Human resources are one of the important factors in the running of an agency. Good employee management will greatly affect the aspects of the success of the performance of the employees, if the employees can be well organized, it is expected that the company can run everything well. The problem of subjectivity in evaluating the performance of the best employees is almost unavoidable. To improve employee performance, companies really need to carry out the process of selecting the best employees in determining the best employees for each predetermined period. It is necessary to develop a computerized decision support system so that decision making in determining the best employees can be done quickly, precisely and accurately and free from subjectivity, by using a support system using the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique).

SMPN 6 Satu Atap Cimarga is a school located in Kp. Lebuh, Sangiang Jaya Village, Cimarga District, Lebak Regency. Although the school is only 25 KM away from the capital city, internet access is very difficult to obtain because it is in a blankspot area. Difficult geographical conditions cause wireless infrastructure, optical fibre or cellular signals to be unreachable. The solution to overcome the blankspot is to use an LTE signal booster product from Mikrotik LTE4 routerboard category with the Embedded LTE Client LHG LTE Kit brand. The purpose of this research is to design and build an internet network at SMPN 6 One Roof Cimarga. Despite being in a blankspot location, the LTE signal can be received well by the RB LHG LTE antenna with EARFN parameter information: 1313 (band 3, bandwidth 20Mhz), RSRP -94 dBm, RSRQ -12.0 dB. SINR 3 dB and CQI 8. From these parameters the average bandwidth received on download is 37.38 Mbps, while for upload 20.81 Mbps. For the average latency, a value of 30ms was obtained.

The rapid development of a trading business or industry at this time makes information a very important role in supporting the course of sales operations. At the One Mebel which is engaged in the industry that was established in 2010 it is still done conventionally, therefore an online sales system is designed using sales promotion media with the aim of increasing sales volume so that store revenue increases. The method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) because the application developed is a simple application and does not require a long time to develop. Because the RAD method supports designing applications in a short period of time. After designing, implementing, and testing the Web-Based Sales Information System at One Mebel Using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, it can be concluded that this system can solve existing problems, namely This sales information system designed has a feature where you can view and monitor item data and sales reports, making it easier for employees from the One Mebel.

The increase in learning activities from home and working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, of course, will also affect the increase in users of computer devices such as laptops and desktop PCs. Computer equipment service providers are services that are in great demand, especially by computer users who are new to using computer equipment during this pandemic, however, just like other business owners, MSMEs, computer equipment service providers, have also experienced a decrease in the number of customers which resulted in a decrease in turnover at the beginning of the pandemic. COVID-19 due to the lack of promotional activities during the pandemic by computer service business owners. Given these problems, the design of a geographic information system mapping the locations of computer equipment service providers is quite possible to provide convenience to people who want to make repairs to their computer equipment and assist computer equipment service providers in promoting their services, the development of this geographic information system. using the Waterfall method, and for the programming language using PHP and MySQL database.

The inventory stock system that is managed manually by CV Jasmine Motor has very limitations, CV Jasmine Motor realizes that manual data collection is very inefficient because it requires a lot of energy and time. Therefore, the authors develop a system that is able to assist the process of recording the existing inventory. To assist in this proccess the author makes a web-based application that aims to overcome problems in recording inventory manually and minimize errors in recording manually. With this application, it is able to provide convenience for warehouse staff to manage inventory stock through the application without having to search for the item in the warehouse, making it easier and more practical.

The theme of the research carried out is an effort to design information system buildings in Islamic boarding schools from manual and paper-based methods using technology devices and digital-based information systems with Android and Desktop applications. The object of the research was carried out in an educational institution, namely the modern Al-Ghozali Islamic boarding school which is located in the Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency. The data collection technique used in this study was by distributing questionnaires, observing and interviewing students, parents of students and managers of Islamic boarding schools to identify research problems, then based on these problems, data processing, data analysis, and conclusions were drawn. From the results of data analysis, an application design with the waterfall method was made in building software whose processing uses the PHP programming language, Java and database supported by software such as Android Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Mysql. The results of this application design are expected to provide solutions and problem solving for Islamic boarding schools in overcoming various problems that have been using paper and manual media and then switching to digital systems. The scope of the information system design includes the acceptance of new students including registration fees, selection schedules, selection fees, payment methods, announcement of selection results and other information related to Islamic boarding school activities. With the hope that prospective students, students and parents can easily, practically and completely access the variety of information offered by the Islamic boarding school.

Information systems have also begun to enter the field of sports, as a medium of information that provides information such as futsal field rentals. The Cipondoh area has several futsal field rental places as a supporting facility for futsal players who want to exercise. Because for now, even for players who want to rent a futsal field, especially in the Cipondoh area, they are having difficulty getting information about a futsal field rental place and players still need to come directly to the location to find out the condition of the futsal field. With the current website-based information system, it will be easier for futsal players who want to rent a field using a website-based system. By using the website-based information system, players who rent the futsal field can make bookings, the available futsal field schedule, field conditions, field rental times and payment transactions. As for the design of this system using the waterfall method using programming languages such as PHP, MySQL. Notepad++. And all the descriptions in the design of this system using UML modeling such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, to class diagrams.

Often students have difficulty in finding the theme of the thesis title and the final project and get into trouble by several times changing the thesis title and the final project. Submission of titles is sometimes accepted and sometimes rejected based on considerations, one of which is an existing title. The goal of the study was to create software that could search and check thesis titles and final tasks quickly and accurately. The method used in this research is the development method that is how the system is developed from a manual system to a computerized system. With this information system application, it is expected to facilitate checking, searching and managing thesis titles and student final assignments and avoid indications of similar titles and plagiarism.

In the midst of the rapid development of information technology, especially artificial intelligence plays a very important role in today's human activities in making decisions by applying artificial intelligence technology. One of them is by implementing an expert system. An expert system is an application of a system in which the system itself is a duplication of knowledge from an expert related to the system. Hair loss can occur only on the scalp or the entire body. These symptoms can be temporary or permanent. Lack of knowledge about this hair loss, then made an android-based hair loss diagnosis application that can be used anywhere and anytime by the user. The making of this hair loss diagnosis application uses the javascript programming language, then SQLite as a local database, android studio as an android application development and the results of diagnostic analysis using the forward chaining algorithm method in the form of symptoms and diseases of hair loss. Testing the system by testing black box and white box by compiling a flow graph. The results of the application of this application are expected to help knowledge about hair loss and identify hair loss diseases.

In the era of the development of information technology that is increasingly sophisticated today there are still printing service companies doing marketing still using print media such as banners, banners, leaflets meanwhile, to order customer products, you must come directly to the location of the printing service. Over time product marketing using banners, banners, leaflets and product orders requires customers to come directly is considered less effective so that it has an impact on the lack of information obtained by customers. For this reason, a media in the form of a website is needed as a marketing and sales system for printing services to be able to improve services and data processing more effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a data collection technique consisting of observation, interviews, literature studies, while the system development model used is a waterfall model consisting of four stages, namely the analysis stage, the design stage, the testing stage and the implementation stage. As a result, the Web-Based Azagi Print Online Printing Management Information System can be used as a source of product and marketing information for printing service companies and can expand the marketing reach, as well as facilitate companies in the process of data processing, data search and making printing order data reports.
