Abstract

Legal protection for health workers who commit minor offences is an important aspect in maintaining the quality and safety of health services. Health workers are often put in challenging and complex situations, which increase the risk of minor offences. Adequate and clear legal protections are needed to give health workers a sense of security in performing their duties, as well as to ensure that the legal consequences faced are not excessive. Key points in this include the provision of legal counsel, fair and transparent internal policies, and ongoing education and training regarding professional ethics and applicable regulations. In addition, it is important to build a supportive work culture, where health workers feel safe to report misconduct without fear of disproportionate reactions. With these measures, it is expected that the quality of medical services will improve and the welfare of health workers will be more secure.

Abstract

Health professional organisations play a crucial role in the prevention and handling of minor health law violations. By implementing strict codes of ethics and standards of practice, as well as through the mechanism of honour boards or ethics committees, these organisations can evaluate and act on violations fairly and objectively. This helps maintain the integrity of the health profession and prevent further offences from occurring. In addition, continuing education and training conducted by these organisations ensures that their members are kept informed of the latest developments in health law and best practices. Through this approach, health professional organisations not only strengthen the professional competence of their members, but also promote high standards of ethics and professionalism in every aspect of healthcare.Role of Organisations, Health Professions, Prevention, Handling, Minor Violations, Health Law

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of physical and mental activity on students' academic achievement through a literature review in a school setting. Physical and mental activity are important components in children's health and cognitive development, which have the potential to influence their learning outcomes. This research reviewed various literature and empirical studies that focused on the relationship between these two types of activities and students' academic scores. It was found that regular physical activity can improve concentration, strengthen memory and reduce stress, all of which have a positive impact on academic performance. Meanwhile, mental activities such as brain games and mindfulness techniques improve students' critical thinking and creativity. The conclusions of this study underscore the importance of integrating physical and mental activity programmes in the school curriculum to maximise students' academic potential. The study recommends increased collaboration between educators, policy makers and health experts to create a balanced learning environment that supports students' holistic development.

Abstract

The importance of students‘ physical and mental health in schools is gaining widespread attention, given the variety of studies that show a close relationship between physical and mental activity and students’ general well-being. This literature review aims to analyse and synthesise findings from studies examining the impact of physical and mental activity on students' health. Research shows that physical activities, such as regular exercise and extracurricular sports, contribute significantly to improving physical health and reducing the risk of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disorders in students. In addition, mental activities, including mindfulness practices, psychological counselling and art activities, have been shown to strengthen mental health by reducing levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Through this literature review, enabling and constraining factors in the implementation of physical and mental activity programmes in school settings were identified. The findings can inform policy makers and educational practitioners in designing holistic interventions to improve students' overall physical and mental health in schools.
