Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work ability of the employees of the religious affairs office (KUA) in providing marriage registration services to communities in the Kendit sub-district of Situbondo district. This research is a field research that uses a qualitative approach. Data analysis was performed to answer the research problems used descriptive analysis of the data derived from the results of interviews, questionnaires and the results of observations (observations). The results of the study show that the procedures at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) are quite good, but only lack of clear information to the community and the attitude of employees who are less responsive and not friendly to the public

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Service Quality Against Public Satisfaction in the Management of Police Note Certificate (SKCK) In Unit Intelkam Polres Situbondo. The research approach is quantitative research. The population is the community receiving service from the last 3 months as many as 1200 people. The sample in this research is 92 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. Data were analyzed by multiple regression. The result of analysis stated that there is Influence of Service Quality to Satisfaction of Society in Handling (SKCK) of Police Note Certificate at Intelligence Unit of Situbondo Resort Police.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know about how Employee Productivity and factors - factors that affect the Motivation and Discipline in the District of Jangkar Situbondo District. Techniques of making data using obesrvasi techniques, interviews or interviews, and media questionnaires by selecting informants who use and issue information technically and functionally. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and supported by quantitative data. The result of this research is leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, especially in the field of human resource development, done in accordance with existing rules and regulations that have been determined by looking at some indicators of Motivation (X1), Discipline (X2) and Working Employee Productivity (Y). The analysis is Multiple Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by using Test t and Test f. The object of research in this research is the population of District of Jangkar Situbondo Regency, with the number of respondents as many as 29 people. The results showed that the motivation in the District Office of Jangkar Situbondo Regency has not been effective, while the discipline of Sudang effective because it has a significant effect on Work Productivity Employees.

Abstract

The low performance of the Village Village Cooperative (KUD) employees prosperous Klabang Sub-district, Bondowoso Regency in carrying out its work duties during this time, have an impact on the low quality and quantity of employee's work in performing its main duty and function. The purpose of this research is to know the behavior of leadership with work performance of KUD Tani Makmur. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach with a sample of 21 respondents. Based on the results of regression analysis known that the independent variable (leadership behavior) has a significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the role of Wonokoyo village head in building community harmonization to increase participation in development. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, by analyzing the effectiveness of the role of the village head in building community harmonization, whether in the reality of the role of village head in governance and community harmonization can be done effectively or not. To obtain these data, the researcher will conduct interviews with the parties involved in depth so that later the actual facts can be revealed. The theoretical contribution of this research is to add a variant of the analysis of leadership in the dynamics of diverse rural communities. The analysis of the role of the village head in building harmonization of the community is important to ensure that the service is at the ideal point or not.
