Abstract

Hospitals offer extensive individualized medical care, while nurses perform specific tasks and fulfill distinct roles, which can cause significant stress among nurses. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of psychodynamic resilience training in improving job stress management and endurance among nurses. Conducted in July 2023, the study involved 46 nurses at West Jakarta X Hospital. The research objectives were to assess the impact of psychodynamic resilience training on job stress levels and to determine the influence of such training on the resilience and endurance of nurses. The study employed a quantitative research approach with a quasi-experimental design, incorporating pre-and post-tests, control groups, and statistical techniques such as ANCOVA, t-tests, and multivariate analysis. The multivariate analysis demonstrated a substantial impact of PK and training on nursing work stress, with p-values of 0.008 and 0.000, respectively. Additionally, the resilience of nurses was significantly influenced by the implementation of resilience training, indicated by a p-value of 0.006, and the specific impact of resiliency training on nurse resilience showed a p-value of 0.020. The study found that psychodynamic resilience training effectively decreases work stress and enhances endurance among West Jakarta X Hospital nurses. Implementing psychodynamic theory is expected to enhance resilience training at X and Y hospitals, reducing work stress and increasing nursing resilience

Abstract

This study discusses law enforcement against members of the National Police involved in drug abuse, with a review of the Chief of Police Regulation Number 14 of 2011 concerning the Code of Professional Ethics of the National Police and Government Regulation Number 1 of 2003 concerning the Dismissal of Police Members. The research method used is normative legal research. The results of the analysis show that law enforcement against members of the National Police who commit criminal acts of drug abuse refers to Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. In addition, violations of the National Police Professional Code of Ethics may result in ethical and administrative sanctions in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the regulation. Ethical sanctions are applied for minor violations, while administrative sanctions can include serious violations that can result in dishonorable dismissal of members of the National Police. The implication of this study is the importance of maintaining the integrity and professionalism of members of the National Police in carrying out their duties and complying with applicable legal rules in order to realize fair and effective law enforcement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on the satisfaction of Gojek application service users. The method used is quantitative with the population of all Gojek application users. The primary data source was obtained from an online questionnaire of 200 respondents in DKI Jakarta, using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and IBM AMOS software. The results showed that physical evidence indicators had a significant positive effect on Gojek application user satisfaction, while indicators of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy did not have a significant effect. The implication of this research is that physically visible aspects play an important role in influencing Gojek app user satisfaction, while other aspects may need to be reconsidered in service development strategies to improve overall user satisfaction. Quantitative analysis methods and SEM techniques also prove their importance in understanding the dynamics of the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction in the context of digital applications. The practical implication is that service providers can focus on improving physical evidence to improve user experience and maintain a strong customer base in the digital services industry.
