Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang hukum rujuk dalam pernikahan pada adat batak toba menurut persfektif hukum islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka yang dianalisis secara mendalam sehingga mendapatkan hasil tentang hukum rujuk adat batak toba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata cara rujuk yang dipakai di adat Batak Toba menurut perspektif hukum Islam boleh dilakukan dengan berbagai ketentuan yang tidak melangar hukum islam. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa suatu adat boleh dilakukan  apabila dia tidak bertentangan dengan syariat dan dia masuk pada kaidah Ushul fiqih yaitu Al urf atau kebiasaan yang mana kaidah ini menjadi salah satu sumber hukum menurut ilmu Ushul fiqih sedangkan alasan lain kebiasaan ini atau al urf tidak bertentangan dengan Alquran dan hadist.

Abstract

Creating a healthy school environment is an important aspect of developing students' learning capacity and well-being. Various studies have explored the implementation of policies and best practices that support physical, mental and social health in the school environment. The research method used was literature research. The results show that hygiene standards, air quality, nutrition, physical activity, comprehensive health education and emotional support are key factors in creating healthy schools. The multidisciplinary involvement of educators, parents, and health practitioners showed significant improvement in the successful implementation of this policy. In addition, anti-bullying and mental health promotion practices have contributed to a decrease in school violence cases and an increase in students' mental awareness.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the effect of an evidence-based character education intervention on students' positive behaviour. The research method used was a literature review. The results showed that the character education intervention designed and implemented based on empirical evidence had a significant and positive impact on students' behaviour. Specifically, findings indicated improvements in empathy, co-operation, social awareness and emotion management skills. Students who experienced evidence-based character education tended to show a decrease in negative behaviours such as aggression, bullying, and discipline infractions. Determinants of the effectiveness of such interventions include the quality and adherence of implementation, adaptation of content to the local context, and active involvement of teachers and teaching staff. The findings confirm the importance of adopting and implementing evidence-based character education programmes in school settings to promote the development of positive behaviours among students.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach to learning that provides inclusion to all learners, regardless of their achievements, disabilities or backgrounds, in the same environment. It involves adjusting the curriculum, teaching methods and additional support to ensure that every student has a fair and equal opportunity to receive a quality education. The research method used in this study is literature review. The results show that first, an inclusive classroom environment requires teachers to implement learning approaches that can effectively meet the individual needs of each student. Through an initial evaluation of learners' abilities and needs, teachers can design an adaptive curriculum tailored to their limitations. Secondly, teachers also need to implement student excellence-based learning strategies, such as multisensory, modeling and tiered assignments. The success of these strategies relies heavily on collaboration between teachers, parents, and various experts such as educational psychologists and therapists. Open and continuous communication between all parties is essential to ensure the strategies implemented remain appropriate and effective. Thus, the implementation of appropriate strategies and strong cooperation can provide equal opportunities for learners with disabilities to succeed in their learning.

Abstract

Dalam era disrupsi digital, koperasi dituntut untuk mengadopsi teknologi informasi, termasuk sistem akuntansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi variabel-variabel seperti pengalaman kerja, pelatihan akuntansi, tingkat pendidikan, dan kompetensi digital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan koperasi melalui pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada koperasi di Kota Surakarta. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada 66 karyawan koperasi yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi dilakukan untuk menguji signifikansi model dan variabel penelitian. Faktor pengalaman kerja dan tingkat pendidikan muncul sebagai prediktor kuat dalam penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Kemampuan individu dalam mengadopsi teknologi informasi juga berkontribusi secara signifikan. Disatu sisi pelatihan akuntansi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi.

Abstract

This study explores the effect of product quality on the buying interest of tourists in souvenir shops in Lombok through a quantitative research approach. Structured questionnaires were administered to a stratified random sample of 100 tourists, evaluating product quality, buying interest, service quality, store ambiance, pricing, and promotional efforts. Data collection occurred both in person and online, and the relationship between product quality and buying interest was examined with control variables like service quality and pricing. Descriptive statistics summarized the demographics, and multiple regression analysis tested the hypotheses, with reliability and validity confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and factor analysis. Ethical considerations included obtaining informed consent and maintaining anonymity. Despite potential limitations such as response bias and the specificity of findings to Lombok, the study validated the questionnaire and showed high reliability. Regression analysis indicated that product features, social influence, personal innovativeness, effort expectancy, and attitude significantly impact purchase intention. The model accounted for a substantial portion of the variance in purchase intention, offering valuable insights for local entrepreneurs and enhancing the understanding of tourism and consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study discusses the welfare of teachers in Indonesia, which is a major concern given their vital role in education. The background of this study focuses on the challenges faced by teachers, who often receive salaries below the minimum wage standard and do not have adequate legal protection when carrying out their duties. The methodology used is qualitative with descriptive data collection through case studies, and analysis of related literature. The results of the study indicate that 89% of teachers feel that their income is insufficient to meet their living needs, with many of them forced to look for side jobs. In addition, a survey by the Institute for Demographic and Poverty Studies (IDEAS) Research Institute and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) revealed that teacher welfare, especially in remote areas, is very concerning and is an obstacle to improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This study emphasizes the need for serious attention from the government to improve the welfare of teachers so that they can carry out their educational duties more effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada permasalahan terutama dalam meningkatkan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Hal ini disebabkan karena, kurangnya pemahaman dan kesiapan pendidik dalam merancang dan melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana strategi implementasi P5 berbasis kearifan lokal dalam meningkatkan berpikir kritis peserta didik, (2) Apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi strategi implementasi P5 berbasis kearifan lokal dalam meningkatkan berpikir kritis peserta didik, (3) Bagaimana solusi agar strategi Implementasi P5 berbasis kearifan lokal berjalan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, strategi implementasi P5 berbasis kearifan lokal berperan penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik, Strategi ini dirancang secara terstruktur dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal sebagai sumber belajar yang kontekstual, sehingga menciptakan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kehidupan nyata peserta didik. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaanya, secara keseluruhan strategi ini mampu memberikan dampak positif bagi guru dan mendorong keterlibatan aktif peserta didik, menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian terhadap budaya lokal, serta meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui pembelajaran yang bermakna dan kontekstual. Abstract

This study examines the implications of constitutional flexibility on governance using a comparative law method with a normative-historical approach. The focus is on comparing rigid and flexible constitutions in Civil Law and Common Law systems, along with case studies of amendments to Indonesia’s 1945 Constitution and constitutional reforms in the United Kingdom. Findings indicate that rigid constitutions provide political stability and legal certainty but adapt slowly to socio-political changes, whereas flexible constitutions allow rapid adaptation, though they may pose potential legal instability if not properly controlled. The study highlights the importance of balancing stability and flexibility through selective reforms, checks and balances, and public participation. These findings offer recommendations for lawmakers and policymakers to adjust amendment mechanisms to maintain equilibrium between stability and adaptability

Abstract

Effective learning requires discipline, yet there has been a decline in students' discipline. Teachers must prioritize formative assessment in the learning process to enhance student success. Implementing this formative assessment makes it easier for teachers to measure students' learning achievements, enabling them to provide feedback for improvement in future learning processes. The aim of this study is threefold: (1) to understand the importance of applying formative assessment in learning; (2) to understand the steps teachers take when applying formative assessment; and (3) to understand the impact of applying formative assessment on students. This study decisively adopts a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach. Data were collected rigorously through interviews, observations, and document studies, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The results of this study show that formative assessment is important for increasing students' engagement and discipline in learning, as well as helping teachers evaluate the effectiveness of learning during the process. Formative assessment is a powerful tool employed through diverse learning activities that teachers facilitate throughout the educational process. It is vital for enhancing students' learning, as it strengthens their discipline and motivation.
