Abstract

Nowadays English send to be the crucial language in the word. The existence of English subject should be focus on the grammar. Because grammar stated as the complication thing in English. This study focused on simple present tense, teaching English subject especially in simple present tense generally make students felt bored because they did not feel confidence and felt difficult in understanding the material Here, EGRA method to be alternative of the problem in which the EGRA method can make students more enthusiastically in learning and confident in simple present tense. EGRA is an acronym of four major learning styles for student’s confidence and confidence, namely Exposure, Generalization, Reinforcement, and Application. Many researcher found that teaching by using EGRA method give well understanding for students in learning a new language. It can be shown that students become more creative, active and communicative in the class. The success of learning also depend on the method use by the teacher. Here the EGRA method used to fulfil the needed of students.

Abstract

Broken Home children at Toraja Congregation Sion Paccerakan Church in Luwu Class. As a church assembly, they must fulfill their ministry duties properly, especially in carrying out pastoral assistance services. Pastoral assistance is very important so that the Broken Home child can rise from his life struggles. The author discusses this topic because pastoral assistance services for Broken Home children have not been optimally implemented. In connection with the topics raised in the completion of this writing, the authors use qualitative methods. The data collection technique used is through the literature and field research using the interview method. The author conducted research at the Congregation of Sion Paccerakan Klasis Luwu. The informants were the Pastor, Church Council, Guardian Parents and Broken Home Teenagers. Based on the results of research in the field, the authors found that broken home children understand their life as five things namely ugliness, destruction, freedom, solitude and pleasure. Responding to these findings, the church needs to help children in the form of pastoral assistance to find life goals, develop responsibility and self-integrity. This research provides an understanding of pastoral assistance for churches for broken home children at the Paccerakan Zion Congregational Church and other churches.

Abstract

This qualitative study explored the best practices of successful school principals in Indonesia who have been able to balance their administrative tasks with instructional leadership. Purposive sampling was used to select ten school principals from primary and secondary schools in Indonesia with a proven record of balancing their administrative tasks with instructional leadership. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect data, which were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicated that successful principals prioritize instructional leadership over administrative tasks, create a positive school culture that supports instructional leadership, and provide ongoing professional development for teachers. The study also identified challenges principals face in balancing their administrative tasks with instructional leadership, such as needing more resources and support. The recommendations for school principals include prioritizing instructional leadership, creating a positive school culture, and providing ongoing professional development for teachers. The study's implications for policy and professional development programs include supporting school principals in balancing administrative and instructional leadership responsibilities. The limitations of the study and directions for future research are also discussed.

Abstract

The decline in adolescent moral values is a sign that character education has not gone as expected. Religious character education is very important. In order for the formation of religious character to be carried out optimally, a good management process is needed. This study aims to determine the management of the formation of religious character students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Banjarmasin City and its supporting and inhibiting factors. This type field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the management of the formation of religious character students is carried out through: planning, setting goals based on the vision and mission and preparing program plans. Organizing, madrasahs headmaster divides tasks among the wakamad of student affairs, homeroom teachers and educators. Implementation, instilling religious aspects through application to learning, madrasah culture (exemplary, habituation, spontaneous), as well as self-development programs (memorization of juz 30 and selected surahs, applicable fiqh, Friday taqwa, tadarus, PHBI). Supervision is carried out continuously by giving advice, punishment and points. Supporting factors: a conducive madrasah environment, exemplary educators, and parental motivation. Inhibiting factors: bad habits of students, bad association, inadequate facilities, and influence of gadgets.
