Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm capital, profit perception, and investment knowledge on intention to invest. This study uses a quantitative approach. The objects in this study are Firm Capital, Profit Perception, and Investment Knowledge for the variable Intention to Invest. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents using a questionnaire as a means of measuring data through the Whatsapp group. The analysis technique in this study used the SPSS on multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Firm Capital variable has a significant effect on the Intention to Invest with a calculated t value greater than t table. Profit Perception significantly affects the Interest in Investing with a t count greater than t table. The Investment Knowledge Variable significantly influences the Intention to Invest with a t count greater than t table. While the variables Firm Capital, Profit Perception, and Investment Knowledge affect the Intention to Invest simultaneously. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between the variables Firm Capital, Profit Perception, and Investment Knowledge on Intention to Invest.

Abstract

This study aims to knowing and analyze the community satisfaction index for public services; and proposed priority improvements to public services as an effort to increase public satisfaction in the face of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 at ths Center for Environmental Health and Disease Control Engineering Surabaya. Samples in this study were taken as many as 90 samples, namely 90 people (community) users of public services at the Center for Environmental Health and Disease Control Engineering Surabaya. This type of research is qualitative research with data analysis methods using descriptive analysis. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the value of the Community Satisfaction Index for public services of 3,211 with an Community Satisfaction Index conversion value of 80.275% this means that the assessment of the performance of public servants is included in both categories; (2) the quality of public services is not appropriate or unsatisfaction to the community, shown from the level of conformity, where the average of each variable or element in public service is still below the level of conformity (<100%); and (3) based on Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), proposed priority improvements to public services a, namely improvements to the simplicity of service mechanisms, clarity in the flow of procedures, the level of conformity of procedures adopted by established procedures, the level of employee ability, the level of speed of service complaints, the level of speed in resolving complaints, and the functioning of the electronic / online service system. Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies to improve the performance of employees through mapping the organizational culture in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. In this study the primary data were obtained from the questionnaire Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) developed by Cameron and Quinn. In OCAI, the cultural type of an organization will be mapped into 4 (four) quadrants: clan culture, ad- hocracy culture, market culture and hierarchy culture measured through 6 main dimensions. The results show the organizational culture in KPKNL Sidoarjo today and organizational culture is expected to require changes but not significant. The strategy needed to improve employee performance is to improve clan culture and ad- hocacy culture by doing more emphasis on intimacy and emotional bonding for sharing and teamwork as well as fostering enthusiasm for innovation.

Abstract

The intentions of the research were to explore and analyze youngsters’ behavior toward digital shopping in particular their awareness of clothing sustainability. The research also reconfirms the trends that the latest generations were able to contribute to green business sustainability in particular the way they spend on clothing and its accessories. The shopping was done digitally through youngsters’ social media networks and they simply endorse it in their feed and timeline to let their networks know what they had done related to clothing style and where they could buy it, and even they could exchange it with each other to seek the experiences. The data were collected from major forwarder logistics, transporters and couriers specifically delivered the thrift shops’ products within capital cities in Indonesia. Considering it was a new trend, the quantity was not as massive as the products shopped from the first official stores in the marketplace or e-commerce. Nevertheless, the trends were growing each month in 2022 with a growth of between 12% and 19% each month in 2022. The trends would continue growing as well as the sustainability both in clothing and supply chains.

Abstract

The reason for this observation become to partly and concurrently decide the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in Tangerang city, and to decide the variable of free shipping promotion as a moderator variable of service quality on customer satisfaction. Pattern length changed into determining the usage of a purposive sampling technique with a minimum of 96 respondents. The lowest population for this has an observed is her Shoppe customers in Tangerang city who take gain of free shipping on their Shopee purchases. This observation is an associative causal test. data collection equipment is inside the shape of digital surveys distributed thru Google forms. data analysis techniques the use of the JASP 0.16.4 software program. The service exceptional results had a massive advantageous effect on client satisfaction with a t-statistic of 6,610, and the free shipping marketing campaign payment promoting had a good sized impact on customer satisfaction with a t-statistic of 2,083 from the carrier high-quality survey and free delivery promotion impact. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence the level of customer satisfaction when shopping at retail. Surveys were conducted to collect data. The survey was conducted for 1 week, with a total of 30 respondents. The survey results that have been obtained are then entered into the recap file, which is then explained in more detail in the Excel file. In the Excel file, the data that has been obtained is divided into two measurement categories: importance and performance. Then calculate the gap. The results of the Gap 5 analysis show that 80% of the indicators considered important by consumers in providing satisfaction do not provide good performance. Then, in the IPA analysis, it was also found that many indicators were still lacking in terms of performance, even though their level of importance was quite high. It was concluded that Lawson, as one of the well-known retail stores, is still lacking in terms of performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the level of service that has been provided by the minimarket to consumers. In this study, the sample used was students, totaling approximately 34 respondents. This study used primary data because primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to students. Data analysis uses gap 5. In Quadrant 1 which shows high importance low performance is an element that needs to be considered because in the eyes of consumers this element is an important thing, in quadrant 2 which shows high importance high performance where performance and importance are owned in perception the consumer has been fulfilled well so that this element needs to be maintained, in quadrant 3 which shows low importance low performance where the performance of a company is not good but in the eyes of consumers it is not so important that it needs to be considered but not a priority for the company, and the last one in the quadrant 4 which shows low importance, high importance is something that is seen by consumers as not important, but in terms of the company's performance has been done well so as not to create low quality.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance through individual characteristics as intervening variables. This research is an observational study. This study used a cross-sectional method. The sample in this study consisted of 135 employees. This study uses a census sampling technique. Data analysis used path model analysis (path analysis) with the help of the AMOS program version 23. The test results showed that there was no relationship between work environment and individual characteristics, which was positive but not significant. There is a relationship between work discipline and individual characteristics that is positive but not significant. There is a positive and significant relationship between work environment and performance. There is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline and performance. There is a positive and significant relationship between individual characteristics influencing performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance through communication. The population in this study is all employees. The sample in this study consisted of 129 employees. This study uses a census sampling technique. Data collection techniques obtained using interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing, it can be found that the accepted hypothesis (influence) is that the work environment has an influence on communication, work discipline has an influence on communication, the work environment has an influence on performance, work discipline has an influence on performance, and the work environment and work discipline have an influence on performance through communication as an intervening variable. The hypothesis that is neither rejected nor accepted is that the work environment has an influence on communication

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance through work motivation. The population in this study is all employees or staff. Totaling 500 employees, the sample was taken based on random sampling of 145 from various elements of organizational units and positions. The data in this study are divided into two types: primary and secondary. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and the results of distributing questionnaires to employees. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was no influence of work discipline variables on employee performance processes through work motivation. This means that if H0 is accepted by work discipline, there is no effect on employee performance processes through motivation. There is no effect of work discipline variables on employee performance processes through work motivation. This means that H0 is accepted by work discipline and has no effect on employee performance through work motivation. There is no effect of work environment variables on employee performance through work motivation. This means that if H0 is accepted by the work environment, there is no effect on employee performance through work motivation.
