Abstract

Potensi alam unggulan yang terdapat di desa Rendeng adalah sector pertanian dan perindustrian. Lahan persawahan yang ada ditanami oleh tanaman pangan dan palawija seperti padi, jagung, kacang hijau, kedelai dan lain sebagainya. Sementara untuk sektor perindustrian, tanah di desa Rendeng sangat cocok untuk digunakan sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan gerabah sehingga mayoritas warga disini bekerja sebagai pengrajin gerabah. Dari banyaknya produksi gerabah yang dapat dibuat ternyata para pengrajin di desa Rendeng belum mempunyai legalitas atau badan hukum khususnya perkumpulan berbadan hukum dimana perkumpulan berbadan hukum tersebut memiliki peran penting dalam kemajuan para pengrajin gerabah itu sendiri sehingga menjadi suatu permasalahan yang akan ditindak lanjuti sebagai pengabdian masyarakat. Permasalahan ini muncul akibat banyaknya masyarakat yang kurang  faham atas pentingnya badan hukum suatu perkumpulan. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mendampingi para pengrajin gerabah untuk membentuk perkumpulan berbadan hukum. Metode yang digunakan ada 2 tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Pada tahap persiapan dimulai dengan mengadakan perkumpulan para pengrajin gerabah, pada tahapan pelaksanaan terdiri dari permohonan penggunaan nama perkumpulan, permohonan pengeluaran surat keterangan nama perkumpulan dan pengesahan badan hukum perkumpulan. Pengabdian masyarakat mengenai Pendirian badan hukum perkumpulan pengrajin gerabah di Desa Rendeng Kecamatan Malo Kabupaten Bojonegoro telah berhasil dilaksanakan yang dibuktikan dengan keluarnya Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-0009051.AH.01.07.Tahun 2019 tentang Pengesahan Pendirian Badan Hukum Perkumpulan Gerabah Rendeng Jaya.

Abstract

Noise in itself can be harmful or dangerous to health. The research objectives were to determine the noise value generated by blacksmiths and analyze the effect of noise levels on blacksmith performance. The research was conducted by direct observation and giving questionnaires to respondents. Data processing using the t-test to determine the level of noise and its effect on blacksmiths. This study's conclusion is the level of significant difference with the Threshold Value (NAV) set by the government, which is 99.328 dB (A). Meanwhile, the government's NAV for the work area (industry) is 85 dB (A). The simple linear regression analysis results indicate that noise in the blacksmith's work area has no significant effect on employee performance. This is shown from the test results of simple linear regression analysis through the t-test, obtained t count of -0.365 smaller than t table of 2.069 or the number sig. equal to 0.719, which is greater than α of 0.05.

Abstract

The structure of perovskite-based material contained in the niobate and titanate. The fabric was a perovskite crystal structure having the formula ABO3. Ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials had a perovskite structure. This material could store an electric charge, which was good because of the polarization resulting in a material that was a dielectric. Unleaded piezoelectric material, K0,5Na0,5NbO3 (KNN), was synthesized using reliable state methods. Synthesis was done by first setting up K2CO3, Na2CO3, and Nb2O5 as a base KNN system. Studies cover X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis TGA-DTA and lattice parameter analysis. From the TGA-DTA analysis obtained for KNN calcination temperature at 7000C for 2 hours can produce a single-phase ABO3 where A = (K, Na) and B = (Nb). Orthorhombic perovskite structure KNN material owned by P4mm space group with lattice parameters a = 3,572 Å; b = 3,570 Å; and c = 3,565 Å.

Abstract

Basically, the control of maintenance/maintenance can be determined according to business needs and operating conditions. However, changes may occur and require adjustment from time to time. So every part of the maintenance needs to organize the system effectively. In this regard, it is important for management to pay attention to analyzing the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on maintenance work. At the SKN Plant which is the Central Gas Plant there are several gas processing processes, one of which is the Amine System or CO2 Removal which functions to reduce the level of CO2 contained in gas production. In the Amine System or CO2 removal process there are several equipment to support the process One of these is the Amine Circulation Pump (SK 25 P 05 A/B) which runs continuously alternately unit A and unit B. To maintain the pump's performance, the company performs maintenance by implementing a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system. The extent to which the effectiveness of the implementation of the TPM system carried out by Pertamina Hulu Rokan Jambi Merang, the author will analyze using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach to the Amine Circulation Pump (SK 25 P 05 A/B). The formulation of the problem in this research is the application of Total Productifities Maintenance (TPM) on the Amine Circulation Pump (SK 25 P 05 A/B) in the CO2 removal process (Amine System) using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach with the aim of knowing the level of reliability of the pump. Amine Circulation (SK 25 P 05 A/B) in the CO2 removal process (Amine System) using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach. The results of this study are the average Overral Equipment Effectiveness value at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Jambi Merang on the amine circulation pump engine SK 25 P05 A/B from January-December is 56.68%. Based on the analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness, the current maintenance system is not optimal because it is not in accordance with the standards set by JIPM of > 85%.

Abstract

Production activities carried out every day can interfere with the effectiveness of the machine, one of which is the compressor, so that sometimes problems in the field are still often encountered, such as the piston drive motor not rotating, the compressor does not turn on and off automatically, corrosion (rust), melted capacitors, and many more. things that can happen beyond the operator's control. Due to these constraints, the authors decided to find out more and made direct observations at PT. INKA Multi Solusi Service, as well as studying good and proper machine maintenance so that the company's productivity does not experience a significant decrease. The research was conducted by direct observation and direct interviews with the maintenance department to find out the steps that are usually taken in solving problems. To determine the value of machine effectiveness based on the measurement of three main ratios, namely: availability, performance efficiency, and rate of quality, is carried out using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that maintenance on the Ingersoll Rand MM160 type screw air compressor is carried out to maintain the condition of the compressor in a ready state for use in measuring the level of machine effectiveness using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method at PT. IMSS, starting from May – July 2022, where the highest percentage in May 2022 is 94% and the lowest in June 2022 with a percentage is 90%.

Abstract

Peserta didik akan lebih mudah memahami konsep jika melihat fenomena atau gejala yang nyata dan visible melalui peragaan menggunakan peraga pendidikan. Prototype ini juga mampu membuat peserta didik merasa termotivasi atau senang terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Oleh karena itu, penulis bermaksud mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian berupa pelatihan pembuatan Pembangkit listrik tenaga angin. Metode pelaksanaan yan digunakan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap evaluasi program dan pelaporan. Kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sebagai berikut prototype pembangkit listrik tenaga angin (PLTA) memberikan manfaat sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis praktikum dan simulasi yang menarik siswa sehingga siswa mempunyai antusias yang besar untuk belajar.

Abstract

3D Printing is the process of making products from a digital design into three-dimensional shapes that can be seen and can be held, and have volume. Where 3D Printer is a technology that has a bright future, even the technology is still growing and supporting humans for technological advancement. 3D Printer Type FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) is very often used because it is easy to print three-dimensional objects at low cost and also filament material that has been widely available. By using the Taguchi method to find out the optimal process parameters, where finding the larger value is better in the results of the tensile test plot means and S/N ratio using analysis software and manual calculations. Using the SOVOL SV06 brand 3D Printer machine and SUNLU brand PETG filaments, it was found that the Print Speed factor or parameter greatly affects the tensile test strength according to ASTM D638 Type IV standards. Where after tensile tests and data processing both manually and with the help of software, the S/N ratio value was found with a sequence of parameters, namely Print Speed (50 mm/s), Layer Height (0.24 mm), Print Temperature (250 °C) and Infill Density (50%).

Abstract

Lumintu is one of the SMEs engaged in the production of 'balung kuwuk' and banana chips. In marketing its products, Lumintu faces a challenge of unstable sales. This research utilizes the SWOT Matrix IFE-EFE and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods. The IFE-EFE matrices are used to identify the Internal and External factors that influence the product sales in Lumintu SME. The purpose of the IFE and EFE matrices is to determine the ranking value and weight of each internal and external factor. The analysis is then continued using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The result of the methods used indicates that the marketing strategy for 'balung kuwuk' and banana chips products falls into quadrant 4, which represents the 'Grow and Build' strategy. This quadrant is derived from the total score of IFE matrix weight (3.11) and the total score of EFE matrix weight (2.93)."

Abstract

Noise is a very disturbing problem in residential, office, educational, industrial and other environments. Noise can be reduced by using materials that can dampen and absorb sound. The sound dampening materials that are widely used by the public generally use glasswool and rockwool, but they are expensive. The more expensive the price of goods including sound absorbers, the more alternatives are needed by utilizing materials derived from nature which are easy to obtain and cheaper, besides that by utilizing existing natural fibers it can also reduce waste in the surrounding community. One example of utilizing waste from natural fibers is making composites using coconut fiber and corn cobs. Composite materials made from coconut coir fiber and corn cob are alternative sound absorbing materials that are environmentally friendly, easily available and inexpensive. The aim of the research was to obtain an optimum composition ratio to produce composites as environmentally friendly sound absorbing materials, to determine the value of the sound absorption coefficient (α) from the manufacture of coco fiber and corn cob composites as noise dampening materials. From the research results it can be concluded that the sound dampening ability results show varying values ​​for each test specimen. The highest incoming sound/energy is 94.4 dB at a frequency of 500 Hz while the lowest incoming sound/energy is 44.14 dB at a frequency of 125 Hz. Meanwhile, the highest sound/absorbed energy (mean value) was 37.7 dB at a frequency of 750 Hz in sample C, while the lowest sound/absorbed energy was -6.16 dB at a frequency of 4000 Hz in sample A.   Keywords: composites, noise, sound absorbing materials
