Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether there is a simultaneous influence of variables of service quality (responsiveness, reliability, tangible, assurance and emphaty) to the satisfaction of compulsory motor vehicle taxes on the Provincial Revenue Office of Palembang in South Sumatra and to know and analyze in partial variables of service quality (responsiveness, reliability, tangible, assurance and emphaty) to the satisfaction of compulsory motor vehicle taxes on the Provincial Revenue Office of Palembang in South Sumatra. This type of research is a causal explanative (Explanatory research) is the research that aims to explain the influence of several variables or relations as for the object of this study are all taxpayers in the office Samsat Palembang and the sample set of 100 samples. By using a accidental sampling. The model analysis was used to prove the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis, with test F and test t. The results with adjusted R square of 0982, that the Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2) Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5) is able to explain and have a strong relationship for 98.2% of the taxpayer to the satisfaction (Y ), while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study. The seventh hypothesis proposed significantly influence the dependent variable. Where Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2) Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5) simultaneously significant effect on the satisfaction of the taxpayer (Y) either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of destination images consisting of cognitive images, unique images and affective images on loyalty through visitor satisfaction at Mount Bromo natural tourism destinations. This type of research is explanatory research and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling technique with the characteristics of people who have been to Mount Bromo. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents. The analysis technique uses hypothesis testing and the two model multiple regression test. Results of research show that cognitive imagery, unique imagery and affective imagery have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, furthermore cognitive imagery and affective imagery have a significant effect on visitor loyalty while unique images have no significant effect on visitor loyalty. If seen from the indirect effect, the results of cognitive image and unique image have a significant effect on loyalty through visitor satisfaction, while affective image does not affect loyalty through visitor satisfaction.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v8i1.4246

Abstract

Competition in providing the best service needs to be done to pamper and give satisfaction to customers, this can be realized by providing something more for customers to enjoy the food and drinks offered even during the current pandemic. This research is quantitative descriptive. This study took service quality and product quality as the independent variables, consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable, and relationship marketing as the intervening variable. The research location is Café BataPuti Coffee House. The population in this study were people who had visited Café BataPuti. The sample used is as many as 90 respondents to people who have visited the BataPuti Coffee House. The analysis used is Path Analysis Analysis. The results of this study is a significant impact on relationship marketing toward service quality and product quality. service quality and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. service quality on customer satisfaction through relationship marketing has a significant effect. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through relationship marketing has a significant effect.

Abstract

 Online promotion is currently an alternative solution in marketing the products produced because, at this time, all community activities are carried out online in online media such as social media, television, or digital catalogs that display all products offered attractively and interactively people to see and observe them. The variables in this study are Social Media Marketing, product quality, brand images, and purchasing decisions. The population in this study is people who are or have visited the Krisna Bali Souvenir Shop with a total sample of 160 people. The results of this study are Social Media Marketing does not affect brand images, product quality affects brand images, brand images affect purchasing decisions, Social Media Marketing affects purchasing decisions through brand images, and product quality does not affect purchasing decisions through brand images.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the critical success factors program peoples business credit against increasingcapital access in East Java. It used qualitative and quantitative approaches and it used descriptive analysis thatanalyzed the contribution program assistance to micro and small groups and various internal and externalconstraints, and used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the priority level of the factors thataffected the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). Sample of this study was the banking, micro business, small business,business and service / technical institutions in East Java. The research was done in the 3 (three) districts whichwere Sidoarjo regency, Malang and Surabaya. Based on the results of the AHP, access to services and KURperformance could be improved by considering some factors and sub factors that influenced it, among others:candidates prospects debtor, office of technical capacity, policy and resources banking, and macro factors.Macro factors were factors that should always be monitored. The responsible party for this macro was a BIfactor as the banking authorities.

Abstract

Price and brand perception has an influence on intents to repurchase mediated by perceived value. The results of the analysis of 112 women respondents using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) obtained results that: (1) positive effect on price perception of perceived value, (2) positive effect on brand perception of perceived value, (3) perceptions of the price effect the desire repeat purchases, (4) does not affect the perception of the brand re-purchase desire; (5) Perceived value has a positive effect on repeat purchase desire.

Abstract

Permasalahan sebagai penghambat utama antara lain: 1) kurang sempurna pengelolaan manajemen organisasi, 2) minimnya dana, 3) keterbatasan usaha produksi topeng sendiri yang berasal dari kayu, 4) minimnya sosialisasi (pemasaran) kesenian karena belum memiliki web dan medsos, 5) belum mempunyai laporan keuangan khususnya laporan keuangan yang berbasis corporate social responsibility (CSR). Beberapa metode atau pendekatan pemecahan permasalahan berupa penyuluhan, pembinaan dan pendampingan, antara lain: 1) Tata Kelola Manajemen berbasis Profit (ekonomi) tentang tata kelola manajemen padepokan, motivasi kewirausahaan dan perencanaan dan proposal bisnis (Business Plan), 2) Produksi Eco-Green berbasis Planet (lingkungan) tentang peningkatan produksi topeng mandiri dan efisien yang menggunakan bahan dasar yang ramah lingkungan (bahan kertas koran/karton), 3) Pemasaran Digital berbasis People (Sosial), 4) Laporan Tahunan Global Reporting Standard (Laporan Keberlanjutan, Laporan Kelestarian). Tujuan dari Program PKM yaitu: 1) Profit (ekonomi) yaitu: peningkatan kapasitas tata kelola manajemen organisasi, motivasi dan semangat kewirausahaan segenap pengelola/pemimpin padepokan dan anggota padepokan, memiliki Perencanaan Bisnis (Business Plan) dan akses permodalan dengan lembaga/instansi (pemerintah/swasta), 2) Planet (lingkungan) yaitu: Memiliki kemampuan dan keahlian membuat Topeng Malangan Mandiri dan Efisien (bahan kertas koran/karton dan sejenisnya) dan memiliki kemampuan pemberdayaan tenaga kerja/anggota padepokan dan masyarakat sekitar sebagai sentra topeng, 3) People (Sosial), yaitu: Meningkatnya link atau jaringan keberlanjutan usaha, 4) Mampu membuat dan menerapkan Global Reporting Standard (Laporan Keberlanjutan, Laporan Kelestarian). Hasil dari Program PKM yaitu: 1) meningkatnya kapasitas tata kelola manajemen organisasi dan semangat kewirausahaan serta meningkatnua kemampuan Perencanaan Bisnis (Business Plan) sebanyak 75%, 2) mulai tumbuhnya harapan untuk membuat topeng Malangan Mandiri dari bahan alternatif sebanyak 85%, 3) secara bertahap mulai menerapkan Global Reporting Standard (Laporan Keberlanjutan, Laporan Kelestarian) sebanyak 85%.

Abstract

Tahfizh Anak Usia Dini Kuttab Rumah Quran (TAUD KRQ) is an educational institution that concentrates on educating Quran from the early age.  TAUD is a tahfidz program for the 3-6 years old children, enjoyable activities with the Quran is the approach. The expectation of this program is they would have kind of passion and good at memorizing the Quran, so that one day he would become Hamilul Quran, Insya Allah. TAUD KRQ in its implementation to create hafiz (memorizers) of the Quran ideally should have learning facilities and a balanced playing considering TAUD students are the early childhood who are still love to play. To achieve these ideal conditions, TAUD KRQ requires the cooperation from various parties.  The reforms that must be equipped to achieve goals are the improvement of indoor and outdoor learning facilities, information media and motivational instructor. By the Observation, Survey, consultation, training, discussion, and  direct practice method, the results of community service activities are as follows: 1) Issues the aspects of outdoor facilities are assisted by repairing playgrounds, building condition with colors that match as bright and colorful, 2) Issues of Indoor facilities are assisted with the provision of Learning Media like 2 pieces of magnetic blackboard, printers, puzzle games, 20 writing tables and puzzle rugs to play on the floor.  3) Issues human resources are assisted by conducting motivational training for administrators and teachers, 4) Issues of marketing are assisted by creating a Blog.

Abstract

Strategy is needed in an organization to develop the organization. One strategy that has been developed is related to recording to financial reporting and planning to tax calculation. Transparent financial report will be very useful, especially when it is related to decision making for organizational development. Besides, financial report also becomes the basis in the calculation and reporting of income tax (PPh) of the organization. Training in financial reporting and tax accounting planning will greatly assist the organization, both for decision making and corporate strategic planning. Business strategic training, financial reporting, and taxation are conducted to help CV Safira Media Utama Malang in achieving better business performance.

Abstract

The development of SMEs is largely determined by the existence of MFIs that offer financing models are diverse. It can be said that MFIs become a partner of SMEs in this regard as a financial services provider, through diverse financing models. But on the other hand the diversity of financing models offered by MFIs have not been fully able to be utilizedThis study used exploratory research, descriptive, experimental and applied research conducted in stages for the development of a comprehensive model of microfinance accommodative Informants determined based on the information needs. Using a descriptive and qualitative analysis of the MFI deliberately selected examples illustrate the following: (A) The existence of MFIs is recognized community has a strategic role as an intermediary in economic activity that has not affordable public services of banking institutions / conventional banks; (B) service MFIs have demonstrated success, but success can still be in business economics. Skim MFI lending to businesses has not received the priority, it is characterized by a relatively small ceiling (budget allocation) to support farming, which is less than 10% of the total ceiling of MFIs; (C) A critical factor in the development of the agricultural sector MFI lies in the institutional legality, capability management, seed capital support, the economic viability of farming, farm characteristics and technical assistance clients / service users MFIs; (D) To initiate the growth and development of agricultural MFIs needed guidance enhanced capabilities for HR candidates MFI managers, support the strengthening of capital and technical assistance to customers of credit users.Keywords: Financial Institutions Micro, Small Business Micro
