Abstract

AHASS Jaya Sakti is a workshop service that provides services to vehicles with Honda motorbikes. AHASS Jaya Sakti can be found on Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto No.160, Bojonegoro. Competition in the automotive industry has become so intense that it is no longer limited to product sales, but has begun to extend to the creation of differentiation and competitive advantage through the provision of services. The method used in this study is to use the Service Quality (Servqual) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. The results of data processing carried out at the AHHAS Jaya Sakti workshop as a whole meet customer expectations with a value of 0.10044. This is evidenced by the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value of 83%, which indicates that AHHAS workshop customers are very satisfied with the services provided. Then there are several attributes that have a negative gap value in AHHAS workshop services, namely the reliability dimension of attribute X6 with a gap value of -0.014, attribute X8 with a gap value of -0.06, attribute X9 with a gap value of -0.03, attribute X10 with a gap value of -0.11, the responsiveness dimension of attribute X11 with a gap value of -0.03, the guarantee dimension of attribute X17 with a gap value of -0.1, attribute X18 with a gap value of -0.07, and finally the empathy dimension of attribute X22 with a gap value of -0.03, attribute X24 with a gap value of -0.029.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how to design a mobile application that can present information about multimedia-based learning that is easy to understand and use for students. The data collection methodology used is a literature study. Making applications based on storyboards, flowcharts, navigation structures, or object diagrams originating from the design stage. All multimedia objects or elements are created and combined into a single application. At this stage, we use software such as Adobe Flash CS4, Adobe Device Central CS4, Adobe Photoshop CS2, and Adobe Audition 1.5. The author provides testing, which was carried out in 2 stages: the first stage was carried out in the emulator environment, and the second stage was applied to the actual device, namely cellphone media. Based on research results, it shows that with a busy level of routine and high mobility, cellphones are a complex and sophisticated technological device, inseparable from everyday life because, apart from being a communication tool, they also have multimedia features that can be used to help implement methods. learning. It becomes easier for users to learn lessons outside of study hours. The use of Flash Lite makes this multimedia-based mobile application more interesting and interactive.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to implement the forward chaining method in an expert system. This research used observation methods, questionnaires, literature studies, and interviews conducted with experts, namely veterinarians. This interview was conducted in the form of an unstructured interview. The researcher used a PC (personal computer) as the hardware. The software used in this research is Notepad++ 6.1.6. The operating system that the author uses in research is Windows XP SP2. The research results show that using this expert system helps detect disease in animals by helping users consult by answering a series of questions based on visible disease symptoms, which in turn will lead to a series of answers leading to a particular disease. In the solutions section, you can find first aid measures and follow-up actions that pet owners are expected to take to help the animal recover. Adding knowledge, documentation, and development to this expert system can be done via the mobile phone available on the admin page, so there is no need to overhaul the existing system; just insert, delete, and update. Development can be carried out by people with authority to add symptoms, diseases, and solutions to diseases.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how to implement and optimize the electronic correspondence management application for all employees. Data collection in this research used literature study methods, field studies, observations, and interviews. In the method used for this research, the author uses the phases contained in the FAST methodology (framework for the application of systems thinking). Based on the results of this research, it was found that designing an electronic correspondence management application can be done using the system development methodology proposed by FAST (Framework Application of System Thinking) using 7 phases out of the 8 phases contained in FAST. The phases used are: definition scope, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical design, physical design, construction, and implementation. In terms of building this electronic correspondence management application, the implementation process or writing code can use the PHP and MySQL programming languages.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what influences the results of blasting fragmentation in the top air decking method. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used in this research came from literature studies and field data collection. Processing data analysis is carried out by considering several factors, such as rock characteristics, fragmentation results, and digging time results. After analysis, it can be seen that the design for determining the ADF, ADL, and stemming values is adjusted to the hole depth and PF used so that the fragmentation and digging time obtained are better in order to increase production activities. Based on the research results, it was found that the factors that influence the fragmentation results from top air deck blasting are the powder factor, blasting geometry (burden and spacing), air deck length (ADL), stemming depth, and wet hole conditions. The greater the PF value used, the smaller the fragmentation resulting from blasting and vice versa. The greater the ADL value used, the stemming depth will decrease and there will be potential for stemming injection and producing boulders. More holes in wet conditions will potentially result in greater fragmentation as well. The optimal ADF value to use is 0.3. With an ADF value of 0.3, the ADL used is 0.4–1.47 meters, resulting in better fragmentation. The previous boulder percentage of 18% changed to 7% and the previous digging time of 11.87 seconds changed to 10.57 seconds.
