Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job placement and job training on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT Frisian Flag, totaling 50 employees, the sample and this study were the employees. The analytical technique used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires. Data were collected and processed using SPSS computing program. The results of this study have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and show a correlation between placement and job training on job performance which has a strong influence. The results showed that partially the work placement variable had a positive effect on work performance, and job training has a positive effect on work performance. And simultaneously the variable of job placement and job training has a positive effect on work performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance, to determine whether there is an influence of motivation on employee performance, and to determine whether there is an influence of the work environment and motivation simultaneously on employee performance at The Acacia Anyer Hotel Serang-Banten This study uses a quantitative approach. In contrast, the population in this study is 44 employees at The Acacia Anyer Hotel Serang-Banten. In comparison, the sample is saturated with the sampling technique so that the sample is taken entirely from the total population with a sample of 48 employees. The results of this study obtained results in hypothesis 1 there is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance at The Acacia Anyer Hotel Serang-Banten. Hypothesis 2 there is a significant effect between motivation on employee performance at The Acacia Anyer Hotel Serang-Banten Hypothesis 3 there is an influence between work environment and motivation on employee performance at The Acacia Anyer Hotel Serang-Banten.

Abstract

Many new companies have tightened the company's competition in getting investors. Therefore, companies must have good performance and determine the correct financial ratios to have high corporate value because high corporate value affects a company's stock price and can increase market confidence. This study aims to determine the influence of Profitability Ratios on Firm Value, determine the effect of Firm Size on Firm Value, and determine how much influence Profitability Ratios and Firm Size have on Firm Value in Automotive and Components Sub Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative approach, which can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine specific populations or samples. The population in this study is in the automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2020 period, while the sample is 60 respondents in automotive and component manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The results of this study indicate that Profitability Ratios and Firm Size have a positive and significant influence on Firm Value in Automotive and Components Sub Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the effect of work discipline and work loyalty on employee performance; where the authors conducted research at PT Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Cilegon Branch. The method used is quantitative, used to examine a particular population or sample, and the instrument used is a questionnaire. The total population in this study was 149 people who were the total employees of PT Tiki Lane Nugraha Ekakurir Cilegon Branch, and the sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with a total sample of 60 employees of PT Tiki Lane Nugraha Ekakurir Cilegon Branch. The study's results, partially work discipline obtained a t count of 2.205 > t table 2.664; thus, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance. For the partial test of work loyalty obtained, t count 6.773 > t table = 2.664; thus, there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. For the simultaneous f test or togetherness test, many F count 31.630 > F table 3.15 means a simultaneous influence between work discipline and work loyalty on employee performance. From the test results and the results of the multiple correlation analysis of the effect of work discipline and work loyalty on employee performance, the value received is 0.315, which means the relationship is moderate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance, the impact of the work environment on employee performance, and the effect of work stress and the work environment together on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. South Tangerang Branch. This research uses quantitative methods by using descriptive and verification analysis. The descriptive method is used by collecting and analyzing data. The population in this study is 100 employees, while the sample for this study is 100 samples using a saturated selection. The results of this study are partially or simultaneously that work stress and work environment significantly affect employee performance. More than that, the contribution of these two variables produces 71.5% in influencing employee performance.
