Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this study is to examine how much profit received soybean milk industry profitability analysis of UD. Tiga Bersaudara Taas Tikala Baru for one time production process.Research methods used in this research is a case study on the UD. Tiga Bersaudara Taas Tikala Baru. Data taken in the form of primary data obtained by using the interview technique directly to the owner of the business interview soy milk on UD. Tiga Bersaudara Taas Tikala Baru. The interview is using a list of questions that have been prepared.The result of research was soybean milk industry UD. Tiga Bersaudara has been sold at supermarket Fresh Mart and Karombasan market. Marketed in supermarkets and on the market fresh mart and karombasan market. Average number of requests in each place different, Karombasan market could be sold. 50 packs/day. While in the supermarket fresh mart could be sold 37 bottles/day. Fresh mart supermarket then divide there 37 bottles of soybean milk to every branch of fresh Mart in the city of Manado.UD. Tiga Bersaudara on the research at soybean milk UD. Tiga Bersaudara at Kelurahan Taas Kecamatan Tikala Baru,it could be concluded that the amount of output produced for one-time production process 43.460 ml devided in 37 ml bottles (21.460 ml) marketed in the fresh mart and 50 plastic was (22.000 ml) were sold in the market karombasan. For a one production process of soybean milk, the profit was Rp. 125.691,5.- was the the business beneficial because r/c ratio > 1 is equal to 1,48. Advice can be given to the advancement of this industry is the need for keeping the soybean milk industry in detail again and the need for of working capital loans to increase production so that profits will increase.

Abstract

Sumampow Meify, Analysis of Carrot Marketing Margin Of Maramis Farmer’s Group At Rurukan village, East Tomohon Subdistrict, Chariman Under Guidance Of C. Talumingan As, And Benu. O.L.S., Ellen Tangkere As membersThe objective Of The research in to find out how much margin marketing and farmer share in marketing channels in urban MarawisRurukan. Data obtained by interview using the questionnaire as a tool in data collection. 20 respondents of farmer sampling, done in purposive sampling (intentional) while 3 respondents traders and retailers 3 respondents, done in Snowball sampling. Analysis of the data used is descriptive to portray the existing marketing channels and continue with the analysis of marketing margins and farmer share.Based on the results of research in urban Rurukan earned marketing channel model as follows:Farmers Collectic trader Retailer Trader ConsumerThe research result Indicated that margin at the level that is equal Rp.7.000 traders or 56.75%, margin is formed from the difference between the sales price of carrots at the collectors and the sale price of carrots at the farmer level. This is because traders bear the cost of labor, transportation and others. Profit earned by middlemen Rp. 2250 or 18.24%. Then the carrots for sale at retailers establish margin was Rp. 6583 or 53.37% margin was formed from the difference between the sales price and the selling price retailers carrots collector. Price carrots were sold to the final consumer is Rp. 12.333/kg.Based on farmers' marketing channel occurs. it can be concluded that the farmer share received by farmers was equal to 20.27%. This is due to non-2institution Due formed marketing in the marketing process carrots, wherein eachmarketing agencies to gain advantage in the marketing process plant carrots.This study shows that the marketing margin traders to retailers amountedto Rp 7.000, the marketing margin of retailers to consumers amounting to Rp6.583, so that the marketing margin from producers to consumers is equal to13.583. in marketing channels is part farmer farmers share the received was2027%. Therefore, it is need an effort to strengthen the bargaining position offarmers,to incraese the farmer’s share.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFertilization on red Jabon (Anthocephalus macrophyllus Havil) seedling is necessary to accelerate growth and improve the quality of red Jabon.Seedling quality can be seen from the high growth of seedlings, large stem diameter and number of leaves are many. fertilizer that can be used is fertilizer leaf Gandasil D. Fertilizing through the leaves have some advantages, quickly and easily absorbed by the plant and contains macro and micro nutrients to support the growth of the phase vegetative good. This study aimed to determine the effect of foliar fertilizers on the growth of seedlings Gandasil D Jabon red. The results of statistical tests that have been conducted, obtained with leaf fertilizer concentration of 2 grams / liter of water can provide a good vegetative growth in seedlings of red jabon.Key words : red jabon seedling (Anthocephalus macrophyllus Havil), fertilizer leaf Gandasil D.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the contribution of working women in palm sugar farm inthe village of Rambunan and Sawangan Sonder subdistrict. Implementation lasts longer than 3(three) months from May 2012 to July 2012 in the Rambunan and Sawangan VillageSubdisttrict of Sonder Minahasa District. The sample collecting by purposive sampling with thenumber of respond is 40 women farmer. Data were analyzed descriptively and are presented intabular form.The results of this research showed the contribution of working women in the palm sugarfarming family in the Rambunan and Sawangan village more devoted to work in farming thanoutside of farming. This is evident from the percentage of total working time of women infarming palm sugar in those villages which shows the results greater than jobs outside palmsugar farm.Based on an average flow of time and the percentage of women working in farming palmsugar obtained showed the greatest results, the contribution of the highest female labor in palmsugar farms in the Rambunan and Sawangan village is the sales activities (print sugar).Contribution of working woman in palm sugar farming activities in the rambunan andsawangan is the filtering activities with average of time obtained from the event shows thesmallest results.Suggested considering women workers in palm sugar farming give contributes largeenough, Processing of farm products more developed (variable) to increase farm family incomeand be able to utilize labor from outside the family, so the women farmers with her family willalso be increased. Needs to be continue, especially regarding the effect of contribution of theworking women to farm families income.

ABSTRACTAZIEF PUTRA DUNDA. Poor in Rural Population Mobility Touure TompasoMinahasa District with Supervisor Ir. Welson M. Wangke, MS as Chairman,Dra. Martha M. Sendow, Msi and Ir. Celsius Talumingan, MP as a Member.This study was aimed to determine the relationship of the mobility levelbetween poor and poverty people in sub Village Touure Tompaso Minahasaregency.This study was done for three months, beginning in August to October2012 in Touure Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa regency. The data wereconsist of primary and secondary data. The first data were obtained byinterviewing the respondents and the second were obtained from the CentralStatistics Office and District Tompaso. Respondents totaling 60 people chosen atrandom by using Simple Random Sampling.This research was shown that the mobility level is low and made bothends meet in Village Touure. The test resultsusing Chi-Square analysis shownthat there are relationship between the mobility level and poverty where thepoverty rate is low or not a personis poor then performeda high level of mobility.On the contrary that the poor people were low in mobility level.Residents who has a job outside the village have high mobility, becauseof the mobility for working. While the villagers who have low mobility only worksas a farmer, although there is a desire to make mobility out of the village to get abetter job, but from an economic standpoint is not possible to perform mobilityout of the village.
