This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of the demographic bonus in 2045 for the Indonesian economy. In conducting this research using a qualitative descriptive analysis method based on literature which contains citation data found in the field to support what is presented. The results of this study conclude that the demographic bonus in Indonesia will occur around 2045. The big problem due to the demographic bonus is due to a decrease in the birth rate and high death rate in the long term. The existence of a demographic bonus can also affect Indonesia's economic growth which in turn can increase the income of the wider community. In fact, the economic growth and income which is still relatively low is supported by public consumption. High and sustainable economic growth is needed to achieve an increase in people's welfare, besides that it also requires relatively large capital which will be used to strengthen infrastructure, both physical and social. The phenomenon of demographic bonus can be used as a big opportunity by utilizing human resources. Availability of productive age in large numbers can be a support for the government without hiring workers from outside. In addition, it can be a boomerang for the government if it cannot maximize human resources properly. Thus it is necessary to have a balance and quality education as a source of strength from the existence of a demographic bonus.

Education and career are two things that are interrelated in an effort to improve one's quality of life. This research was conducted to gain a deeper understanding of this relationship, as well as provide a solution to the problem of inequality in career opportunities for people with low education. In addition, this research also has important value for the development of government policies and programs in the field of education and workforce in Batang Regency, so that it is hoped that it can improve the quality of education and community career opportunities. Thus, this research can make a positive contribution to social and economic development in Batang Regency and the surrounding area. The research method used by researchers is in the form of qualitative research. A qualitative research method is a research method that uses descriptive data in the form of written or spoken language from observable people and actors. This qualitative approach is used to explain and analyze individual or group phenomena, events, social dynamics, attitudes, beliefs, and perceptions. Based on the results of the research conducted, there is a significant positive relationship between education level and career opportunities in Batang Regency. This can be seen from the data which shows that the higher a person's education level, the greater the opportunity to get a good job and have better career opportunities. in Batang Regency

This research aims to explain the role of the Lumintu Cooperative in the welfare of the santri of the Bustanul Mansuriyah Islamic Boarding School. The method used is a qualitative method using a literature study and conducting interviews with informants. The results of this study are that Islamic Boarding School Cooperative (kopotren) basically plays an active role in the daily life of the santri. At the Bustanul Mansuriyah Islamic Boarding school, with the Islamic Boarding School Coperative (kopotren). The existence of the Lumintu Cooperative can provide a very beneficial role for the santri of the Bustanul Mansuriyah Islamic Boarding School. The santri certainly feel well-being as long as this cooperative exists with the provision of the basic needs of the santri. Not only welfare is the role of the cooperative, but there is entrepreneurial spirit training for santri and can improve the economy of the Bustanul Mansuriyah Islamic Boarding School. With the presence of this cooperative, they will no longer find it difficult to meet their needs while at the Islamic Boarding School. In running a cooperative, it is impossible to be separated from the influencing factors, as experienced by the guardians of this cooperative, namely the existence of supporting factors starting with the friendliness of the cooperative guards to the procedures for managing it and also the location of the place far from gril’s boarding school as an inhibiting factor. . However, the Coorperative Bustanul Mansuriyah Islamic Boarding School has implemented ways to overcome these factors by the cooperative guards.

This study aims to discuss the effect of education level, age, gender and work experience on work productivity. The method used in this study was a literature review originating from journals and books relating to the effect of education level, age, gender and work experience on work productivity. The results of this study that there is low productivity is a waste of the company which will reduce the company's profit. Productivity has several factors that influence it, such as the higher a person's education level, the higher the level of productivity or performance of the workforce. The age level is very influential on labor productivity because it is related to the physical abilities of a worker. Gender is related to the differences in the functions, roles and responsibilities of men and women as a result of the agreement formed by society. The existence of workers who have work experience are expected to get jobs according to their expertise. The longer a person is in a job that is in accordance with his expertise, it is hoped that he will be able to increase his productivity.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the consumptive behavior of K-POP fans on business opportunities and customs taxes. This research method uses a literature review approach through journals, theses, and websites regarding the consumptive behavior of K-POP fans on business opportunities and customs taxes. The type used is using qualitative data. namely research used to examine the condition of natural objects. The results of this study are regarding the culture that is currently being discussed, namely Hallyu culture. Hallyu or Korean Wave is a fusion of cultures and a response to the globalization of Asian culture. Consumption behavior is the desire to consume excessively goods that are actually less necessary in order to obtain maximum satisfaction. Currently creative businesses and market places are popping up that make it easier for people to get what they want, including goods from abroad. Fans of the Korean idol group have been known to purchase various versions, citing a desire to collect and take photo cards for fun, even though the songs in each version share the same tracklist. From a business standpoint, many fans who are looking for places to sell KPop merchandise come from students and students such as making photocard decorations, jastip merchandise, mugs, pillows, and others. This K-Pop album tax is a tax imposed on purchases of K-Pop albums originating from Korea. Purchases of products such as albums from Korea include purchases of imported goods that are subject to customs duties.

ELRUMI BATIK PEKALONGAN is a company engaged in the clothing sector. The level of salary paid to company employees is influenced by several factors such as years of service, level of education, job position. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the level of salary and wages in BATIK ELRUMI PEKALONGAN. The research method used is a case study with data collection through observational interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the factor of length of service is the factor that most influences the level of salary and wages in the company. Employees who have worked for a longer period tend to get higher salaries and wages than employees who have just worked at the company, there are four factors that affect employee salaries, such as the distance traveled by the company to the employee's place of residence (domicile), length of service, type of work. The conclusion from this analysis is that the length of service is the main factor that affects the level of salary in BATIK ELRUMI PEKALONGAN. This research can be a "window" for prospective employees who want to register with Elrumi Batik Pekalongan, that loyalty, which is directly proportional to length of service, is an important factor in determining company payroll

In Indonesia there are still many frauds in financial management. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the role of forensic accountants and investigative audit techniques in disclosing fraud in Indonesia. This research is qualitative with data collection methods using literature studies. The object of this study is secondary data in the form of fraud, using data obtained in the form of literature in the form of journals, books, online reading and other literary references related to the Role of Forensic Accountants and Investigative Audit Techniques in Fraud Disclosure in Indonesia. The findings in this literature study conclude that the Forensic Accountant plays an important role in disclosing cases of fraud, because the Forensic Accountant can find initial indications (indications of fraud) of the occurrence of fraud in an institution/company. The task of the Forensic Accountant when fraud has occurred is to detect it. Fraud can be detected by 2 techniques, namely: Critical Point Auditing (CPA) and Job Sensitivity Analysis (JSA). In disclosing fraud in Indonesia, the role of the Forensic Accountant is more prominent in the public sector than in the private sector, the reason being that most of the problems faced by the private sector are resolved outside the courts. One of the techniques used by Forensic Accounting in uncovering cases of fraud in an institution/agency is to conduct an investigative audit of criminal acts. The purpose of Investigative Audit is to identify and uncover fraud or crime.

This study aims to explain the strategy of the Indonesian state in facing the threat of a global recession. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method based on literature studies. Sources of data for this research come from journals and other literature related to recession, the potential for Indonesia to experience a recession, and Indonesia's strategy to face the threat of a global recession. Analysis of research data using VOSviewer - Visualization of scientific landscapes. The findings in this literature review study conclude that prolonged inflation, excessive deflation, asset bubbles by investors, unexpected economic shocks, excessive debt, and changes in technology can cause a recession. There are four main reasons for the 2023 recession including the impact of global economic conditions, rising bank interest rates, food and energy difficulties, as well as food instability and increasing debt. Indonesia will survive from the brink of recession if it can maintain its economic projections. Until now, Indonesia still holds tightly to the word potential in every news report on the 2023 recession, which means that it is still on alert and has a smaller probability of occurrence compared to other countries. To face the potential for a recession in 2023 by preparing insurance, both in the scope of health, life and vehicle insurance. Avoid long-term debt, because bank interest rates will experience a significant increase. In the face of a recession, we must continue to develop ourselves and learn new skills that will enable us to get a new job. Don't panic about investing, look for alternatives to supplement your income beyond the basic salary. Minimizing non-essential expenses can also be an effort to deal with a recession.

The purpose of this study is to explain the concept of syariah mobile banking in meeting needs in Krandon village, Kesesi district. This research method was carried out using a qualitative approach and data collection using two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by interview while secondary data obtained from literature studies. the Islamic view of the practice of debt Debt is permissible and encouraged by Islam. It is permissible if in practice and implementation it complies with the provisions, procedures and rules of the game applied in Islam. the factors behind the occurrence of debt transactions in Krandon village are due to an urgent need and the process is easy and fast. Or in other words, they feel that they are facilitated in covering their daily needs with this transaction Their level of understanding of fiqh muamalah was minimal, causing the people in Krandon Village to carry out debt transactions that are clearly prohibited in Islam, namely by them owing to mobile banks who clearly took the profits required at the beginning. The Islamic prohibition of usury is stated repeatedly in Q.S. Ar-rum 30/39; Q.S. An-nisa 4/161; Q.S. Ali-Imran 30/130 and Q.S. Al-Baqarah 2/278-279. One type of financing that is most suitable for residents who borrow from mobile banks is the qardul hasan contract, which is a type of loan without interest or profit.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Indonesian stock exchange on the company sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2020. This study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods, where the quantitative method uses normality testing to show that the data is normally distributed, then the paired sample t-test or paired test will be used to test the hypothesis and if the normality test shows that the data is not normally distributed, then the rank is marked with the Wilcoxon test. which will be used. The data sources come from journals, books and literature related to this research. It can be interpreted that the financial performance before and after the rights issue has a significant difference in the sample test conducted. The company's goal in conducting a rights issue is to increase the company's capital by obtaining additional funds from investors for the purposes of expansion, payment of maturing debt, restructuring and others. Right Issue can be said to be positive if the funds that have been obtained are invested in projects that promise high yields, whether it is a working capital increase project or a new investment project. However, a rights issue can also cause a decrease in company performance if the funds obtained from the rights issue are not managed properly. The decline in stock performance can be seen from the decline in stock prices caused by two things: first, theoretically, the rights issue offering price is lower than the prevailing stock market price, so that the post-right issue stock market price will decrease due to price adjustments. Therefore, it is IDX's duty to ensure that all transactions on the exchange run well. Thus, the IDX has an important role in supervising the trading of warrants on the stock exchange.
