Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic, which is an epidemic for the world, has a significant effect not only on the industrial sector, the economy, but also on the education sector. With the limited communication and learning media that existed at the beginning of the pandemic, it created a series of problems that had an impact on the quality and timeliness of study completion, not only at the undergraduate level but also at the masters and doctoral levels who experience delays due to not comprehensively understanding the strategy of writing scientific papers correctly. This activity is carried out with the aim of helping all parties, especially students who are in the process of preparing their final project. The results of the activities have a positive influence in helping students understand the writing of the final project. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in improving the Indonesian economy. MSMEs are not affected by external pressure so that they are able to survive and grow during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. MSME actors are constrained by product marketing, do not understand the benefits of branding, lack of knowledge of branding, do not have a positive entrepreneurial character and what is no less important is that they have not received training or assistance regarding technical branding strategies for MSME players. In marketing communication, one of the functions of branding is as a means to instill a positive image in the minds of consumers, so that it needs to be understood by MSME players, because product branding is one of the important points so that UMKM products will always be remembered by the public or consumers within a period of time. which is old.

Abstract

The problem of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the crisis has problems as well as challenges in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. One of the problems faced by business actors is the problem of capital and using digital technology. Capital is the main factor so that the business continues to run smoothly. However, in this digitalization era, the use of digital technology is also a problem when marketing products due to competition and reaching an increasingly complex and increasing market. But currently, MSMEs are one of the sectors in the economy in Indonesia that have a very important role. It has a large potential in driving economic activities and becomes the source of income for the majority of the population, as well as absorbing workers with low education and running in small business activities, both traditional and modern. With this training, it will further strengthen the position and gain benefits for MSME players both now and in the future.

Abstract

The ornamental fish market center in the village of Waru Pasar Parung, Bogor Regency, has tremendous potential in supporting the life and economy of its people.  While other businesses in this pandemic era are sluggish, the ornamental fish trading business has actually increased, both in face-to-face as well as online transactions. Therefore, mentoring and training to improve understanding of business strategies and promotion of ornamental fish marketing is very important. Mentoring aims to generate creative and innovative entrepreneurial values as well as the search for solutions in facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main goal is to increase sales profits. Problem solving methods are carried out through marketing mentoring and training through ornamental fish business promotion activities, done through questionnaires in Google form format.Mentoring Information  is intended to open up their business communication insights and online marketing promotion strategies in the ornamental fish business. During the Mentoring activities for ornamental fish traders in the Parung center, it is found that their business activities were still focused on price, product and place strategies concentrated only within the Parung ornamental fish center. Their promotion strategy is still wide open to grow due to their minimal insight and knowledge in packaging ornamental fish through air cargo.  For the traders, the online ornamental fish promotion strategy seems has not been fully implemented and the actual promotion has not been fully understood.

Abstract

The importance of literacy for students is not just being able to read and write but more than that. Literacy is the ability to use information and knowledge to increase intelligence according to change. One method that is tried to be carried out in response to the findings in research that has occurred a lot in the phenomenon of literacy in Indonesia is to carry out Community Service in the form of discussion and knowledge dissemination entitled "Teacher and Parent Participation in Promoting Literacy Among Students" at SMPN 95 City of North Jakarta. With the aim of increasing participation from various parties, including parents, teachers and non-governmental organizations, this activity was carried out by providing contemporary examples and exposure related to the importance of literacy and community participation. Evaluation of the implementation of activities is carried out by means of socialization / counseling on materials about literacy participation.

Abstract

Social media has the potential to help SMEs in marketing their products. The presence of various online (digital) shopping platforms is a potential market for anyone, especially UKMK players to get involved so that they can optimally enter the digital world. Almost all of these platforms are based on the internet, even social media, which is currently almost used by the Indonesian people, is used to sell or market products, services and services. Utilization of digital marketing for MSME actors through training in stages, first: research conducted in the Kuningan Barat Village, South Jakarta, second: Socialization through collaboration with Kuningan Barat Village, and third: Creating a digital marketing training schedule by forming groups divided into 4 sessions. To carry out this socialization, lecture and discussion methods and practice were used. The socialization was carried out to provide an understanding of digital concepts, social media and the benefits of using social media. Assistance in digital marketing management, both in finance and business management. In addition, assistance is also carried out to improve technical capabilities for content: WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook, Website www.plazakuninganbarat.com is one of the outputs of this activity, namely a website in the form of a mini marketplace that can be used as a display store as well as a marketing medium for MSMEs native to Kuningan. West.
