Abstract

Online shopping in Indonesia especially in the city of Malang is experiencing very rapid development, this is used by entrepreneurs to sell their wares via the internet. Some entrepreneurs use the use of websites to market their merchandise online. Sales through the website will be successful if consumers have a high level of trust in the website, and consumers get the ease and quality of information needed when shopping online at the intended online shopping website. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, convenience, and quality of information on the website www.laroslaptop.com on online purchasing decisions. The subjects in this study were consumers from Malang who had made online purchases on the website www.laroslaptop.com in 2018 with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The sampling method uses Simple Random Sampling. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with tools such as Excel software and SPSS IBM Statistics ver. 26.  The results of this study indicate that trust, convenience, and quality of information partially have no effect on online purchasing decisions. And simultaneously found a significant influence between trust, convenience, and quality of information on online purchasing decisions. Keywords: Trust, Ease, Quality of Information, Online Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikanpengaruh nilai persepsi dan kualitas layanan yang dirasakan oleh pengguna aplikasi transportasi daring Grab di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Grab se-Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan salah satu metode sampling non probabilitas yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan teknik sampling tersebut, sebanyak 200 orang sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini didapatkan sebagai subyek penelitian.Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan langsung kepada responden. Metode statistik yang digunakan sebagai analisis data adalah analisis regresi linear untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial mempengaruhi mediasi pada kualitas layanan dengan perilaku kewarganegaraan pelanggan. Kata Kunci:Nilai Persepsi, Kualitas Layanan, Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Pelanggan, Grab

Abstract

This type of research is descriptive quantitative because it aims to get a picture of conditions and situations in the work environment of employees of Bank Muamalat Padang Branch related spiritual leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction and how the influence of each variable. The sample of this study using total sampling that 71 people so that the method used is census method by spreading the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using SPSS version 22. The result of multiple regression analysis shows the relationship between each independent variable to the dependent: spiritual leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination (R2) test shows that R2 equal to 0,470 means that the contribution of influence to employee job satisfaction is 47 % while the rest is influenced by other variables like leadership, work motivation and compensation. Managerial implications that writers can ask is if the company wants to improve employee satisfaction then the company must first improve spiritual leadership, so employee satisfaction is achieved. Furthermore, the company can increase employee work motivation in working to maximize employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Sharia Bank

Abstract

Government intervention in a company can provide benefits for the company so that they will gain trust by increasing business trading in the stock market. In addition, audit quality also contributes to stock liquidity, because investors can judge the company's performance based on the results of the company's audit. This study aims to discuss the political relationship and audit quality of stock liquidity. The sampling method is based on a purposive sampling of 170 manufacturing institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2018, Utilizing SPSS version 15. The analytical tool used is the classic assumption test, T test and F. Test. The results showed that Political Connection directly had a significant positive effect on the Stock Liquidity of 34 Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2018. Furthermore, Audit Quality directly had a significant negative effect on the Stock Liquidity of 34 Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in the year 2013-2018. Keywords:Political connections , Audit Quality , Liquidity Shares

Abstract

This research have been found that profitability and firm age affect leverage. The selected objects is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2013-2017. We select the samples use the data panel regression model. There are 96 companies have been selected as samples whit technique purposive sampling. The result by partial test profitability and firm age, has a negative significant influence to the leverage, shows that the r-square value of 91,76% which means the profitability and age of the company have the ability to explain leverage of 91,76% and while remaining 8,24% is explained by other variables which are not studied. This is relevant to the capital structure theory. Capital structure is something that is very important for the company which involves funding that carries out the company's operations so that it produces profits. Another factor is the firm age, a long-standing and reputable company will be able to overcome creditworthiness issues when it decides to use debt funding sources.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Influence of Hallyu Wave, Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on the Consumer Purchase Decision on Nature Republic Products in Yogyakarta. The researcher conducted this study to Nature Republic consumers who live in Yogyakarta by distributing questionnaires so that the total sample is 100 respondents. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that brand image is the only variable that has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Nature Republic products in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization and high economic growth, several industries, especially in banking industry, compete each other to give the best innovation in technology information area. Digitalization in banking industry is able to create behavior intention of society to keep using the banking services. This research aims to know the effect of some factors including trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived e- service quality, and perceived risk in society against to behavior intention in using new technology, where in this context is PT. Bank Commonwealth product, Tyme Digital kiosk.Data collection method used in this research is online questionnaire with sample of 240 respondents who are bank people, having ‘NPWP’, and never using Tyme Digital kiosk. Data analysis is done by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The summary of the result from this research are: 1) Trust have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 2) Trust have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 3) Perceived Usefulness have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 4) Perceived Ease of Use have a positive impact to Perceived Usefulness. 5) Perceived Ease of Use have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 6) Perceived e-Service is not proven to have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. Abstract

Companies in developing their businesses have products or services that can helping build the image of the company, so it can produce a Brand Image which can be invested in the community. Nowadays, many companies choose celebrities to be the Speakpersons or Brand Ambassadors as a strategy to build Brand Image through their influence of them that can increase and attract consumers in introducing products or services. Meccanism is an online shop that uses Zaskia Adya Mecca as their Brand Ambassador. The study aims at examining whether there is an influence and how much the influence of Zaskia Adya Mecca is as Brand Ambassador on Instagram Meccanismofficialshop on the Brand Image of Meccanism. The theory used in this study are Image, Brand Image and Brand Ambassador. The research method used in this study is quantitative method. Samples were taken in this research through distributed questionnaires to 100 followers from Meccanismofficialshop with insidental sampling method. The result of this research shows that there are influences of Zaskia Adya Mecca as Brand Ambassador on Instagram Meccanismofficialshop on the Brand Image of Meccanism with contribution value by 73.8%, it means that Zaskia Adya Mecca as Brand Ambassador on Instagram Meccanismofficialshop gives very strong and positive impact on the Brand Image of Meccanism. Keywords: Image, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador.
