Abstract

Pengelolaan informasi privasi tidak hanya dalam dunia nyata, saat ini individu dapat menyebarkan informasi pribadi mereka kepada orang lain melalui media sosial seperti Twitter. Keberadaan akun-akun alter ego di situs jejaring sosial Twitter, memiliki tingkat keterbukaan informasi privat sangat berbeda. Akun-akun ini dibuat untuk melontarkan foto yang mengandung konten pornografi diri sendiri, setiap kali mengunggah foto sensual dirinya ke Twitter, mereka melengkapinya dengan nametag bertuliskan username dan melampirkan kata kunci hashtag #Realava. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana manajemen privasi komunikasi pemilik akun alter ego menggunakan teori Manajemen Privasi Komunikasi. Dengan pendekatan fenomenologi penelitian in mendapatkan deskripsi berikut: Pertama, Pemilik akun alter ego tetap menerapkan batasan privat dalam penggunaannya. Batasan kolektif yang diterapkan berupa memotong atau menutupi bagian wajah dirinya pada foto yang disebarkan. Kedua, Adapun motif yang muncul pada pemilik akun adalah, motif identitas diri, motif interaksi dan motif hiburan.

Abstract

Stabilitas nasional adalah suatu negara dalam keadaan kondusif dari berbagai gejolak-gejolak yang bersifatpolitis, ekonomis, maupun sosial. Negara yang kondusif akan berdampak pada kreatifitas masyarakatnya dan bisamengantarkan suatu negara menjadi negara maju. Masa Orde Baru di Indonesia adalah masa dimana terwujudnyastabilitas nasional merupakan tujuan dari pemerintah. Berbagai upaya untuk mewujudkan stabilitas nasional dilakukan,salah satunya adalah dengan membentuk Komando Pemulihan Keamanan dan Ketertiban (Kopkamtib), organisasi sipildan militer yang dibentuk untuk menangani masalah-masalah sekitar peristiwa G30/S. Kopkamtib sebagai organisasiyang memiliki kewenangan lebih dalam menangani pelanggaran-pelanggaran negara, tidak hanya fokus pada masalahsekitar G30/S. Pada tahun 1965-1977 berbagai pelanggaran-pelanggaran negara ditangani Kopkamtib seuai denganamanat dari presiden Soeharto. Penanganan pelanggaran-pelanggaran negara tersebut, merupakan wujud dari Kopkamtibdalam upaya untuk menciptakan stabilitas nasional pemerintah Orde Baru tahun 1965-1977. Kewenangan lebihKopkamtib seperti penangkapan tanpa surat peringatan, dimanfaatkan Soeharto untuk memberantas pelanggaran negarayang marak pada tahun 1977-1988 yaitu masalah pungutan liar di pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. Melalui Inpres No. 9 tahun1977 tentang Operasi Tertib (opstib), maka secara sah Kopkamtib bertugas memberantas segala bentuk pungli yang adadi Indonesia, termasuk di Tanjung Priok. Pemberantasan pungutan liar Kopkamtib di pelabuhan Tanjung Priokmenghasilkan temuan bahwa faktor penyebab terdapatnya pungli adalah karena ada keserakahan (greeds), kesempatan(opportunities), kebutuhan (needs), dan pengungkapan (ekposure) sesuai dengan teori GONE. Peran Kopkamtib dalammenangani pungli Tanjung Priok sebagai wujud untuk mendukung pemerintah dalam menciptakan stabilitas nasional,adalah mampu membersihkan praktik pungutan liar yang terjadi di pelabuhan Tanjung Priok pada tahun 1988. Sebagaiwujud keberhasilan Kopkamtib dalam menangani pungli, maka pada tahun 1988 Opstib dicabut dan Kopkamtibdibubarkan.Kata Kunci: Stabilitas Nasional, Kopkamtib, Pungutan Liar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out Gofar hilman's self-disclosure as an influencer on Instagram social media and the relationship between Gofar hilman as an influencer with self-disclosure and what were revealed by Gofar Hilman on Instagram social media and the reasons for expressing these things. Using Alfred Schutz's phenomenology theory, Jauhari Window theory, the concept of new media and Computer Mediated Communication (CMC). The paradigm used is paradigm of constructivism and phenomenology methods. Self disclosure on Instagram that has network density characteristics makes Gofar Hilman prefer Instagram social media compared to features similar to Instagram on other social media, the density on social media Instagram makes Gofar Hilman as an influencer more likely to express the feelings he feels or he wanted to expose, this was related to the theory of self-disclosure put forward by Johari Window as an embodiment of how someone relates to other people who are described as a window.

Abstract

This research focuses on the activities of the PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Public Relations Campaign on Covid-19 Response in the Tanjung Priok Port Area. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of the Covid-19 Response Campaign carried out by the Public Relations of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok and what media were used in the campaign process. The theory used in this research is the 4 Steps Of Public Relations from Cutlip and also the concept of 10 Stages Of Campaign Planning. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative with a constructivist paradigm. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation and in-depth interviews with informants who were involved in the process of implementing the Covid-19 Response Campaign with the object of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. The results of research from the Covid-19 Response Campaign carried out several stages in a comprehensive manner by forming a Covid Management Team together with the K3L and HR divisions. Considering the situation during the pandemic which limited activities outside the home, the Covid-19 Response Campaign was carried out by utilizing digital media such as Websites, Social Media, and the company's main internal channel, namely E-Office.

Abstract

Digital literacy is an interesting study at this time in the midst of the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), especially for SMEs. Through socialization and digital literacy training, MSME actors can apply in their business so that they are skilled and can market their products as well as increase income and improve the economy. The purpose of this study is to identify the actions of MSME actors in Kuningan Barat, South Jakarta. The research approach is qualitative and the method used is Stephen Kemmis's Action Research (PRA), and the concept used is the digital literacy stage of Steve Wheeler. The results show that digital literacy can be implemented through socialization and training that is realized in a digital product. Through action participation, MSME actors can be digitally literate and use digital media well. In this case, MSME actors create a website product www.plazakuninganbarat.com as a medium for digital marketing.

Abstract

Technological developments open new spaces for interaction. Women are still issues in conversation today. Women are commodity from their bodies. This study discusses the use of whatsapp stickers that use photos of women's bodies, the use of these stickers is widely used in the application group whatsapp, this shows that women are still physically viewed, sexually exploited and placed subordinate in conversation. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with case study research method, with the critical paradigm. Using interviews as a data collection technique, researchers interviewed group members who often used sensual female stickers to find out the background, motives and tried to uncover the practice of subordination of whatsapp group members who used female body sensual stickers. The results of this study show that the occupants of the group use sensual female body stickers as a joke, a medium of virtualization in the group. For men in the Whats app group, the use of a sensual female body as a conversation sticker, is a form of recognition of the beauty of the body and sexuality appeal of women. Subordinate practice in women occurs in whatsapp 19 Ers group conversations, when women's bodies in various sensual poses uses as mere joke objects.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance as well as the mediating effect of Organizational Commitment between Transformational Leadership on affecting Employee Performance in non-star hotels in Medan (North Sumatra) during the “New Normal” period. This is a survey research, using all employees who work in two non-star hotels in the city of Medan (North Sumatra) as research sample, totaling 60 Employees. The results are described descriptively in which were processed using SPSS version 23.0. The mediation variable test was carried out using the Sobel Test with significance level of p <.05. The results showed that there is a positive and significant direct effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance partially. Similarly, simultaneously there is an indirect effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment or in other words Organizational Commitment is able to mediate the effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance. The results of this study prove that the conceptions of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment are still relevant today and also contribute to improve employee performance in the hotel industry in Indonesia, especially non-star hotels in Medan (North Sumatra) in New Normal period. Thus we purpose further research to be conducted to examine worker commitments trough factor analysis approach. Meanwhile, working climate or culture in said characteristic can be describe trough ethnography

Abstract

This research looks at how communication can help victims of abusive relationships maintain their relationships. The goal of this study is to first figure out how victims can stay in abusive relationships, and then to figure out how victims' experiences in abusive relationships are described. The notion of Interpersonal Communication and the theory of Relationship Maintenance were applied in this study. This research employed a phenomenological method and a qualitative approach with a constructivism paradigm. The information was gathered by interviews or in-depth interviews with four sources, and the results were assessed using the source triangulation data validity technique. The findings revealed that relationship violence can take many forms, including physical, emotional, sexual, and financial. During and after the occurrence of violence, abusive relationships tend to go through cycles. Even though they are in an abusive relationship, the perpetrator still engages in relationship maintenance behaviors such as giving praise, being open to each other, providing certainty in relationships, doing tasks together, and interacting with others, as stated in the relationship maintenance theory. Victims of abusive relationships have their own reasons for staying in abusive relationships, such as the fact that they have been in an abusive relationship for a long time, still love them, and are frightened to leave.

Abstract

Vape atau personal vaporizer telah menjadi salah satu gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia saat ini. Hal tersebut didukung dengan maraknya iklan terutama dalam berbagai macam media sosial tentang penggunaan rokok elektrik serta tersedianya gerai rokok elektrik di kota-kota besar Indonesia yang semakin mudah untuk ditemui. Instagram adalah salah satu platfrom media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan. Pada era digital seperti saat ini, banyak platfrom media sosial yang dapat membantu mempromosikan brand atau produk dengan sasaran khalayak. Kebiasaan masyarakat yang berubah dalam melakukan pembelian secara offline menjadi online dengan sarana digital platfrom salah satunya instagram. Vaperasoy adalah salah satu dari sekian banyak toko vape yang menggunakan instagram sebagai sosial media marketing dari perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi promosi yang digunakan Vaperasoy sebagai media promosinya, penggunaan instagram dalam promosi efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma post - positivisme. Sementara itu jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. penelitian menggunakan model AISAS dan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui prilaku konsumen. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan beberapa narasumber, disimpulkan bahwa strategi sosial media marketing yang dilakukan oleh Vaperasoy efektif sehingga mampu meningkatkan penjualan.
