impact of the Kembang Setanjung Syariah Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) on the Welfare of the Community of Tanjung Medan Village has an effect with a calculated significance value of 0.000 and smaller than 0.05 and t count (5.811 > t table (1.6787) which means that the social hypothesis has an influence significantly to the Welfare of society is accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the Government's missions is to develop rural areas which can be achieved through community empowerment. The estuary of all village development is to provide opportunities for regional and rural capabilities and independence as the backbone of the regional and national economy. Economic progress at the provincial level can be achieved, if the districts and municipalities have good economic activities. BUMDES Sumber Rezeki was established on November 23 2011, based on Village Head Decree No. 09 of 2011 until now BUMDesa Sumber Rejeki has a main savings and loan business and plans to develop a business unit for bottled drinking water and LPG gas. The purpose of this research is to find out the success of the BUMDesa Sumber Rezeki Village Savings and Loansbusiness for the analysis of new business development that has been planned to be more effective. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, while testing the hypothesis is done with the t-test using SPSS. This analysis is used to prove whether or not the performance variables of the Bumdes Sumber Rezeki Village Savings Loan business performance are significant. The results of the partial test research, namely the value of the t count> t table and the significant level is smaller than Alpha (0.05). So it can be concluded that Bumdes performance influences village economic development, in other words, the hypothesis is accepted. This is in accordance with the reality of observations in the field that although the efforts made by Bumdes in each village have not really been stretched, however, due to the contribution to Village Original Income it has been proven to have an effect on development in the village.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the economic base in rural areas has long been carriedout by the government through various programs. However, these efforts have not yielded satisfactory results. This has become a special concern of the government, so policies related to economic empowerment were born which were carried out by collecting and institutionalizing economic activities which were fully managed by the village community, namely Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES). The users of Rantau Kasai BUMDes funds are in the business of 3 Kg LPG gas bases and savings and loans. The aim of the research is to find out whether the influence of Rantau Kasai Village Owned Enterprises has on business activities and village economic development. The research method used in this research isa quantitative method using multiple linear regression data analysis. The study population was 136 people with a sample data of 101 people obtained using the slovin formula. The independent variable (X) is the value of benefits, community participation and innovation, while the dependent variable (Y) is business activity and village economic development. The tests used are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, f test and t test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the data analysis using the multiple linear regression method obtained for each variable, namely the value of benefits or social (X1), community participation (X2), and innovation (X3) is known to have a t count > t table and a probability value (sig t) smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that all research variables have a positive and significant effect on business activities and economic development in North Tambusai Village.]]>

<![CDATA[There are many efforts that can be made by the village government to improve the village economy for the prosperity of the village community. One of these efforts is to establish Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). One of these efforts is to establish Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). In line with the purpose of establishing BUMDes listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration number 4 of 2015 is to increase Village Original Income (PADes). The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in Village Original Income (PADes) in Rantau Sakti Village through the Sumber Rejeki BUMDes business unit. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive type. The primary data sources are the village head, BUMDes director and BUMDes secretary. While secondary data include: data in the form of reports, documents, raw data and necessary data. Data collection instruments used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis method used in this research collects data, reduces data, presents data and draws conclusions. The results showed that Village Original Income (PADes) for Rantau Sakti Village continued to experience a significant increase of 27% from 2019 to 2022.
