Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity (X1), Return On Assets (X2), and Net Profit Margin (X3) on Stock Prices (Y) at Minimum Three Word PT in 2019-2023. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT Minimum Three Words and a sample of 17 samples in quarterly form from 2019 – 2023. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is Y=2250.470+4.349X_1-68.117X_2+208.031X_3+e. Based on the results of the partial test, it was found that the variable Return On Equity did not have a significant effect on stock prices, Return On Assets had a significant effect on stock prices, while Net Profit Margin had a significant effect on stock prices. The results of simultaneous testing show that Return On Equity, Return On Assets, and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on stock prices. The R Square value in this study is 0.384 or 38.4%, namely the contribution of the variables ROA, ROE and NPM to stock prices while the remaining 61.6% is influenced by factors other than ROA, ROE and NPM. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and leadership on employee performance through supervision at the Customs and Excise Service Office of the Juanda Customs Type. Using quantitative methods and measuring instruments SPSS version 26. Respondents used were 134 respondents. The results of this study are the influence of Work Discipline and Leadership on Employee Performance through Supervision at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of the Juanda Customs Middle Type.

Abstract

The population in this research is all employees, so the total population for this research is 129 people. The sample in this study was 129 employees. This research uses census sampling techniques. In preparing this research, data collection techniques were obtained, including interviews and questionnaires. The test results show that the relationship between the work environment and communication is negative and not significant. Thus, it can be said that the work environment hypothesis has a negative influence on communication and is not significant or rejected. There is a relationship between work discipline and communication that is both negative and significant. Thus, it can be said that the hypothesis that work discipline has a negative and significant influence on motivation is accepted. There is a relationship between communication and performance that is positive and significant. Thus, it can be said that the hypothesis that communication has a positive and significant influence on performance is accepted. There is a relationship between work environment and performance that is positive but not significant. Thus, it can be said that the hypothesis that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on performance is accepted. A good work environment encourages employee morale, which can improve employee performance. There is a relationship between work discipline and performance that is positive and significant. Thus, it can be said that the hypothesis that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on performance is accepted.
