Service queuing mechanism is now still using a manual system, where the consumer must come directly to the workshop and the consumer must queue up first. In need of a service queue service system that supports to overcome the old queue and for the workshop has certain characteristics of other workshops and Help improve the quality of service at the workshop. One type of technology implementation in terms of increasing business competition is to use the internet as a communications media owned by the company Application of a database that is as a container to accommodate the data processing queue service. This system uses the programming language PHP and MySQL.Aplikasi also provides SMS Gateway service to customers to minimize the occurrence of customer delays.This application also presents reports addressed to the owner (owner), namely: report queue number.Keywords: Service Queue, database, SMS Gateway PHP and MySQL.

Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. So as to produce the ranking of students, two students with the highest score in each department that will get a Joint Degree Program scholarship.Keywords: Scholarship, Student, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System.

The troso weaving produced by SMEs in Jepara currently has a greatly increased public demand, and this has resulted in an increase in the number of suppliers and distributors owned by the troso weaving companies. The company needs to select suppliers so that the received raw materials have quality and price in accordance with the budgeted by the company as well as selecting distributors so that ready-made troso weave is marketed accordingly. To improve the performance of the company, the need for supply chain management (SCM) strategy by taking into account the flow of communication between partners, the ability of the company to establish relationships with suppliers and distributors. System development method used is to use waterfall method which starts from system requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is the SCM information system at UMKM Tenoon web-based troso. Revenue and Expenditure Budget Village or abbreviated to APBDes every year among all the village's equipment is always busy with the utilization or management of village revenues to be allocated to several activities that aim to build the village. The main obstacles in APBDes management are lack of reporttransparency, inefficient performance, inadequate reporting thus hampering the implementation of rural development. As a form of effort to overcome this problem, it is necessary to design software application reports realization of web-based village budget usage. APBDes realization information system is web-based, using PHP web programming language and MySQL database. In implementing this system, it must be implemented or uploaded on the web server to be accessible on the internet. Because this implementation isexperimental, the author uses the XAMPP application as his web server. With the presence of these systems, the public can get information about APBDes easily without having to come to the village hall or ask for the explanation to the village apparatus and Government at the kecamatan level can also control and evaluate the reporting of APBDes relaisaasi online. So the transparency of realization of APBDes can be realized and able to answer people's doubts about the village apparatus and monitor the progress and development of their village.Keywords:APBDes, Information System, Website, Reporting, Village Finance

Mulyoharjo is the center of wood sculpture and sculpture industry which is included in Jepara regency, Central Java. Mulyoharjo is now developed into a tourist village of creative industries that began to favor a lot of local and foreign tourists. Mulyoharjo has excellent potential such as sculpture or wood carving. Local tourists and foreign tourists need information about the carving industry in Mulyoharjo to be visited. But to find the carving industry in Mulyoharjo is still limited in the website that takes a long time in the search process. So to know the carving industry information is less effective and efficient. Utilization of the progress of smartphone technology is one solution to this problem. Therefore, researchers apply an information-based android mobile app that provides information about the potential of existing industries in Mulyoharjo Village, based on location/map. Development method used in making this application is waterfall method using the ionic framework which is devoted to building a hybrid mobile application with HTML5, AngularJS, and CSS. The development of this application in the form of images, data and map location is included into the firebase database so that application renewal becomes young, fast and efficient. Based on the assessment by the respondents as a whole, the New Jepara application scored 81.3% with criteria very feasible to use.Keywords: Mobile application, waterfall method, carving industry center.

The need for medical supplies at a Technical Implementation Unit of the Center for Public Health is of paramount importance. But in reality UPT Puskesmas especially those located in small towns have not been able to control the availability of drugs effectively. Often there is a shortage of even running out of drugs when needed. Distribution of drugs that take a long time also becomes a barrier drug can be used in an effective and efficient. An information system on drug data management is expected to assist officers in the pharmacy to be able to control the stock of drugs that exist in a UPT Puskesmas. A stock drug can be known from the exit and entry of existing drugs. This system uses UML in its design and java as a programming language. With the drug warehouse information system, monthly statements of drug stocks become easier, the availability of drugs can be controlled so that patients who should get free medicines from Puskesmas do not need to redeem or change drugs in pharmacies because of Puskesmas that run out of drug stock.Keywords: Drugs, Java, Puskesmas, UML

Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology with real-world concepts with dimensions of the world that can be revealed realtime. AR usually presented using a Smartphone platform that enables easy development of applications which appropriate, affordable and accessible to multiple users. Benefits of using AR can be used as an interactive educative learning in various fields. One of these areas is learning about family planning education (TOGA) among junior high school students with the struggle time 13-15 years. TOGA is a cultivated home crop that is efficacious as a medicine. Packed with Flashcards and media design combined with the latest technology to make students want to know and improve the science associated with TOGA. With the design of "Design And Implementation Marker With Flashcards Media For 10 Samples of TOGA", it is expected to create a more interactive learning environment that can be used directly with virtual world objects.

English pronunciation has long been taught through the delivery of phonetic symbols to study the sound of each phoneme in English. In Multimedia Broadcasting study program at Surabaya State Electronics Polytechnic, pronunciation has long been delivered to the students through guidebooks in the form of phonetic symbols that teach basic sound pronunciation in English. English teachers practice the sound of each phoneme directly to thestudents. After going through various observations based on the track record of student achievement of this pronunciation material, I as a teacher as well as researcher found that my student achievement was less than the desired target. This was due to the limited source of English pronunciation learning where students only learned face-to-face in the classroom. Through the use of English learning media of pronunciation interactively using speech recognition technology, it was expected that Multimedia Broadcasting course students in Surabaya State Electronics Polytechnic could improve their English pronunciation ability. After students complete the English pronunciation training sequence using pronunciation application using speech recognition technology, the data from the interview stated that the students felt more confident and improved their pronunciation ability and also felt the increased motivation to learn English pronunciation using English pronunciation learning app using speech recognition technology.Keywords: English pronunciation, teaching, multimedia, speech recognition technology, and pronunciation app.

With rapid development of science and technology and the accelerated pace of urbanization, smart city has been also widely spread across our country. By Internet of Things, we put forward a kind innovative way of real-time air pollution monitoring into public city transportation vehicle. We take information about the surrounding environment through sensors and upload it directly to the internet. This paper fosters the advantages of the cloud-based computing frameworks (such as Microsoft Azure Machine Learning Studio) and presents a practical work-flow well-suited for the standard machine learning tasks.
