Abstract

This study aims to examine the GCG and ownership structure of company performance in the property and real estate sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample of this research used purposive sampling technique so that the samples obtained were 14 companies. analysis used classic assumptions, multiple regression, multiple correlations, coefficient terminated, t test, F test. the results showed that the audit committee affected the company's performance both ROA and EPS, the independent board of commissioners did not affect the company's performance both ROA and EPS, ownership inatitusioanal does not affect the performance of companies with ROA proxies, but with EPS Proxies institutional ownership affects company performance and managerial ownership does not affect company performance both ROA and EPS.keywords: Good Corporate Governance (GCG), ownership structure, company performance, institutional ownership, managerial ownership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and corporate governance on financial performance in pharmaceutical sub-manufacturing manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 10 companies, while the sample for this study amounted to 8 Pharmaceutical Companies. The data collection technique in this study is to use documentation and literature study techniques. The results show, 1) debt to asset ratio does not significantly influence financial performance, 2) debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on financial performance, 3) corporate governance has a significant effect on financial performance, 4) debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and corporate governance simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance. the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.637, meaning that the ability of the independent variable to describe the dependent variable is 63.7%, while the rest (100% - 63.7% = 36.3%). 36.3% are described by other factors outside the variables in the regression equation.Keywords: Leverage Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Corporate Governance, Financial Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal terhadap tingkat komplain pengguna kartu kredit dengan indikator informasi, sarana, SOP, ketidaktahuan, kecerobohan dan fraud di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Random Sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dari para pengguna kartu kredit Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan pendekatan Tabachinik dan Fidel. Pengumpulan data diambil dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner tertutup dengan menggunakan skala Likert.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal terhadap tingkat komplain pengguna kartu kredit dengan persamaan regresise bagai berikut: Y = 4,828  - 0,118.X1 + 0,267.X2 + 0,038.X3+ 0,470.X4 + 0,208.X5+ 0,259.X6. Berdasarkan analisis data statistik, indikator-indikator pada penelitian ini bersifat valid dan variabelnya bersifat reliabel. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik, model regresi bebas multikolonieritas, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, dan berdistribusi normal.Urutan secara individu dari masing-masing variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel ketidaktahuan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,470; sarana dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,267; fraud dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,259; kecerobohan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,208; SOP dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,038danvariabel yang berpengaruh paling rendah adalah informasi dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -0,118.Dengan demikian bank penerbit kartu kredit perlu mempertahankan elemen-elemen yang sudah dinilai baik oleh pengguna kartu kredit serta perlu memperbaiki hal-hal yang masih kurang baik khususnya di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Objectives: This study aims to analyze the role of perceived organizational support and job characteristics in the effect of work-school conflict on employee performance.Methodology: The population of this study is employees who work in several agencies in Jakarta, who are also master’s degree students in private universities which are excellence accredited, located in region of Jakarta, with a total sample of 275 respondents. The data analysis was conducted through Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM).Finding: The results showed that work-school conflict has a negative effect on employee performance. Perceived organizational support has a positive effect on employee performance. This study found that organizational support was not able to weaken the effect of work-school conflict on employee performance in employees who were also students. Job characteristics have a positive effect on employee performance.Conclusion: The condition of a person playing multiple roles can cause stress, busy activities, and disturbances that have an impact on sub-optimal performance. Employees believe that the organization cares for and supports them, which is shown fairly in the decisions taken, the existence of good rewards, good working conditions, and support from superiors that will improve employee performance. Variation in skills, task identity, task autonomy, and feedback can affect employee performance, because the greater the diversity of work activities carried out, the more meaningful a person will feel. If a worker who is also a student is not able to manage the role conflict between work and school, the job characteristics will not be able to reduce the conflict, and it will impact to the decrease of employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Influence of Hallyu Wave, Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on the Consumer Purchase Decision on Nature Republic Products in Yogyakarta. The researcher conducted this study to Nature Republic consumers who live in Yogyakarta by distributing questionnaires so that the total sample is 100 respondents. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that brand image is the only variable that has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Nature Republic products in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of boards of directors on company performance, analyze the effect of board gender diversity on company performance, analyze the effect of board nationality on company performance, and analyze the effect of the number of boards of directors, board gender diversity, and board nationality together on company performance. The samples in this study are six banks whose shares are mostly owned by foreigners. The data in this study were obtained from the annual reports of the sample banks for the period 2016-2022. Data analysis in this study used classical assumption tests and panel regression. The results of data analysis show that the number of boards of directors has a significant positive effect on company performance, gender diversity of the board of directors has a significant negative effect on company performance, nationality of the board of directors has no significant effect on company performance, the number of boards of directors, gender diversity of the board of directors, and nationality of the board of directors together have a significant effect on company performance. The findings of this study have implications for academics and investors.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence on innovative work behavior through work engagement by comparing Generation X and millennials during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Methodology – It was conducted on 114 employees of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology,  at High School Directorate. The data were further analyzed using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Findings –The results proved that competence positively affects work engagement and innovative behavior. Work engagement also mediates the effect of competence on innovative work behavior. Moreover, the effect on Generation X is higher than on Millennials. This is because Generation X dominates important positions and has a greater responsibility in public organizations. They are also more loyal and have high intrinsic motivation with high competence. Therefore, Generation X has higher work engagement and better innovative behavior due to more responsibilities. Originality – The model built in this study uses a multi-group analysis that compares Millennials and Generation X employees. This analysis is interesting because it is relatively rare to find similar analyzes in previous studies, and it is useful to find out whether managing employees from different generations requires different policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplinan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Gemintang Berkah Gemilang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang. Teknik p pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan instrument kuesioner . Hasil uji instrument menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel. Pada uji asumsi klasik dinyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi normal dan menghasilkan regresi yang bebas dari multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial : (1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Gemintang Berkah Gemilang, (2) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruf signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Gemintang Berkah Gemilang, (3) Insentif berpengaruh poitif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Gemintang Berkah Gemilang, (4) Disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan Insentif secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Gemintang Berkah Gemilang.

Abstract

One of the tourist destinations that is used as an icon in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is the Palace and other cultural heritage. Keraton which is the face of the Special Region of Yogyakarta is the official residence of the Sultan of Yogyakarta which is open to the public. The uniqueness of the shape of the building and the simplicity of the way of life in the Palace are the main attractions of tourists who are visiting the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The community around the palace uses palace tourism as a source of income. Most of the area is managed by Abdi Dalem keraton. In addition to being a source of income, the surrounding community uses it as an object of introduction to Yogyakarta culture to visitors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of environmental problems on the return visit of Yogyakarta palace. To analyze the influence of palace performances on the return visit of Yogyakarta palace. To analyze the effect of health protocols on the return visit to the Yogyakarta palace, the Research Method uses multiple linear regression. Environmental issues did not have a significant effect on the return visit of the Yogyakarta palace. The performance of the palace has a significant influence on the return visit of the Yogyakarta palace. Health Protocols have a significant effect on the return visit of the Yogyakarta palace.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisis Pengaruh Work Life Balance, Leader Member Exchange, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Keterlibatan Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Ekspedisi J&T Cargo Kab. Temanggung. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan dari J&T Cargo Kab. Temanggung. Hasil uji instrumen penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel pada uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik menghasilkan model regresi yang tidak terjadi multikolinearitas, tidak terjadi gejala heterokedastisitas, dan data berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) work life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, (2) leader member exchange berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan. Kata Kunci: Work Life Balance, Leader Member Exchange, Kepuasan Kerja, Keterlibatan Karyawan Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work life balance, leader member exchange, and job satisfaction on employee engagement at the J&T Cargo Expedition Company, Kab. Temanggung. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were employees of J&T Cargo Kab. Temanggung. The test results of this research instrument stated that the data in this study was proven to be valid and reliable in the validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test produces a regression model that does not occur multicollinearity, there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity, and the data is normally distributed. The research results show that (1) work life balance has no significant effect on employee engagement, (2) leader member exchange has a significant effect on employee engagement, (3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee engagement.
