Abstract

This thesis was written by Niken Rika Saputri, Nim 3320034 Student of the Sharia Banking Bachelor's Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Bukittinggi State Islamic University. With the title "Analysis of Hedonic Shopping Motivation of People Using the Shopee PayLater Digital Wallet in a Sharia Perspective". The background of this research is to determine the hedonic shopping motivation of Shopee Paylater from a sharia perspective in the Sidodadi Limau Putu District community. West Pasaman, hedonic shopping motivation is the urge to shop based on desire, pleasure and pleasant experiences. This research aims to identify the hedonic shopping motivation of people who use Shopee Paylater from a sharia perspective.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and the research approach used is field research. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Shopee PayLater on the Shopee marketplace has a very bad impact on finances. Apart from having a bad impact on finances, Shopee PayLater also makes it easy for them to get used to debt and make purchases which can make them get used to debt and make purchases which can make them engage in consumptive habits. so it can cause them to buy impulsively because of Shopee PayLater with 'Buy now, Pay later'. Allah SWT forbids usury, where usury is an addition or increase that is prohibited in financial transactions according to Islamic sharia. Shopee PayLater gives interest to those who borrow, therefore using Shopee PayLater is Haram, because there are additional fees or excess of the amount lent in percent and monthly.

Abstract

The background to this research is to look at the role of customer service in managing ATM card complaints so that it can retain old customers and new customers to continue making transactions at BSI Bank KC Padang Imam Bonjol. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of Customer Service in ATM Card Complaint management. The role of Customer Service in Management of ATM Card complaints at BSI KC Padang Imam Bonjol has been implemented according to the SOP, namely serving customers by always giving a greeting and smile, providing good service to maintain the Bank's image. The research method used by the author here is qualitative research, with the key research informants being data collection, researchers using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results obtained from analyzing the role of Customer Service in managing ATM Card complaints at BSI KC Padang Imam Bonjol are that the role provided by Customer Service is good enough so that Customers feel safe and comfortable when making complaints to Customer Service because Customer Service always responds to customer complaints. quickly and precisely.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Promotion Strategy in Increasing the Number of Pilgrims at PT Bonita Anugrah Pratama Bukittinggi. The promotional strategy carried out to increase the number of pilgrims at Bonita Anugrah Pratama Bukittinggi by using SWOT analysis so as to increase the number of pilgrims and achieve company targets. The goal of the study is to use the SWOT matrix to identify opportunities, threats, vulnerabilities, and strengths in order to increase the number of pilgrims. The author of this work employed qualitative research as her research approach. This qualitative research method yields descriptive data in the form of observed behaviour and written or spoken language. gathering information by documentation, interviews, and observation. The study's findings, which came from an examination of marketing tactics aimed at boosting pilgrimage, were PT Bonita Anugrah Pratama are to use the S-T Strategy (Strength-Threath). It can be concluded that strengths and threats (ST) have the highest score of 2.94 compared to other strategies. So PT Bonita uses the S-T strategy, which is to optimize existing strengths in order to minimize external threats. From the strategies obtained, it shows that there are 3 promotional strategies to increase the number of pilgrims, namely by increasing advertising promotions through electronic media to build the image of Hajj and Umrah financing products, establishing partnerships to facilitate the process of demonstrating Umrah products and also better understanding the needs of prospective pilgrims both short and long term so as to increase the number of pilgrims.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of role of KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya in explaining to customers about determining margins before entering into a financing agreement, resulting in a lack of customer understanding regarding the determination of margins determined by KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya. This type of research is field (filed research) which is descriptive qualitative in nature which is carried out by describing how margins are determined for murabahah financing at KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya. The data collection technique in this research is through interviews by visiting the KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya office directly as well as documentation to obtain written data related to this thesisi. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the margin determination determined by KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya uses a flat calculation method, where the amount of margin given is fixed and does not change. Factors taken into consideration in determining margins at KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya are business factors, level of competition, financing risk and type of customer. Apart from that, there are also factors that influence margin determination, namely profit targets and overhead costs.

Abstract

The background of this research is to look at the contribution of fintech to increasing the level of financial literacy among Aur Market traders in Bukittinggi City. This fintech will have an impact on a business, both positive and negative impacts. Apart from that, fintech also plays a role in reducing the financial solution. The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the contribution of fintech to increasing the level of financial literasi in Aur Market Bukittinggi City. The research method used by the author here is qualitative, research with the key informants for this research being the Aur Market traders in Bukittinggi City, totaling 8 informants. In collecting data, research used observation, interrvews and documentation methods. The research result obtained from the analysis of the contribution of fintech in increasing the level of financial literacy in Aur Market Bukittinggi City are that the contribution of fintech is quite good and running well. Where Aur Market Bukittinggi City are already using fintech as a transaction tool with cotumers. Using fintech will make transaction more pratical, faster and easer, and fintech provide features to track user expenses, income and assets. So this can make users see their financial situation more clearly, beside that our financial security will be well maintained so there is no need to wotrry.

Abstract

The primary focus of this research is the idea of ​​extra collateral evaluation of PT BPRS Gajah Tongga Koto Piliang's murabahah financing. Islamic banks must have a strong collateral evaluation procedure in place before offering loans in order to reduce the possibility of bad financing. In actuality, however, the field's facts contradict the current idea. The objective of this research is to ascertain the extra collateral evaluation procedure that PT BPRS Gajah Tongga Koto Piliang employs for special employee murabahah financing. Additionally, to assess the appeal of PT BPRS Gajah Tongga Koto Piliang's murabahah financing to clients who are special employees. This research uses a qualitative descriptive technique utilizing data from interviews. Data was gathered via interviews with special employee murabahah financing clients and employees of PT BPRS Gajah Tongga Koto Piliang. The study's findings suggest that PT BPRS Gajah Tongga Koto Piliang has not been successful in determining whether or not further collateral would be necessary for special employee murabahah financing. Second, the fact that PT BPRS Gajah Tongga Koto Piliang offers financing to special employee clients at an attractive margin of just 12% is what draws them in.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the main indicators of a country's development success. In the context of Islamic economics, Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah (ZIS) play a crucial role in supporting economic growth and alleviating poverty. This research aims to analyze the role and management strategies of ZIS in improving the economic welfare of the community in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative with a document study approach from various relevant secondary sources. The research results show that targeted distribution of ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah) can reduce poverty levels, accelerate poverty alleviation, and increase the income of beneficiaries. In addition, institutions like BAZNAS play an important role in the management of ZIS through various economic empowerment programs. Through this program, it is hoped that it can encourage the beneficiaries to continue striving earnestly, with the expectation that they can gradually transform from beneficiaries into contributors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Product Completeness and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions at the Bangun Mandiri store. The method used is associative with a quantitative approach. Namely a method to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables in this study the data collection method used is the observation method, questionnaire, and documentation method. To determine the positive influence, the analysis instrument used in the study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that product completeness does not have a positive effect on purchasing decisions and service quality has a significant positive effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Bangun Mandiri Store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that determine competitive advantage at Pangkep Budi Utomo Timika Restaurant. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaires. The analysis instrument used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of this study indicate that all factors are confirmed as determining factors for the competitive advantage of Pangkep Budi Utomo Timika Restaurant, namely product, price, promotion, and place factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that determine the competitiveness of the furniture industry in Timika City. This study uses an associative method using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis analysis tool. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from furniture entrepreneurs in Timika City. The results of the study indicate that the product quality factor is able to explain competitiveness by 42.443%, the promotion factor is able to explain competitiveness by 8.651%, the location factor is able to explain competitiveness by 9.962% and the price factor is able to explain competitiveness by 10.898%. Where the product quality, promotion, location and price factors are able to explain competitiveness by 71.954%.
