Abstract

The development of information technology has become a daily necessity in our daily lives. We cannot deny that the need for the internet is very much needed. Because the internet has become an inseparable part, as well as in terms of managing data and information that is very much needed. In terms of presentation and management, it must be fast and accurate. Every company, both large and small, engaged in any field, will rely heavily on information technology. This web-based operational vehicle monitoring system is urgently needed at PT Talkindo Selaksa Anugrah. From this system, it is hoped that it can help the operational vehicle management division effectively and efficiently. The method used in designing this educational game uses the Extreme Programming (XP) development method and applications built using the PHP programming language. The results of this study are operational vehicle management monitoring applications that can help the operational vehicle management division effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Q-Bot Fishing shop is a shop that sells various kinds of adventure equipment such as camping tents, flysheets, sleeping bags etc. The data source that I use uses observational data sources and this shop was founded in 2021. Q-Bot Fishing already uses internet media, namely Instagram and Whatsapp with a total of 70 products. In a month Q-Bot Fishing has sold 200 products, even though it has used Instagram and Whatsapp media marketing is still not optimal and also the Q-Bot Fishing shop in processing product data and sales data still uses the manual input method so errors often occur in terms of inputting data both from inputting product data and from product sales. The system development method uses the Web Information System Development Methodology (WISDM) method, which is a method in system development that aims to make a program quickly and gradually so that it can be immediately evaluated by the user. In addition, WISDM also makes the information system development process faster and easier, especially in situations where user needs are difficult to identify. With the development of this system, an E-commerce application was produced to help the Q-Bot Fishing store manage product data and manage sales reports so that input errors no longer occur. The expected conclusions from the results of designing a website-based sales system at the Q-Bot Fishing store include: With this E-Commerce, sales at the Q-Bot Fishing store will be more optimal. This sales system can make inputting product data easier so that no errors occur in inputting product data, with this sales system it can make sales reports easier so that the data entered will not be stored because it already uses MYSQL database computer storage media.

Abstract

Sedjenak Corner is a cafe engaged in the field of food and beverages. The problem that occurs in the current running system is the management of incoming and outgoing goods data or inventory and closing which contains a recap of sales data for 1 day which will be sent to the owner, only recorded on a piece of paper then photographed and sent to the owner, so that it is difficult to calculating goods and financial calculations. Sometimes stock information does not match the existing inventory stock and financial reports do not match the number of existing sales. The purpose of this research is to create an Inventory and Financial Closing Application that can manage incoming and outgoing stock, ordering data, and accurate financial reports using the prototype method. The application that will be built will be able to manage incoming and outgoing goods data, ordering data and financial reports that can be done online.

Abstract

One of them is the ease of using technology, namely the archiving process can be used digitally. All licensing and non-licensing documents at the South Jakarta Administrative Mayor's Office are collected in the form of archives. This manual process is feared to occur human error during the archiving process. the author proposes to create a file filing system, with the hope that with a computer system, UP PMPTSP will easily store files and files in large numbers in electronic form. Application development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The result is that the system built can speed up the search process for important documents and on time.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology affects the public's need for a service that is not limited by time and space, nowadays it encourages the need for a system, methodology, strategy, and software that will help the process of detecting damage to motorbikes. However, the problem still exists in a repair, problems that often arise are usually in analyzing the damage and making repairs on motorbikes. The analysis system that is still manual is still a problem for workshop mechanics and motorcycle users.Expert systems are made with the waterfall method and by implementing the forward chaining method. Waterfall is the oldest software development method because of its natural nature. The Waterfall method is the earliest SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) approach used for software development. The sequence in the Waterfall Method is serial which starts from the planning, analysis, design, and implementation process of the system.This system works to solve problems for motorcycle users and workshop mechanics using the JAVA programming language. The results of this application can analyze, detect and provide solutions to motorcycle damage.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder in the thought process that is disharmonious (cracked or broken) between picker, emotional, desire, psychomotor processes accompanied by distortion of reality caused by delusions (delusions), hallucinations, associations divided until incoherence appears, both men and women can suffer from schizophrenia. The most vulnerable age to this disease is around the age of 15 years to 35 years. The design of this expert system was made with the aim of creating a temporary information and consultation system forum through the application made, which is based on symptom data obtained from the field of health (psychology) and is expected to make it easier for the public to diagnose schizophrenia symptoms early. To diagnose schizophrenia with an expert system, a method is needed to diagnose it, therefore in this study apply the Dempster-Shafer method. The Dempster-Shafer theory is the representation, combination and propogation of uncertainty, where this theory has several characteristics that are instructively in accordance with the way an expert thinks, but a strong mathematical basis. The results of the system testing that has been created can provide information as well as a way to temporarily diagnose schizophrenia.The web-based expert system that has been created using the Dempster Shafer method can diagnose schizophrenia temporarily.

Abstract

With the rapid progress of the times where companies are required to be able to present information quickly and accurately, to improve performance and efficiency both time and cost, in order to achieve that, companies need an information system that is able to manage data properly. In practice, the company where the researcher works, namely PT. Cakrawala Gemilang Consultants experienced problems in the form of the difficulty of monitoring each application file submitted because the monitoring process carried out still used a manual control card in the form of paper containing company profiles and applications submitted, so that when the leadership wanted a report on the progress of the application, it took a long time to compile the report. The types of applications submitted are in the form of licensing and non-licensing applications. For information that PT. Cakrawala Gemilang Consultants is a consulting company in the field of licensing and non-licensing. To overcome the above problems, we need an information system that can monitor application documents so that it is expected to be able to provide information quickly and accurately. In this study, researchers used the Kano method to obtain data on user needs while for system development using the SDLC, namely the Waterfall model and for testing the system using the white box testing and black box testing methods.

Abstract

Zakat is a worship that concerns property that has a social function. Every Muslim is obliged to pay zakat. As one of the intermediaries, Musholla Al-Muhajirin can collect data and distribute it to those in need. In this implementation, zakat management is still running manually, where in the application of this management system there are several things that become a problem, namely the effectiveness of the zakat management process and the efficiency of using paper, the current form of zakat management reports is still in handwriting which can make it difficult in the data search process, and the possibility of missing data. With the reasons above, the authors try to provide an alternative solution to the problem by creating a zakat management system application that will record incoming zakat and then make it systematic and computerized so that it will eliminate the process of recording teacher attendance which has been running manually at Al-Muhajirin Mosque. and also using the programming method will reduce the input error rate in the zakat management process. In this paper, the stages of work will also be explained, starting from the process of analysis, planning, construction using a web-based application and MySQL as its database, to the implementation stage using the spiral method with engineering notation and an object-oriented UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach.

Abstract

Teratai Motor is a motorcycle equipment shop located in the Tangerang area. Teratai Motor is engaged in the motorcycle automotive sector and focuses on selling motorized vehicle spare parts. The process of selling products is currently done manually and through several sales platforms. The sales process on other platforms has drawbacks, one of which is that every transaction made on the platform will be subject to a large discount and it is difficult to find a Teratai Motor store because there are many other sellers on the platform. To overcome this problem, the authors conducted research to create a sales application for the Teratai Motor shop with the aim of attracting more enthusiasts and overcoming the problem of cutting costs per transaction on each product sale. In developing this application the author uses the prototype method so that the writer can interact with users to overcome misunderstandings between users and writers. In making this application the author uses the Flutter framework. In the final stages of this research, the application will be tested using the black box, white box method and testing will be carried out on targets which will be carried out by the method of collecting data through questionnaires which will be processed by calculating the Likert scale. The results obtained from the testing phase of this application can be concluded that the functions in this application are running well and the results of testing on targets conclude that this application meets user needs with an average of 67.5%.
