Abstract

Creating a healthy school environment is an important aspect of developing students' learning capacity and well-being. Various studies have explored the implementation of policies and best practices that support physical, mental and social health in the school environment. The research method used was literature research. The results show that hygiene standards, air quality, nutrition, physical activity, comprehensive health education and emotional support are key factors in creating healthy schools. The multidisciplinary involvement of educators, parents, and health practitioners showed significant improvement in the successful implementation of this policy. In addition, anti-bullying and mental health promotion practices have contributed to a decrease in school violence cases and an increase in students' mental awareness.

Abstract

Prayer is a form and obligation from Allah SWT to Muslims. By performing prayer, a person can feel closer to Allah SWT directly. Prayer itself must be done with a call from a heart full of devotion, fear and humiliation before Allah, without boundaries of time and space. Praying five times a day is considered an effective form of exercise. The goal is for the overall prayer movement to be calm and repetitive, involving all aspects. These prayer movements relax the joint muscles, maintain the body's energy balance, relax the joint muscles, and improve blood circulation throughout the body, especially to the brain because the brain is at the top, so the heart needs to work harder to send blood to the lower parts. over the brain.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literature study to understand the application of K3 relationships to employee performance. The data taken is based on reviewed articles using the keywords implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance. The research results show that there is a link between the implementation of occupational health and safety awareness on employee performance levels. Apart from being a moral necessity for the business world, creating a safe and healthy work environment is also important for increasing employee productivity. Worker health problems or injuries resulting from neglect of K3 can significantly affect employee performance. When workers perform well, the company can achieve its goals as best as possible. K3 is now mandatory for all employees and helps fulfill work, comprehensive employee health and safety insurance, freeing workers from physical and emotional suffering.

Abstract

The research reviews recent developments in epidemiology, clinical management, health policy, and prevention efforts globally and in Indonesia. The research utilizes a literature review method and secondary data analysis from various reliable sources, including reports from WHO, CDC and the Indonesian Ministry of Health. The results show that despite significant advances in treatment and prevention, major challenges remain. Social stigma, unequal access to health services, and lack of education remain major barriers to HIV/AIDS and STD treatment. The year 2022 also saw the emergence of new innovations in health-related Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) therapy. This concludes that the successful management of HIV/AIDS and STDs requires a multifaceted approach that includes improving education, strengthening health systems, and cross-sectoral cooperation. Recommendations include developing more inclusive prevention programs, improving access to health services, and reducing stigma through public awareness campaigns.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a measurement of the level of satisfaction or not based on a work result compared to the desired achievement. This study aims to measure the effect of waiting time on the level of satisfaction of patients at Muhamadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods and chi square tests. The total sample was 89 patients with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection includes primary data and secondary data. This research uses reliability test analysis, validity test, test and chi square test. This research showed that 24 (27%) respondents stated that their waiting time met the standard <60 minutes, while 65 (73%) respondents did not meet the standard >60 minutes. Characteristics of patient satisfaction: 44 (50%) respondents expressed satisfaction, a number of respondents were dissatisfied 45 (50%) respondents. This study shows the results of the relationship between waiting time for services and the level of satisfaction of patients at the internal medicine polyclinic at the Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri Hospital. Suggestions addressed to the hospital to continue to improve quickly and responsively regarding time discipline in providing services.

Abstract

Comparison Of The Effectiveness Of Sugar Apple Trunk Bark With Sugar Apple Seeds (Annona Squamosa L.) On Death Of Aedes Aegypti Mosquito. Vector control aims to reduce the risk of transmitting Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). In order to minimize the reproduction of the Aedes Sp mosquito vector, it is necessary to break the chain from the condition where the mosquito is still a larva. In connection with this, efforts are needed to obtain alternative insecticides that are natural and decompose in nature, and are safe for the environment, namely using plants that contain natural insecticides, one of which is the sugar apple plant (Annona squamosa L.). This research method is quasi-experimental research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae were divided into 2 groups, the group that would be tested to compare sugar apple bark extract with sugar apple seeds and a control group without treatment. Mann-Whitney test results ｐvalue = 0.876 (> α/0.05) or there is no significant difference between sugar apple bark extract and sugar apple seed extract on larval death. The results of tests in the laboratory showed that the bark extract of srikaya had the effect of causing 89.6% larval death, while the srikaya fruit seed extract had the effect of causing 100% larval death, so it could It was stated that srikaya fruit seed extract was more effective in killing Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. The conclusion of this research is that there is a difference in effectiveness between sugar apple bark extract and sugar apple seed extract on the death of Aedes aegypti larvae.

Abstract

Background: the performance nursing committee was a result of working in the form of security in advice about the profession through the credentials, guard professional quality, maintenance of ethics and discipline profession. The quality of service nursing is meeting the needs of patients who have been through demonstrate, the reliability of, responsiveness of, collateral and empathy. The goal is to identify the performance of nursing committee with the relations quality of service nursing in rsi sultan agung semarang. Method: quantitative research using cross sectional approach. The data was collected by gave questioner to the respondent. The number of respondents 150 taken used technique propotionade random sampling. The data processed statistics use spearman test. Result: based on the analysis result of the majority of respondents having the characteristics of age as much as 20-30 years 82,0%, last dominated education at nursing graduates 78,7% as much as, sexes dominated by women as many as 70,7%, working time most numerous is 1-3 years namely 45,3%, the research results also show service quality nursing good 82.7% as much as, while the performance of nursing both committees 82% as much as. Conclusions: is no link between the performance of nursing committee with the relations quality of service nursing in rsi sovereign regal worth p value 0,000 and correlation value spearman the rank of 0,336 shows the power correlation on a positive direction. The result can be used as input in development policies function nursing management, supervision, coordination, and decision making in rsi sovereign regal.
