Abstract

The research aims to determine the impact of training and work motivation on the performance of employees at SMKS YAPIN Bekasi, using a quantitative method with saturated sampling of 60 respondents. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that training significantly influences employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.599, indicating a moderate relationship. The determinant value is 0.359 or 35.9%, while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing yields a t-count > t-table value (5.697 > 2.001), leading to the rejection of H0 and the acceptance of H1, indicating a significant partial influence of training on employee performance. Work motivation significantly influences employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.641, signifying a strong relationship. The determinant value is 0.441 or 41.1%, while the remaining 58.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing results in a t-count > t-table value (6.360 > 2.001), leading to the rejection of H0 and the acceptance of H1, indicating a significant partial influence of work motivation on employee performance. Both training and work motivation significantly influence employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.687, indicating a strong relationship. The determinant value is 0.472 or 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other factors such as compensation, work environment, and work discipline. Hypothesis testing yields an F-count > F-table value (25.489 > 2.770), leading to the rejection of H0 and the acceptance of H1, indicating a significant simultaneous influence of training and work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the influence of job training and work discipline on employee performance at PT Maju Lancar Sejahtera. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling with 75 respondents as the sample. Data analysis involves validity testing, reliability testing, classic assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results indicate that training significantly influences employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.837, indicating a moderate relationship. The determinant value is 0.701 or 70.1%, while the remaining 29.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing reveals that the calculated t-value > t-table (13.067 > 1.993), so H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This means there is a significant partial influence of job training on employee performance. Similarly, work discipline significantly influences employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.901, indicating a strong relationship. The determinant value is 0.812 or 81.2%, while the remaining 18.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing shows that the calculated t-value > t-table (17.755 > 1.993), thus rejecting H0 and accepting H1. This implies a significant partial influence of work discipline on employee performance. Furthermore, both job training and work discipline significantly influence employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.909 indicating a strong relationship. The determinant value is 0.827 or 82.7%, while the remaining 17.3% is influenced by other factors such as compensation, work environment, and work discipline. Hypothesis testing reveals that the calculated F-value > F-table (171.837 > 1.993), rejecting H0 and accepting H1. Therefore, there is a significant simultaneous influence of job training and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotion strategies and pricing, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions. The population consists of consumers who buy products at PT. Bahkti Jaya Kusuma, with a sample size of 100 consumers. The data analysis methods used include multiple linear regression analysis, the product-moment correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination, and significance tests. The analysis results show an influence, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions. The multiple linear regression coefficient results are obtained as Y = 5,251 + 0.517 X1 + 0.057 X2 + e. The product-moment correlation coefficient yields a value of r = 0.852. The coefficient of determination results in an R-squared value of 72.6%. The F-test results indicate a calculated F value > the tabulated F value, namely 128.291 > 4.00.

Abstract

Digital marketing currently plays a vital role in introducing a product and directly engaging customers. Digital marketing techniques have considerable potential to enhance customer preferences for purchasing a product, especially among young individuals who tend to readily adapt to digital products. The research is conducted to understand the influence of digital marketing and product quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediator among students at the School of Economics in Bogor. The study employed primary data through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents. Path analysis results revealed that digital marketing has a direct, positive, and significant impact on customer loyalty, whereas product quality does not directly affect loyalty. Indirectly, digital marketing and product quality significantly influence loyalty through customer satisfaction.
