Perguruan tinggi seharusnya terpanggil untuk menjawab tantangan-tantangan di atas melalui pelaksanaan darma ketiga pengabdian pada masyarakat, dan panggilan tersebut sejauh ini sudah banyak dilakukan namun program-program yang betul-betul pokus pada sasaran masih perlu diperbaiki, terutama mengeksplor potensi ekonomi kreatif yan gsejak lama ada dan sedang tumbuh di masyarakat. Berdasar pada latarbelakang itulah seminar nasional dengan Tema “Peran Penelitian dalam Menunjang Percepatan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan di Indonesia” penting untuk dilakukan. Seminar ini diharapkan akan member motivasi dan inspirasi, terutama kepada pengabdi untuk melahirkan berbagai karya, produk dan konsep aplikatif, terutama terkait dengan produk berbasis akselerasi percepatan pembangunan nasional.

Abstract

Abstract. One of the hearts of the functioning of democracy is political parties, to ensure the sustainability of the life of political parties, access to the funds of political parties is essential. However, on the other side, money has a significant destructive potential to democracy if it is not governed proportionally. This research tries to investigate and comprehend the financial arrangements of political parties. This form of study is normative research, focused on secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal documents, then qualitatively examined. The financial regulation of political parties in Indonesia comprises the restriction of funding sources, quantity or amount and oversight through the accountability reporting system. However, access to public money does not include non-financial support in the form of natural, as well as the provision of advice on public funds on a timely basis following the model of granting subsidies after the general election.Keywords: Politic of Law, Finance, Political Party, Regulatory Model

Abstract

Abstract.  One of the wastes that can be utilized is Rice Husk Ash (ASP). Rice husk ash is a waste material from processing rice into rice in rice mills, which is not used for further processing. As a waste material for processing mills, rice husk ash is an alternative additive that can substitute for cement. This study aims to determine the characteristics of Rice Husk Ash (ASP) as a cement substitution material in making bricks and to determine the characteristics of rice husk ash (ASP) as a cement substitution material. The results showed that the specimens with ASP 3% contained high SiO2 compounds, namely 60.81%. The test object with 5% ASP contains 40.32% CaO compound. And the test object with ASP 7% contains CaO compound of 32.58%.Keywords: Brick, rice husk ash (ASP)

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menemukan sikap tentang energi listrik yang berwawasan lingkungan, pengetahuan terhadap energi listrik, dan motivasi menggunakan energi listrik yang berwawasan lingkungan pada penghuni rumah panggung di Desa Rompegading Kecamatan Liliriaja Kabupaten Soppeng; (2) untuk menemukan perilaku masyarakat menggunakan energi listrik yang berwawasan lingkungan pada penghuni rumah panggung di Desa Rompegading Kecamatan Liliriaja Kabupaten Soppeng ; (3) untuk menemukan pengaruh sikap tentang energi listrik yang berwawasan lingkungan, pengetahuan terhadap energi listrik, dan motivasi menggunakan energi listrik yang berwawasan lingkungan secara sendiri-sendiri dan secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku masyarakat menggunakan energi listrik yang berwawasan lingkungan pada penghuni rumah panggung di Desa Rompegading Kecamatan Liliriaja Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang berlokasi di Desa Rompegading Kecamatan Liliriaja Kabupaten Soppeng. Besarnya sampel adalah 50  kepala keluarga dipilih dengan metode Purposive random sampling. Hasil Penelitian adalah (1) Sikap, Pengetahuan, dan Motivasi masyarakat yang menghuni rumah panggung di Desa Rompegading Kecamatan Liliriaja Kabupaten Soppeng menggunakan energi listrik yang berwawasan lingkungan berada pada kategori sedang, (2) Perilaku masyarakat yang menghuni rumah panggung di Desa Rompegading Kecamatan Liliriaja Kabupaten Soppeng menggunakan energi listrik yang berwawasan lingkungan berada pada kategori sedang, (3) Sikap, Pengetahuan, dan Motivasi masyarakat yang menghuni rumah panggung di Desa Rompegading Kecamatan Liliriaja Kabupaten Soppeng menggunakan energi listrik yang berwawasan lingkungan berpengaruh secara signifikan baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku menggunakan energi listrik yang berwawasan lingkungan.Kata Kunci:  Sikap, Pengetahuan, Motivasi, dan Perilaku menggunakan Energi Listrik Yang Berwawasan Lingkungan

Abstract

Abstract. The 21st Century literacy are skills that have to be mastered by students, especially high school vocational students. Some of these skills are conventional, numeracy, scientific, ICT and financial literacy. Identifying the literacy mastery among students is the stepping stone to prepare high school vocational students in facing the 4.0 era. The current research is an assosiative quantitative research which aim to investigate: 1) the distribution of the literacy mastery among high school vocational students, 2) the association of the literacy mastery with student grades and their school regional, and the distribution of the parts of the literasy among students in vocational school in Indonesia. The current research is taken place in all vocational school in South and West Sulawesi. The research instrument are questionnaire which results will be analysed using Chi-Square Test. The results show that 1) 86.7% students of vocational school show a good understanding about the literacy, 2) the literacy are not associate with student grade and school regional and 3) most of students of vocational school shows a good understanding about the literacy, but the numeracy and financial literacy of the students are relatively in low category.Keywords: 21st Century literacy, Vocational School

Abstract

Abstract. The results of the research on the juridical analysis of the Covid-19 pandemic as an overmacht category in restructuring credit agreements, it can be concluded that when viewed from the criteria for coercive circumstances, the criteria for Covid-19 are included in the category of relative coercive circumstances, namely situations where it is still possible to carry out and fulfill achievement, with several dispensation methods including the method of renegotiating the agreement in this case in the form of restructuring. As it has been determined that Covid-19 is included in the relative overmacht category, debtors are expected to continue to fulfill their achievements to creditors. Therefore, efforts to mitigate non-performing loans using the restructuring method, as referred to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 11 of 2020.Keywords: Covid-19, Overmacht, Restructuring
