Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. SURYA PILAR PERKASA. One way used to increase employee loyalty for companies is compensation. Compensation is a form of reward received by employees in lieu of services they have provided to the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on employee loyalty PT. Surya Pillars of Might. The population in this study were 85 employees. The sample taken is the whole of the population of 85 employees. For the regression of linear analysis, the regression equation is generated as follows: Y = 6.464 + 1.421.X and the constant value of 6.464 states that if the value of X = 0 or Compensation variable does not exist, then the value of Employee Loyalty variable is 6.464. The regression coefficient of the Compensation variable is 1.421, meaning that every addition of 1 (one) variable point of Compensation, then it will increase employee loyalty equal to 1.421 times. The interpretation of the equation above is that the variable regression coefficient of Compensation (X) has a positive sign (1.421), which implies that Compensation is in line with Employee Loyalty variable, in other words that the Compensation variable has a positive effect on Employee Loyalty. Based on the value of t, obtained t-count of 2.952 at the sig level of 0.000. The calculation results show that Compensation has t arithmetic larger than t table that is 2.952> 1,988 which means Ho is rejected so Ha accepted. It can be concluded that the Compensation variable has a significant influence on employee loyalty in PT.Surya Pilar Perkasa Pekanbaru. Furthermore, R2 value of 0.669. Because this coefficient determination test obtained from simple linear regression calculation, the coefficient of determination of 0.669 or R2 x 100% by 67%. The meaning of the value has the implication that the compensation variable affects Loyalty by 67%, and the rest is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Compensation, Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this researchis to know the influence of promotion and brand image on the decision to purchase a Honda Vario motorcycle in West Pasaman. The population insthis research were all consumers who used Honda Vario motorcycle in West Pasaman . The sampling technique used was a Non Probability Sampling sample. Research instrument is a questionnaire. The data obtained were then processed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. From the results of this researchfound the promotion variables (X1), and brand image (X2) have a significant effect on purchase decision with a significant level of 0,000. The magnitude of the effect of promotion (X1), and brand image (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.781 or equal to 78.1% Keywords: Purchase Decision, Promotion, Brand Image

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to see "The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Election Performance of the City of Bukittinggi". The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the effect of the independent variables and dependent variables and the hypothesis test using the T test to test the significance level between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a calculated t value> from t table (4.504> 2.07) and a significance level of 0.000. While Motivation (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with t count> t table (2.996> 2.07) and a significance value of 0.007. Together, leadership style and work motivation variables contributed 89.3% to employee performance and the remaining 10.7% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Abstract

Profit is the most desirable company information in financial markets,one way to predict the company's earnings are using financial ratios.In this research used five financial ratios to predict profit growth in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).The sampling technique used purposive sampling, this research uses 15 sample companies. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of financial ratio analysis (Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Inventory Turnover) partially and simultaneously influence on earnings growth.Results from this study showed that partially QR has a significant influence on earnings growth,DR does not have a significant effect on earnings growth, DER has a significant influence on earnings growth,TATO not have a significant effect on earnings growth, ITO has a significant effect on earnings growth. Simultaneously Quick Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Inventory Turnover effect on profit growth. Abstract

Tax fraud is a problem that often occurs in all parts of tax administration, one of which is tax evasion. As a result, the perception of taxpayers is reluctant to pay taxes. This is seen from the low awareness of taxpayers in the Bandung KPP Intermediate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discrimination, awareness of taxpayers and the quality of tax services on the perception of tax evasion. This research uses descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The data source used is primary data as a result of distributing questionnaires to taxpayers as many as 100 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that partially discrimination and awareness of taxpayers have no significant effect on the perception of tax evasion. But the quality of tax services has a significant effect on the perception of tax evasion. Simultaneously discrimination, awareness of taxpayers and the quality of tax services have a significant effect on the perception of tax evasion. The quality of tax services has the most influence on the perception of tax evasion with indicators of accuracy of information. From the results of the research, it is expected that tax officials are always swift and willing to provide clear and understandable information by taxpayers, so that taxpayers feel satisfied with the services provided because it can reduce tax evasion at the Intermediate Tax Office in Bandung. Abstract

West Pasaman is an area rich in agricultural products. One of the region's agricultural products is Citrus, which are popularly known as Pasaman Citrus. Pasaman Citrus has a sweet taste and has a lot of vitamin content. Pasaman Citrus Market is already so extensive. This Citrus has been sold in other regions. To increase added value, bring ideas to developing products such as packaged orange juice, syrup and other products. This idea will certainly increase the marketing and income of citrus producers. The research method is descriptive qualitative which is explored from three dimensions of entrepreneurship, namely innovation, where citrus producers are able to create new products that can later expand market opportunities. Furthermore proactive spirit, where the development of these products will increase competitiveness in the market and will get opportunities both from the local market and the market in several other regions. Then the courage to take risks. With the increasing competition, citrus producers are also able to deal with risks and minimize the risks. Keyword: Innovation, proactive spirit, Courage to take risks

The purpose of this study is to describe the procedure for the implementation of Bai ’Bitsaman Ajil (BBA) financing at BMT Taqwa Muhammadiyah Branch Bandar Buat. The data source of this study was obtained from the manager of BMT Taqwa Muhammadiyah Bandar Bandar branch.
