Abstract

Community Participation in a Self-Help Housing Stimulation Program (BSPS) in Koto Baru Village in Koto Baru (2020) with the problem formulation How is Community Participation in a Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) in Koto Baru Village in Koto Baru (2020) ?Research Objectives To determine Community Participation in a Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) in Koto Baru Village in Koto Baru (2020). This study uses a qualitative approach where data is obtaneid through field interviews of 9 informants who refer to the research indicators namely, (1) Stages of participation (2)Type of participation (3)Level of participation (4) Faktors that affect participation. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on researchers’ interpretation which then triangulated the data and displayed excerpts of answers from research informants. The result of this study can be concluded that the Koto Baru Village has the right to be made a priority in the BSPS program, the community Participation is considered lacking in the implementation of the BSPS Program, the contributing factors are the lack of self-help in the form of money form government and the community is not involved in decision making, for that the authors suggest that the government directs, guides and controls the implementation of the BSPS program in the future so that it can run well.

Abstract

This research took place at the office of the River City Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA). The purpose of this research is to find out how regional autonomy is in implementing infrastructure development in Sungai Penuh City. The approach taken in this research is qualitative. The number of informants was 7 people. Techniques and data collection tools in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation study. The unit of analysis is the Institute. The institution in this research is the regional development planning agency for Sungai Penuh City. The results show that the infrastructure development in Sungai Penuh City has been carried out by the regional government, however, the local government of Sungai Penuh City is not efficient enough in carrying out infrastructure development in the Sungai Penuh city. Because there are several roads in the Sungai Penuh city area that are still damaged. The weak planning factor in Sungai Penuh city is the natural resource factor, the funding factor, because the land availability in the Sungai Penuh city area is not sufficient, which is. The local government of Sungai Penuh City must be able to control the results of natural wealth so that regional revenue or revenue increases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Active Role of Youth in the Era of Globalization in the Development of the Muara Semerah Air Warm Village in Kerinci Regency, using data collection techniques through field studies namely conducting direct interviews with Youth in the Development of the Muara Semerah Air Warm Water Village in Kerinci Regency and literature study by reading documents relating to the problem under study to look for concepts, theories, opinions or findings related to the subject matter. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded, about the Active Role of Youth in the Era of Globalization in the Development of the Muara Semerah Air Warm Village in Kerinci District, the lack of active role of young people in various village activities such as Musrenbang, mutual cooperation, management of the village community, and so forth. Young people are also not involved in the ranks of village administrators, resulting in the estuarine genreta as red as a vacuum, on the other hand genreta also does not carry out activities such as recitation, holding inter-household tournaments, social activities. From these phenomena the researcher has obtained the answer, namely from the results of the study with the interview above, namely the authority of the active role of the globalization era youth in Muara Semerah, the warm water district of Kerinci district which is still very low, due to the lack of active youth in village activities and village government. Involving youth organizations in village development. Here it is clear that inactive youth organizations then become vacuum without any activities and lack of synchronization between village government and youth organizations.

Abstract

In preliminary obsevations, the researcher was interested in knowing how and to what extent the role of the Sungai Penuh government, especially the secretariat of the Sungai Penuh DPRD council, in implementing law number 14 of 2008, regarding publik information disclosure. The approach used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques and tools in this study were interviews, observatioan and documentation. Data collection tools in the form of questionnaires, pen, books/paper, recording devices. The unit of analysis is individual officers and staff at the DPRD Secretariat of Sungai Penuh city. Here the researcher wants to know the extent of the role of the Secretariat of the Council in providing information services to the public, whether it is running well or not. Where Law number 14 of 2008, demands and obliges state administrators to give the public the right to obtain information on every activity organized by the organizer or a state institution. To get the title of best servant, of course, state officials must carry out activities in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

Abstract

In carrying out its function as people's representatives, the Regional People's Representative Council has a function in the process of making public policies to increase knowledge of government in society. In addition, public policies can make people more fully participate in a government system. This function has been adjusted to the understanding of democracy and people's sovereignty where the people must carry out their duties as government participants in Sungai Penuh City. The formulation of the research problem is, What is the Function of the DPRD in the Public Policy Making Process (Case Study in Sungai Penuh City)? The research objective is to determine the function of DPRD in the Public Policy Making Process (Case Study in Sungai Penuh City). This research uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through field interview guides to 5 informants referring to 5 research indicators, namely 1. Agenda setting process 2. Policy formulation process 3. Policy adoption process 4. Policy implementation process and 5. Policy evaluation process. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the informants' answers which were described in the results and discussion of the research which was then carried out by the interpreter of the researcher. It is known that the function of DPRD in the Public Policy Making Process (Case Study in Sungai Penuh City) of the five research indicators four indicators are well implemented, namely for the indicators of the policy formulation process, the policy adoption process, the policy implementation process, and the policy evaluation process while the process indicators The formulation of policies has not been carried out properly and this is in line with the theory of Purwo's opinion which the author makes as a proposal in research indicators. For this reason, the authors suggest that the function of DPRD in the Public Policy Making Process in Sungai Penuh City can be improved so that it can be maximized in carrying out its function in policy making.
