Abstract

The selection of effective and efficient employee recruitment is one of the important stages to help employee productivity at work. But the management of a company has problems in selecting employees. As in PT Inti Cakrawala Citra, especially decision makers who have problems determining the candidate with the best results and according to the existing criteria in determining this employee recruitment selection decision, some are done subjectively. From these existing constraints, a solution was made, namely a decision support system that can facilitate management in the selection of this employee acceptance. One method that can be used in this decision support system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where this method is a method that can solve not structured or semi-structured problems. This system is made using the PHP programming language, the Extreme Programming system development method, and the design using the Unified Modeling Language. Implementation was carried out on five samples of test and interview results and using 6 criteria such as Intelligence, Work Attitude, Personality, Appearance, Communication, and Experience of the candidates, then obtained the required ranking results. With the existence of a decision support system using the AHP method, it is hoped that it can be used as a complement in the selection of employee recruitment because it can help facilitate the selection of employee recruitment while reducing subjective assessments.

Abstract

PT. Pratama Cipta Sarana resmi sebagai dealer Megacools dengan sistem pendistribusian barang. Merk Megacools adalah rangkaian produk maintenance (perawatan) dan juga suplemen otomotif dan mesin-mesin. Peran sales sangat vital karena dapat melakukan komunikasi dengan menawarkan barang atau jasa produksi perusahaan kepada konsumen. Dalam menilai calon karyawan diperlukan beberapa aspek agar didapatkan hasil yang akurat. Dikarenakan penilaian calon sales baru belum dilaksanakan secara optimal karena masih menggunakan cara perhitungan manual, dan kemungkinan juga dapat menimbulkan beberapa persoalan yang nantinya akan menghambat proses penentuan dan pemilihan calon sales terbaik seperti pengolahan data yang memakan waktu lama dan human error atau kesalahan pada manusia. Maka di perlukan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) penilaian penerimaan sales baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempermudah staff dalam proses penyeleksian calon sales baru dan mendapatkan hasil evaluasi yang singkat dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Penilaian menggunakan 5 bobot kriteria yaitu umur, pengalaman kerja, jumlah keahlian, jumlah pendidikan dan sertifikat keahlian. Sistem pemberian keputusan karyawan ditentukan dengan mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating di tiap alternatif pada seluruh atribut atau kriteria sehingga hasil atau skor total yang diperoleh untuk sebuah alternatif yaitu dengan menjumlahkan semua hasil perkalian antara rating. Sehingga dengan hasil perhitungan penilaian tersebut dapat di tentukan calon sales mana yang berkesempatan untuk bisa bergabung dalam perusahaan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggunakan 5 (lima) sampel data calon sales baru, diperoleh data keluaran perankingan dengan hasil nilai maksimal 95,00 oleh Nurfaris dan nilai minimum 58,21 oleh Muhammad Dannis.

Abstract

The role of information technology really helps various jobs become lighter. With the support of technology, any information needed will be easily obtained and conveyed. Various companies and agencies are required to use information technology as a measure of the quality of the company or agency. Educational institutions need an information technology for school data processing activities and present information quickly and accurately, so that in improving the quality of the school itself an information technology is needed to support information systems that can manage various information as needed. The data collection method used is the Library Study Method, which is a technique for finding data related to research sourced from books and documents in the form of journals, theses and related data needed to support system development. Question and answer forum that can be utilized by teachers and students who are still active or have student status at MAN 11 South Jakarta to continue to gain knowledge by exchanging ideas through a question and answer forum that has been developed and ready to be used. Student data and data for education staff or teaching staff have been presented dynamically using data from the MySQL database so that it will be easier when there are changes or additions to teaching staff data. Journals that were not previously available on the MAN 11 South Jakarta website have been added to the library menu, combined with the MAN 11 South Jakarta library books and included in the Journal Category.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Anwar is one of the private schools in the Pagedangan area. In carrying out their activities, administrative officers must record new student data into the new student registration book, the payment process and the recording of payment data reports are still manually. The design of the system made using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages for database storage. By applying the Waterfall Method is one of the SDLC models that is often used in the development of information systems or software. With the application of the student registration information system and payment of SPP this application can make it easier for officers to make reports and record new student registrations faster and stored properly.

Abstract

How to handle rice stock determination appropriately according to sales To build a system that is able to determine rice stock quickly fuzzy mamdani Make a system design according to ongoing needs through modeling, and make Usecase diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Class diagrams , Design the interface for the user and then proceed with making coding and databases in accordance with the design made. To determine the stock of baras Rice is not only used as rice, but can also be used as raw material for various foods and beverages such as glutinous rice, tapai, and also herbal rice kencur. This fuzzy logic has three methods including the Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Sugeno, and Mamdani methods and from these three fuzzy methods they have different inference and defuzzification engines.

Abstract

To reduce these weaknesses, the Yuk Les Tuition Guidance needs to have a system that can make it easier for admins, teachers and students to get information easily and quickly. The methodology used in the design of this information system uses Waterfall, this methodology can be used as a methodology to analyze and design a WEB-Based Tutoring Information System at tutoring Les Yuk. The results of this study indicate that the use of a web-based tutoring information system has accommodated admins in managing administrative data to be more effective, and teachers and students in receiving information both registration and academics are more easily accessible by the internet.

Abstract

PT Djojosindo is a company engaged in digital printing. The provision of material goods for production is also ordered to vendors selected by the company on a tempo basis and can be referred to as trade payables. The process of recording all accounts payable data obtained from several invoices received from vendors is done manually in a ledger so that it is less effective in terms of searching for data and calculating accounts payable which needs to be known in nominal terms, especially debts that must be paid in a timely manner. a long time and can make the company's expenses unstable and not timely causing invoice data to be missed which has an impact on late invoice payments. Payment of accounts payable is done manually referring to the due date of each invoice, making invoice payments sometimes exceed the due date which can affect the company's reputation in the eyes of the vendor and reduce the vendor's level of trust in the company.The process design method is focused on model development using UML (Unified Model Language) and using the PHP programming language, as well as Xampp v3.2.2 with Apache as the web server and MySQL as database storage.This research produces an application that is able to record all accounts payable data so that it is easy to find data and estimate future debt calculations in the future so as to reduce the impact of missed invoice recordings that often occur by employees and this application is able to make invoice payments automatically by the system to customers. vendor accounts according to the payment due date.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are non-formal learning activities carried out by school or university students, generally outside the standard curriculum learning   hours.Extracurricular activities are shown so that students can develop their personality, talents, held from the school and the students themselves to pioneer activities outside of school hours. MTS Muhammadiyah 1 has several extracurricular activities such as futsal, volleyball and silat. Every year there is an O2SN competition, O2SN is an abbreviation of the National Student Sports Olympiad, which is a national event to find new Indonesian seeds in the field of sports, a branch that is competed at O2SN in including athletics, swimming, volleyball, badminton, karate, pencak silat, chess, table tennis. Mts Muhammadiyah Depok, the selection of students who participated in the competition was not well structured, so it was done using DSS (Decicion Support System) with the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. DSS is part of a computer-based information system. Information systems are very important to support decision making, the SAW method is often also known as the sum of the weighted values of the performance rating on each alternative on each attribute. With this system, it will be able to determine who the students are sent to the O2SN silat branch of the competition. This application uses the PHP programming language, MySQL database software and uses the Simple Additive Weighting method and uses UML as a tool to implement the analysis and design process of a decision support system for the selection of national sports olympiad students.

Abstract

Employee selection is the process of finding and withdrawing job vacancies that have the potential to fill jobs, qualified workforce is very influential on company performance. (Ismail, Nurjaya, 2016). The employee selection system at PT. Currently, ZENSHO Indonesia is carried out conventionally, where the management determines the work without a clear selection process, giving the impression that the process is subjective. And there is no method used to determine the amount of value seen. In this study using the Weighted Product (WP) method, the advantages of the Weighted Product (WP) method are that there are Cost and Benefit variables, which are useful for determining criteria that affect decisions, and it is easier to reach this goal so that the selection process for determining work choices becomes more objective. , So that the process of calculating the quantities seen has a standard method. Based on the tests that have been carried out by building a permanent employee recruitment selection system at PT. ZENSHO Indonesia, the recruitment selection process becomes more objective. By applying the Weighted Product (WP) method to the recruitment selection process, the calculation process has definite parameters and criteria so that the process has a fixed standard method.

Abstract

Currently, the process of recording sticker management in Pt. Gajah Tunggal Tbk is still done in a conventional way that is by writing data into the monthly sticker stock bookkeeping form. There are often problems such as loss of stickers, shortages and delays in sticker stock that cause delays in the delivery of goods to consumers. This research aims to build and design the Sticker Control Stock Information System on PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. Benefits of This Research can help and facilitate the performance of Plant Apw warehouse admin in the process of processing sticker stock data. The results of this study are web-based applications. By using a web-based information system is expected to avoid previously frequent errors such as sticker loss, delays and power of sticker stock in Warehouse Apw because it still uses conventional means. The research methods used in system development apply extreme programming and design methods using uml modeling language.
