Abstract

Kelangkaan energi atau yang biasa disebut krisis energi perlu ditanggulangi dengan adanya terobosan terobosan yang mendukung antara masyarakat, praktisi dan akademisi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode komparatif, penelitian komparatif bertujuan untuk membandingkan antar 2 penelitian yaitu penelitian sebelumnya dengan penelitian yang sedang dijalankan. Eco-racing cukup optimal untuk tiap penggunaan jenis BBM bensin karena nilai yang lebih kecil dibanding saat tidak menggunakan BBM tanpa eco-racing. Dari sisi ekonomis yang paling kecil nilainya yaitu saat pertalute khusus dicampur dengan eco-racing dengan nilai pertalite khusus dicampur eco-racing sebesar 121, 54 Rp/km. Selisih konsumsi BBM bensin yang menggunakan eco-racing yang paling besar selisihnya ialah pada pertamax, lalu pertalite kemudian premium dan paling kecil selisihnya secara ekonomis ialah pertalite khusus. Kata kunci: Suplemen, Efisien, Bahan Bakar MinyakEnergy scarcity or what is commonly known as the energy crisis needs to be overcome by supporting breakthroughs between the community, practitioners, and academics. This research is a type of quantitative research with a comparative method, comparative research aims to compare two studies, namely previous research with the current research. Eco-racing is quite optimal for each type of gasoline fuel use because the value is smaller than when not using fuel without eco-racing. From the economic point of view, the lowest value is when special petalite is mixed with eco-racing, with the value of special petalite mixed with eco-racing is 121.54 Rp/km. The difference in fuel consumption for gasoline using eco-racing is the biggest is in Betamax, then petalite, then premium, and the smallest difference is in special petalite.Keywords: Supplements, Efficient, Fuel Oil

Abstract

Disribusi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam proses sampainya produk ke tangan konsumen. Dalam dunia industri, ketepatan waktu dan efisiensi biaya distribusi menjadi salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan pasar karena keberhasilan sampainya produk ke konsumen merupakan kunci supaya produk dapat dijual dengan baik dan memberikan profit pada perusahaan. Proses distribusi harus melewati beberapa titik lokasi pasar sekaligus dalam satu satuan waktu, maka penjadwalan distribusi harus dirancang agar proses distribusi dapat berjalan secara optimal dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan distribusi bahan makanan kemasan yang harus mengirimkan barang rutin setiap hari dan dalam sehari harus mencapai beberapa pasar sekaligus. Jumlah kendaraan pengiriman terbatas sehingga penjadwalan harus optimal supaya semua pasar dapat terpasok produk dalam batasan waktu yang tersedia. Konsep Vehicle Routing Problem merupakan konsep yang identic dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada penelitian. Penggunaan model algoritma Integer Linear Proggraming dapat digunakan untuk menerjemahkan permasalahan ini ke dalam perhitungan matematis. Software add-ins Solver pada Microsoft Excel menjadi tool sederhana namun mampu digunakan untuk menyelesaikan optimasi model. Hasil dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan dapat memiliki tool yang mampu membuat penjadwalan distribusi menjadi akurat dan otomatis serta menghasilkan biaya yang efisien. Kata Kunci:  distribusi, penjadwalan, pasar, vehicle routing problem, integer linear proggraming

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a system that involves the process of producing, storing, shipping, distributing and selling products to meet the demand for these products into the hands of consumers. This research was conducted in a home industry, namely the home industry of Moro Tresno. Moro Tresno's home industry has a variety of products marketed, but researchers only conduct research on super ledre products. This company has a major problem faced by is how to respond to orders from consumers. The company has not been able to fulfill when there is an increase in orders during the holiday season and approaching holidays. From a normal order of 9,900 packs, it can increase up to 80% to 17,820 packs. This supply chain performance measurement uses the SCOR method by applying 4 attributes, namely, reliability, responsiveness, agility, and asset management, and weighted by the pairwise comparison method. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing the home industry owner Moro Tresno because it was believed to be able to provide correct and accurate information. The total value of performance is 95.36. Dimensions that need improvement are reliability and agility. Recommendations for improving the reliability dimension RL.2.3 Accuracy of documentation by making tables neater. Meanwhile, RL.2.4 Perfect condition by analyzing seven tools to find out the cause and follow up on product damage and reliability in delivery. Improvement of agility AG.2.1 Days to meet the increase in production carried out socialization of craftsmen, selecting craftsmen according to performance, recruiting new craftsmen and giving awards to craftsmen.

Abstract

PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field is an industry that never stops 24 hours for the continuity of the Oil and Gas production process. The process must require energy, one of the main ones is electrical energy which is used to supply power to production support equipment/machines. In the PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A field, there are 3 Gensets, namely Genset 1 (125 KVA), Genset 2 (100 KVA) and Genset 3 (100 KVA) which are used to supply electrical energy. The three generators have a rather old operating age, often have problems with damage to their engine components, and the schedule for generator maintenance is also uncertain. The problem that becomes the object of this research is optimizing the power supply planned maintenance system with the RCM method at PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field and identifying the comparison of power supply maintenance systems before and after using the RCM method. The purpose of this research is to optimize the power supply planned maintenance system with the RCM method at PT. Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field and identify comparisons before and after using the RCM method. The results of this study indicate that Gensets 1, 2, and 3 often experience downtime / failure in operation, because the machine tools are a bit old, as well as machine maintenance that has not been accurate and planned. With these conditions, the company needs the reliability of generator engine maintenance with the RCM method, so that the generator engine gets accurate and planned maintenance, so as to minimize downtime / failure in operation and also the previous generator engine maintenance is less accurate and planned, while maintenance with the RCM method is more efficient. accurate and planned.

Abstract

Milling machine is a machine tool that produces a plane where a blade rotates and a moving object does feeding step. While milling is a machining process which generally produces a flat shape due to the movement of from the machine table, where the workpiece material reduction process occurs due to the contact between the cutting tool (cutter) which rotates on the shaft with the workpiece gripped on the machine table. table design This machine aims to facilitate a job and process production. This design uses the Design For Manufacture method and Assembly (DFMA). (DFMA) is a method in the manufacture of products that aim to facilitate the manufacturing process of assembly where existing designs may be simplified and adapted to the capabilities of the manufacturing facility with considering technical aspects. That way there will be some changes in terms of design, addition of components, and convenience to the when used. So that there will be new breakthroughs that are more effective and efficient. Getting the ergonomics of the milling machine table to be very good comfortable to use

Abstract

Sebagai agenda tahunan di Universitas Bojonegoro, maka KKN Tematik 2022 menjadi salah satu kegiatan penting dimana mahasiswa mendapat peluang mengabdi secara langsung di masyarakat untuk menerapkan ilmu yan dimiliki. Salah satu kelompok KKN yang mendapatkan lokasi di desa Wedi kecamatan Kapas kabupaten Bojonegoro mendapatkan bahwa terdapat salah satu UMKM di desa Wedi yang memerlukan pendampingan untuk peningkatan daya jual produknya, yaitu Kurma Salak. Kurma Salak sendiri merupakan olahan khas dari Salak Wedi yang merupakan salah satu icon andalan di kabupaten Bojonegoro. Dengan adanya pendampingan yang tepat di beberapa bidang mulai dari bidang legalitas usaha, pembuatan laporan keuangan, branding produk serta digital marketing, maka diharapkan produk Kurma Salak menjadi salah satu produk yang memiliki ciri khas dan keunikan sebagai produk andalan Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Community service through Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a form of student participation to contribute to the environment and the surrounding community. One of the issues in a sustainable village is creating a society that pays attention to the environment and achieves a clean and healthy life through the green society movement. The main goal of the Bojonegoro University KKN Tematik Kolaboratif 22nd group in 2023 in Tlogohaji Village, Sumberrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency, is towards a green society. To create a green society, various outreach, and counseling are carried out to increase awareness of community behavior towards better personal health and the environment. Some activities initiated include PHBS counseling and PPPK training at schools, counseling on the 3R concept for PKK, and planting trees in the village environment. With these various activities, it is hoped that the village community can apply clean, healthy behavior and care for the environment from a young age (children) to adulthood.

Abstract

Bojonegoro is one of the areas that has a lot of woodcraft industries, precisely in the Sukorejo area. From these woodcraft industries there are many small pieces of wood that have not been utilized. One type of waste generated from activities in the wood industry is in the form of wood chips of 9.39% with a width of 10-25 cm, a thickness of 2-3 cm and a length of 3-12 cm. Industrial Engineering in Bojonegoro University took the initiative to utilize these pieces of wood waste as a product design process practice while at the same time producing useful product outcomes. Using machines in Manufacturing Lab, the community service that is being carried out is to turn this wood waste into an educational toy for children which is named the SI KIKO Board Games. Processing of wood waste will provide good benefits for student activities in the Manufacturing Lab and also contribute to reducing environmental waste and contributing to the world of early childhood education.

Abstract

The occurrence of problems in the production process is something that must be resolved immediately so it to disrupt the smooth protracted production process, as is the case with process disturbances that occur in the clean water production process at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. In the process of water flow being processed from the filter tank to the clearator tank, water overflow often occurs due to a sudden increase in water discharge without monitoring. As a result of this overflow of water, production materials are wasted and of course also results in wasted costs. This problem was tried to be solved by installing a level sensor on the tank clearator so that the water level could be monitored by the monitoring team. Warning when the water level approaches the threshold will help the operator to immediately reduce the water discharge coming out of the tank filter so that there is no wasted overflow of water. Feasibility analysis of investing in the installation of level sensors carried out to find out for sure whether from an economic point of view this level sensor provides benefits for the company. By calculating the Net Present Value (NPV) and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), it will be known how the investment feasibility of installing the level sensor.
