Abstract

The populist economic system has been defeated by a liberal economic system that controls almost all countries, even though Indonesia has long known a populist-based economic system which pays attention to the culture of an Indonesian nation. Economic Democracy is taken from the values of the Indonesian Nation, the populist economic system has been in effect since 1998, at that time the government was determined to implement a populist economic system with the issuance of MPR Decree No. . Democracy is oriented towards development and various freedoms that are in favor of the interests of the people. people's economy is developed as an effort to further advance society. The method used is descriptive research method because this research aims to obtain answers related to one's opinions, responses or perceptions so that the discussion must be qualitative or use descriptive words. Descriptive research tries to find appropriate and adequate descriptions of all activities, objects, processes and people. The results of the study show that the concept of populist economy is carried out as a development strategy that prioritizes the welfare of the Empowerment community. populist economy can be realized by rearranging political institutions at the district level. Thus the issue of people's economic development cannot be separated from political institutions at the district level. For this reason, it must create a conducive political climate for people's economic development. SMEs, cooperatives, local and central government, food security supports the running of several people's economic activities in Indonesia, when the economic crisis hit Indonesia, large companies experienced a downfall and many went out of business, while SMEs and cooperatives remained strong and even existed at that time.

Abstract

Purpose – This paper presents and discusses the mapping of the research landscape in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the field of health services, especially during 2019-2023. This research was conducted through bibliometric analysis of major journals and publications. Through this approach, we analyze the patterns, trends, and characteristics of publications related to HRM in the health care sector that have been published. Design/methodology/approach – Bibliographical data was obtained from Scopus database sources, including leading journals and trusted publications in the field of HRM. We analyze the country where the research was conducted, local and global citation analysis. In addition, we also analyze citation patterns, map collaboration networks between authors, and identify the most dominant research themes in the HRM field over the last 5 years using VOSviewer software. Originality - Findings and Discussion – The results of research by mapping using the keywords "healthcare", "health service", "human resource", and "human resource development" during 2019-2023 obtained 8,680 articles which were then filtered into 236 articles and 138 articles were eligible to use. The country with the highest contribution was India with a percentage of 18.44%, then England with a percentage of 15.53%, Australia with 14.56%, and the United States with 12.62%, the rest were other countries. Based on trend analysis using keywords, in the period before 2020 the research keywords that appeared a lot were behavioral research, environmental management, environmental performance, customer satisfaction, quality control, competition, etc. During the period of the outbreak of COVID-19, the research keywords that appeared a lot were keywords related to members of health service agencies, especially in the service and performance of health workers. In the period after COVID-19 had subsided, the focus was on efforts to revive the health care sector from the COVID-19 pandemic by increasing the productivity of health workers through strategic human resource management and improving internal communications. Conclusion – Based on the trend, it is advisable to research topics that are rarely discussed such as green human resource management, IoT, digitalization and the use of quantitative analysis such as Structural Equation Modeling.

Abstract

Post the COVID-19 pandemic has become a moment for economic recovery for countries around the world, including Indonesia. However, the intense competition in the market, aftershocks of the pandemic, extreme weather conditions, and rapid social, economic, and technological changes have made the global economic situation much more unstable. This has resulted in economic downturns in various countries. Nevertheless, the Indonesian economy has shown strong growth. The economic growth in Indonesia is supported by various factors in terms of demand, such as household consumption, and supply, such as the diversity of business fields. By using data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding the factors supporting economic growth from the production side, this research aims to examine the determinant factors that affect the economic performance of East Java. Through Machine Learning analysis using principal component analysis and clustering analysis, certain characteristics were found among districts and cities in East Java. PCA was used to reduce the number of variables and resulted in several components that are consistent with general categorization. Urban areas consistently exhibit high human resource components, while another cluster shows high dependence on natural resources.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to identify existing attributes and offers by industry, in this case conventional learning tutors in Yogyakarta, and the other strategic independent learning groups using media books, Youtube, and others education online platform. These attributes and offering levels are represented in a value curve. After obtaining the value curve from the industry, the purpose of the next study is to formulate a new strategy for Bimbel YEC with a Blue Ocean Strategy framework. Design/methodology/approach – The study was conducted with a questionnaire instrument. Kueisoner was distributed to three groups of respondents, namely groups of respondents who gave their ratings on an ideal tutoring, a group of consumer tutoring in Yogyakarta, and consumers of Bimbel YEC. The results of the data from the first and third groups are compared, then the analysis is carried out to determine recommendations for adjustments to the offering level of each Bimbel YECs’ attribute. Adjustments are made with three main considerations. First, the difference in the expectation value of respondents with the Bimbel YECs' offering level was compared with the standard deviation of respondents' expectations. If the difference is larger than the standard deviation, an adjustment in the offering level needs to be done. The offering level is maintained if the difference between these two values is less than the standard deviation. The second consideration is made to the resources and the potential costs needed for each choice of adjustment action, especially in improving and adding attributes. The third consideration is done by comparing the offers from competitors and independent learning strategic groups whose assessments are obtained from the results of the focus group discussion. Originality - Formulation new strategy with blue ocean strategy framework for Bimbel YEC Findings and Discussion – The results of this study are recommendations for new strategies for Bimbel YEC. Bimbel YEC is recommended to focus on offering programs for grades 6, 9 and 12 for guidance on national exam preparation. In addition to the high demand of consumers, this can also increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of existing resources, have the opportunity to open new markets, and minimize costs incurred. The guidance process is done by a combination of offline learning and online media. This offer is not given by competitors or independent learning strategic groups. Bimbel YEC can be a learning guide with clearer positioning and can provide services with "cerdas mencerdaskan" Conclusion – Bimbel YEC is recommended to focus on offering programs for grades 6, 9 and 12 for guidance on national exam preparation. In addition to the high demand of consumers, this can also increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of existing resources, have the opportunity to open new markets, and minimize costs incurred.
