Abstract

Corruption is a negative action that a person undertakes to gain his own advantage. Not infrequently corruption is done by someone who has a high education and religion. Formal religion is a set of externally charged rules and beliefs. It is top-down, inherited from priests, prophets and scriptures or inculcated through family and tradition. Spiritual intelligence is the intelligence to deal with and solve the problem of meaning and value, the intelligence to gain behavior and live in the context of broader and more rich meaning, the intelligence to judge that one's actions or way of life are more meaningful than others. spiritual intelligence can not be equated with religion. Although some people improve spiritual intelligence through religious approach. But that does not mean people are not religious can not have high spiritual intelligence. Counseling approach to the phenomenon of corruption is spiritual counseling with the method of counselor prayer, then giving information about spiritual concepts, referring to scripture, spiritual disclosure, spiritual confrontation, prayer with counselor and counselee, encouragement, use of community or religious group , counselee prayer and religious bibilioterapi.Keywords: corruption, formal religion, spiritual intelligence,spiritual counseling

Abstract

Empowerment is an effort to provide power (empowerment) or strengthening (strengthening) to the community. In other words, community empowerment is defined as the ability of individuals with the community in building community empowerment in question. Community empowerment is also interpreted as an attempt to change people's behavior in a better direction, so that the quality and welfare of their lives can gradually increase ". Allah does not change The state of a people so they change the conditions that exist in themselves. and if Allah willed evil for a people, then no one can reject it; and there is no protector for them besides Him. "(Q.S Ar-Ra'd: 11)Community empowerment is an effort done in the form of real activities in the community. Activities that strive to awaken the community in order to use and choose their lives to achieve a better level of living in all aspects. Abstract

Facing the challenge of globalization today, employees as human resources who have the ability, attitudes, values, needs, and characteristics must get great attention in an organization or company. Through guidance in the form of education and training can be viewed as one invesment, so that any organization or company that wants to grow and develop requires guidance for employees. This study aims to determine the implementation of career guidance in achieving employee performance in restaurants Lombok Idjo Yogyakarta. Understanding of career becomes important for employees in achieving targets and goals set by the company. By running the duties and responsibilities as employees will result in employee performance. Work is not just about getting money or economical course. But many things that make employees able to survive and continue to perform their duties as workers. Career concept and understanding is given by the management in the form of guidance in the form of individual and group. This research method uses qualitative research that describes the phenomenon that appears in the field. The data collection conducted by researchers are : observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain valid and accurate data. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of career guidance on employee performance is given by the management. Achievement of position and promotion of office due to the achievement shown by employees through the attitude and good skills and duties and responsibilities carried out by employees during work in Lombok Idjo Yogyakarta.Keywords : career guidance, employee performance

Abstract

This research aim to know how big influence of applying of science of communications and psychology in course of mission of either through separate and also by simultan to deed of society religion. Counted 120 society people of taken as sampel by using technique of Cluster Sampling. Data collecting done to pass the kuesioner. Hereinafter data gathered to be analysed by using statistical and descriptive statistical analysis of inferensial. From the analysis result known by that applying of its influence communications science is very strong to religion deed that is 0.929. So also with the its influence psychology applying is very strong to religion deed that is 0,880, is hereinafter seen from both the variable by simultan have an effect on the strength to religion deed of equal to 0,939. From data analysis obtained by result of applying of communications science have an effect on positive and signifikan to deed of society religion in District of Padangsidimpuan South that is 27,339 1,659. So also psychology applying have an effect on positive and signifikan to religion deed that is 20,114 1,659. Hereinafter by simultan both the variable of positive influence and signifikan to religion deed that is 437,897 3, 08.Keywords: communications science, psychology, religion deed.

Abstract

Day by day people are always faced with deviant behavioral symptoms. Lying is no longer in a personal capacity even though it includes self-denial, but is done through its power, the power of the public. A power which, according to a healthy soul and a clear mind, is to carry out the mandate of the people. What is the relitasnya? That is a lie to lie covering these (political) power processes is a "structural lie".A power structure controlled by "liars". As the one held in anti-corruption institutions, along with 720 personal staff in the corruption eradication commission (KPK), is always faced with an increasingly creative mode of corruption as a product of mental lying.Day after day corruption experienced the dynamics of its mode, run systematically, synergistically, calmly and "solemnly". The age around forty years down marks some young, wealthy people, with a pragmatic lifestyle and hedonist. They are the middle class with the predicate scholarship a number of public and private universities. As explained in neurosciences that the soul as well as spirituality is the product of the human brain although the mechanisms for bringing the two are different.It is interesting to understand the necessity of recruiting candidates for the professional leaders of this state organization by finding out what is the relationship between a healthy brain, a close connection to the meaning of life and spirituality. The theory of neurosciences is highly recommended, at least learn from interpreting the perpetrators of corruption including the class of learned, a method of recruitment of public leaders capable of producing human elected. And neuroscience can be a government policy to involve a spiritual neuroscience approach in doing the fit and proper test of a country's stakeholder candidate. So that eventually hopefully through neuroscience and ISHA can contribute to the form of recruitment methods that can capture healthy and sane leaders of the brain, the fruit of the presence of God in the human brain. On multicultural counseling have to see differences of socio culture in process of shapping behavior and attitude of connected individual. Aspect of multicultural counseling have to understood consept of reality and self understanding also social constructional.Multicultural counseling have to hald principle which are principle of privacy counselor and privacy client, so a counselor have to understood characteristic of complexity socio culture in a social life. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian terhadap ketimpangan gender dimana perempuan yang bekerja di dua area sekaligus yaitu publik dan domestik. Emansipasi hadir dengan tujuan menghormati perempuan dari hak-hak nya yang tidak terpenuhi namun disisi lain, adanya emansipasi yang mengarah pada perempuan bekerja di area publik tidak sama sekali mengubah struktur sosial yang mengharuskan perempuan bekerja pada area domestik sehingga perempuan harus menanggung dua pekerjaan sekaligus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketimpangan gender terjadi di era emansipasi, bagaimana konseling feminisme mampu mengatasi permasalahan ketimpangan gender. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian literatur dari jurnal-jurnal sebelumnya serta dari pengetahuan di pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa ketimpangan gender di era emansipasi dikarenakan masyarakat yang masih memegang erat faham dimana pekerjaan rumah adalah tanggungjawab perempuan dan sukses tidaknya perempuan tergantung kemampuannya dalam mengurusi pekerjaan rumah/domestik. Konseling feminisme melalui proyek (pemikiran dan gerakan) berusaha meruntuhkan struktur budaya, seni, gereja, hukum, keluarga inti yang berdasarkan pada kekuasaan ayah dan negara, juga semua citra, institusi, adat istiadat, dan kebiasaan yang menjadikan perempuan sebagai korban yang tidak dihargai dan tidak tampak.Kata kunci: Emansipasi, peran ganda, dan Feminisme

Abstract

Evaluation is an attempt to obtain information on a regular, continuous, and comprehensive basis of the process and outcomes of the development of attitudes and behaviors, or the developmental tasks of the students through the program activities that have been implemented. Evaluation or assessment is an important part in the management or management of the implementation of guidance and counseling in accordance with the developments that occur both in the overall school program, social development and the challenges that occur in education so the program of guidance and counseling services should not be static or it to it. Similarly, from the development of the program itself, a program of guidance and counseling services needs to be developed and improved so that it can be designed and realized in accordance with the development needs of learners as one of the target service. Even if the evaluation service is not a direct service to the student, the evaluation will have an impact on the improvement of the services required by the student. So that in the end students can feel the impact of improvement or changes in accordance with the dynamics of aspects developed in a program.The model of evaluation arises because of continuous explanation efforts derived from human development and desire to try to apply the principles of evaluation on a more abstract scope including in the fields of education, behavior and art. In this paper we will present some models that can be used in the evaluation of guidance and counseling programs, ie goal attainment evaluation model, formative and summative evaluation model, responsive evaluation model and CIPP evaluation model (Context, Inputs, Process and Product). Some things to consider in designing evaluation of guidance and counseling programs are: title of activities, reasons of implementation, general goals and specific objectives, evaluation questions, methodologies used and procedures and steps of evaluation activities.Keywords: Evaluation, model, and design.

Abstract

Termination is one of the stages in counseling where counselor should end counseling, this decision can be done unilaterally or together. It’is a sign that something has been done. As for the stages in termination is to start a new experience, previous experience must be solved and solved, maintain the changes that have been achieved and develop expertise to solve problems that have been obtained from counseling, and act as a reminder that the client is an adult. In termination has several issues, namely termination of individual sessions that serve as a time to determine the next service schedule, and counseling relationships that serve as an important point need to be considered when deciding whether to terminate counseling or not. In addition to the termination issues, there are also some types of counseling terminations that need to be noticed by a counselor that is premature termination, termination of initiative, and termination counselor with a positive note. Abstract

Penilaian kinerja adalah penentuan secara periodik efektivitas operasional suatu organisasi, bagian organisasi, dan personelnya, berdasarkan sasaran strategik, standar, dan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Dengan penilaian kinerja itulah kita bisa memprediksikan kedepannya perusahaan ini akan tetap berjalan atau kalah bersaing dengan organisasi-organisasi yang memiliki karyawan yang lebih kompetitif, karena karyawan yang kompetitif bisa lebih cepat untuk merealisasikan tujuan dan sasaran yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan, jika karyawan yang dimiliki tidak bisa berkembang atau tidak melaksanakan program dan sasaran yang dibebankan organisasi dengan baik maka sama pula dengan organisasinya itu sendiri akan sama dari tahun ke tahun tidak ada perubahan karena karyawan yang dimiliki tidak bisa merealisasikan tujuan dan sasaran yang diinginkan oleh organisasi atau perusahaan.
