Abstract

ABSTRAKKajian pengembangan ekowisata bahari di Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung telah dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi atraksi wisata bahari yang ada, mengetahui persepsi wisatawan dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan ekowisata dari aspek sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari yang sesuai dengan potensi atraksi wisata bahari dan potensi pasar yang dimilikinya. Sebagai responden dipilih sejumlah 100 orang wisatawan dan 100 orang masyarakat dipilih dari empat objek yaitu Pantai Mutun, Pantai Klara, Pantai Sari Ringgung dan Pulau Pahawang. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Analisis potensi dan daya tarik wisata alam menggunakan pedoman Analisis Daerah Operasi–Objek dan Daya tarik Wisata Alam (ADO-ODTWA). Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan ekowisata dan AHP untuk menentukan tingkat priorotas strategi pengembangan ekowisata. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran memiliki potensi yang sangat sesuai untuk pengembangan ekowisata bahari dan disetujui masyarakat setempat. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap potensi objek ekowisata bahari dari aspek ketersediaan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana penunjang masih rendah. Beberapa prioritas strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari telah dibahas pada aspek ekologi sosial, dan ekonomi. ABSTRACTStudy of marine ecotourism development in Padang Cermin, Pesawaran District, Lampung Province has been carried out. The research objectives are to identify the potential of existing marine tourism attractions, finding out the perceptions of tourists and public participation in the development of ecotourism from social, economic and environmental aspects, and to formulate a marine ecotourism development strategy that is in accordance with the potential of marine tourism attractions and its market potential. As respondents, 100 tourists were selected and 100 people were selected from four objects, namely Mutun Beach, Klara Beach, Sari Rutut Beach and Pahawang Island. Data collecting was conducted using interview and observation. Data was collected by interview and observation. Analysis potential and attractive ecotourism used the orientation of operation area analysis object and motivation ecotourism. SWOT analysis was used to determine development strategy of ecotourism and AHP is used to determine the priority level of ecotourism development strategy. The result showed that Padang Cermin District, Pesawaran Regency, has a very suitable potential for the development of marine ecotourism and has been approved by the local community. The perception of tourists about the potential objects of marine ecotourism from the aspect of the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure is still low. Several priority strategies for developing marine ecotourism have been discussed in the aspects of social and economic ecology.

Abstract

AbstrakRuang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) merupakan ruang dengan vegetasi yang berfungsi sebagai penyerap gas karbondioksida (CO2) dalam bentuk karbon tersimpan sehingga dapat tercapai suatu kualitas lingkungan udara kota yang bersih dan nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis status dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keberlanjutan RTH publik sebagai cadangan karbon di Kota Pekanbaru. Data diperoleh melalui metode survey, pengamatan dan wawancara dianalisis menggunakan Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan RTH publik Kota Pekanbaru termasuk kurang berkelanjutan (49,57). Dimensi sosial (52,24) dinilai cukup berkelanjutan. Sementara dimensi ekologi (46,23), ekonomi (49,91), dan kelembagaan (49,93) tergolong kurang berkelanjutan. Secara umum disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan RTH Kota Pekanbaru tergolong kurang berkelanjutan. Peningkatan indeks dan status keberlanjutan pengelolaan RTH Kota Pekanbaru perlu diupayakan dalam perspektif pembangunan kota berkelanjutan. AbstractGreen Open Space (GOS) is a space with vegetation that serves as an absorber of carbondioxide gas (CO2) in the form of carbon is stored so that a good quality of clean and comfortable city air environment could be achieved. This study aimed to analyze the status and the factors that affect the level of sustainability of public green space as a reserve of carbon in Pekanbaru. Data obtained through the survey, observation, and interviews method were analyzed using Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS). The results showed that the management of public green space was less sustainable (49.57). The social dimension (52.24) is considered quite sustainable. While the dimensions of the ecological (46.23), economic (49.91), and institutional (49,93) relatively less sustainable. In general the management of Pekanbaru City GOS relatively less sustainable. Improving index and sustainability status RTH Pekanbaru City management needs to be pursued in the perspective of sustainable urban development.

Abstract

AbstrakKajian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi distribusi aerosol yang aktual dan dominan dari kegiatan yang melepaskan emisi polutan, khususnya di sekitar wilayah industri Pertamina-Balongan dan PLTU-Suralaya. Parameter distribusi aerosol, planetary boundary layer dan angin didapatkan dari alat Lidar. Pengukuran pada kedua lokasi menunjukkan tren kenaikan aktivitas polutan setelah pukul 08.00 WIB, distribusi aerosol pekat Pertamina-Balongan berada pada kisaran 800–1400 mdpl, sedangkan wilayah PLTU-Suralaya bervariasi pada kisaran 500-6500 mdpl. Sebaran partikel aerosol disimulasikan menggunakan model dispersi untuk mengetahui pola arah sebaran.AbstractThis study aims to identify distribution of the aerosol as the pollutants emissions affected by the selected industrial activity i.e. Pertamina-Balongan and PLTU-Suralaya. Distribution of aerosols parameter, planetary boundary layer, and wind were measured by Lidar. The measurement at both locations showed an increasing trend in pollutant emission at morning local times after 8 AM. The dispersion of aerosol in Pertamina-Balongan dominate at the altitudes of 800-1400 masl, while in PLTU-Suralaya area varies at the range 500-6500 masl. Dispersion of the aerosols was simulated using a dispersion model to determine the direction of the dispersion.

Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu dampak semakin tingginya jumlah penduduk di perkotaan adalah munculnya permukiman kumuh, termasuk yang terjadi di Kelurahan Kotabaru, kota Serang. Berbagai upaya penanganan permukiman kumuh telah lama dilakukan, namun kenyataannya secara keseluruhan program penanganan permukiman kumuh yang telah dilaksanakan hasilnya belum menunjukkan perubahan yang berarti dalam membantu penataan dan perbaikan permukiman kumuh. Untuk mengetahui penanganan permukiman kumuh yang sesuai maka perlu dilakukan analisis tingkat kekumuhan berdasarkan karakteristik lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial masyarakatnya dan menyusun konsep penanganan permukiman kumuh yang sesuai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode campuran untuk mengumpulkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa strata kekumuhan di permukiman Kotabaru terdiri dari kumuh sedang (RW 1 dan RW 2) dan kumuh berat (RW 3 dan RW 5). Tingkat kekumuhan yang berbeda membutuhkan penanganan yang berbeda pula, untuk wilayah kumuh sedang, penanganan dilakukan melalui peremajaan dengan land sharing. Untuk wilayah kumuh berat penanganan melalui pembangunan rumah susun. AbstractThe increase in the urban population has led to various impacts, and it also occurs in Sub Kotabaru city of Serang. One consequence is the increasing demand for appropriate housing, but this increase is not offset by an increase in the amount of land in the city. Limitations of land in the city resulted in land prices high and not affordable by low-income people. They occupied the land with the designation not to settlements such as riverbanks, railroad tracks and lead to slums in urban areas. Various efforts to address the slum has long been done, but in fact the overall program management of slums that have been implemented the results have not shown significant changes in assisting the structuring and slum upgrading. To determine the proper handling of slums it is necessary to identify the level of squalor by environmental characteristics, economic, and social communities; and draft handling of slums. This study used a qualitative approach with a mix of methods to collect qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the study explained that the strata level of slum in Kotabaru consists of medium slum (RW 1 and RW 2) and heavy slum (RW 3 and RW 5). Squalor different level requires different handling, anyway, to the slums being, handling through rejuvenation with land sharing. To the slums of heavy handling through the construction of flats.

Abstract

AbstrakTumpukan sampah di Tempat Penampungan Sementara (TPS) maupun Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) yang menghasilkan air lindi perlu dilakukan pemantauan untuk mengetahui air lindi sebelum dibuang guna mencegah terjadinya pencemaran air tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas air lindi terhadap air tanah warga di sekitar lokasi TPS di Kelurahan Pahandut, Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan pemeriksaan parameter air lindi, seperti Total Suspended Solid (TSS), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), kandungan minyak dan lemak. Selain itu, parameter kualitas air tanah juga diperiksa, seperti pH dan kadar zat organik pada 2 titik lokasi dengan jarak masing-masing 50 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar TSS air lindi di sekitar TPS melebihi baku mutu yaitu 130 ppm dan berpotensi sebagai penyebab tercemarnya air tanah di lokasi sekitar TPS tersebut. Kadar zat organik air tanah pada titik 1 dan 2 melebihi baku mutu yaitu sebesar 17 dan 15,1 ppm dari baku mutu yang diharapkan 10 ppm serta pH yang di bawah rentang pH yang diizinkan yaitu 6,5-9.AbstractPiles of domestic waste in Temporary waste transfer station (TPS) and Final Processing Station (TPA) that produce leachate need to be monitored to find out the leachate before disposal to prevent contamination of groundwater. This study aims to determine the effect of leachate water quality on groundwater of residents around the TPS location in Pahandut Village, Palangka Raya City. The study was conducted by examining the leachate quality parameters, such as Total Suspended Solid (TSS), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), oil and fat content, and also examining the groundwater quality parameters, such as pH and organic matter at two water samples from two locations of sampling site with a distance of 50 meters. The results showed that the TSS value of leachate was 130 ppm, which exceeded the permitted quality standard. It can lead groundwater pollution in area around the TPS. The organic substance levels of two site of groundwater exceeded the groundwater quality standards, 17 and 15.1 ppm respectively. The pH of two site of groundwater was 6.5-9, which was below the groundwater quality standards.
