Abstract

Distribution is very important in a company, because distribution is an activity of moving goods or services from suppliers to customers. Any goods or services can be transported from one company location to a consumer location. The distance between locations can also affect the delivery process. Delivery of goods is a basic need every day that can carry out the delivery process quickly and safely so that the goods are delivered on time so that the company can get more profits. This BUMDesa has problems with the distribution of egg shipments where the distribution is still not effective and efficient. This study uses the saving matrix method to determine the most efficient and effective distance so as to save time and fuel costs. The results of this study The initial route of 65.08 Km costs Rp. 442,544 and the required fuel is 6,508 Lt. Meanwhile, the new route 56.4 will cost Rp. 383,520 and the required fuel is 5.64 Lt.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between perceptions of organizational support and perceptions of workload and work-life balance among electronic service employees in Bojonegoro. A quantitative approach was used in this research. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling using electronic service employees in Bojonegoro who were tasked with handling electronic service in workshops and on call, totaling 30 employees. The instruments used in collecting data were a scale of perceptions of organizational support, a workload scale, and a work-life balance scale, which were presented in the form of a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing the data analysis method used is the multiple correlation test using SPSS 22 software. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the significance value (p value) is 0.002 with a significance level of 0.05. So, it can be concluded that p < 0.05. From the calculation results, the calculated F is obtained at 5,881. The F table value with three variables and N=30 respondents obtained a value of 3.316. So that F count > F table. Thus, it can be concluded that one research hypothesis can be accepted, namely that there is a relationship between perceptions of organizational support and perceptions of workload and work-life balance. At the correlation coefficient level, it is known that this research has a correlation coefficient value that is included in the moderate relationship level, namely 0.551. This means that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support, perceived workload, and work-life balance.

Abstract

The human body is designed to perform daily work activities that allow humans to be able to move the body and perform. The presence of muscle mass whose weight is almost more than half the weight of the body, allows us to be able to move and do work. NASA – TLX is a widely used assessment tool, at the time of assessing perceived workload to assess the effectiveness of tasks, systems, or teams or other aspects of performance. This method is in the form of a questionnaire developed based on subjective measurement needs that are easier but more sensitive to workload measurement. Based on the calculation results in table 5 on employees of the KAREB Bojonegoro Cooperative outlet, it can be seen that the highest NASA-TLX score was obtained by respondents with the initials WA with a score of 82, while the lowest score was obtained by respondents with the initials MR with a score of 41.33. Based on the results of determining the category, it can be seen that as many as 1 respondent is categorized as having a very high workload, while 14 respondents are categorized as having a high workload, while 10 respondents are categorized as having a medium workload. The age attribute consists of 7 respondents aged 17 – 25 years, 14 respondents aged 25 – 40 years, 4 respondents aged 41 – 55 years. From the results

Abstract

In this modern and sophisticated era, the manufacturing industry is developing both service industries and those that produce products with a variety of shapes and models to attract customers. For example, adjustable welding tables, motorbikes, cars, and others. Companies compete with each other in terms of price, product excellence, product innovation, and product convenience in order to find the right consumer market. DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) is a method of making products that aims to facilitate the manufacturing and assembly process where existing designs can be simplified and adapted to the capabilities of the manufacturing facility by considering technical aspects. The scope of design and ergonomics activities includes problems related to human needs, including interior design, furniture design, environmental equipment design, transportation equipment design, textile design, graphic design, etc. (Setiawan, M. S. 2022). At this stage, data collection is carried out, and the author needs to design an adjustable welding table. However, first recompose the table components and determine which are assembly parts and subassembly parts. Then identify each component. Product size and components, labor time, manufacturing data, and others to support research. 1. Analysis of Design Needs 2. Preliminary Design Sketching 3. Design Evaluation 4. Final Design Refinement 4. Final Design Refinement 4. Final Design Refinement 4. Final Design Refinement 4. Final Design Refinement 4. Final Design Refinement. 1) In the previous product development, design 3 was completed with a design that is certainly more ergonomic than design 1, because design 3 has been adjusted to body size using ergonomic standards. 2) Based on the results of the development of this adjustable welding table product, option 3 is the one with the lowest cost because it has a smaller number of components and total assembly steps compared to options 1 and 2. The cost of option 1 is around Rp. 1,780,000; option 2 is around Rp. 1,515,000; and option 3 is around Rp. 870,000. The total assembly steps for option 1 are 40; option 2 is 34; and option 3 is 25. The number of components in options 1 and 2 is 10, while option 3 is only 9.

Abstract

One way of assessing essays is to use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method. This method aims to classify whether the essay already reflects the values of the situation, task, action, and outcome labels presented by the prospective driving teacher. Multi-label classification refers to a classification task in which each data sample can be classified into multiple categories or labels simultaneously. Various methods have been developed to perform multi-label text classification, such as MLKNN, MLTSVM, and MLP. This research aims to determine the value of the accuracy of the score. Therefore, the Multi-Label K-Nearest Neighbor, or MLKNN, algorithm can be implemented to classify essays with five labels: no star, situation, task, action, and result. With a total dataset of 110, which will be obtained from one of the assessors from the driving teacher. The MLKNN algorithm produces an accuracy rate with an average value of 15.6%.
