Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that determine the competitiveness of the furniture industry in Timika City. This study uses an associative method using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis analysis tool. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from furniture entrepreneurs in Timika City. The results of the study indicate that the product quality factor is able to explain competitiveness by 42.443%, the promotion factor is able to explain competitiveness by 8.651%, the location factor is able to explain competitiveness by 9.962% and the price factor is able to explain competitiveness by 10.898%. Where the product quality, promotion, location and price factors are able to explain competitiveness by 71.954%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan kepala sekolah terkait pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik triangulasi, yang melibatkan observasi untuk mempelajari lingkungan penelitian, wawancara dengan informan yang relevan, serta dokumentasi hasil penelitian lapangan, dengan menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah kebijakan kepala sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif. Program pendidikan inklusif di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang dimulai pada tahun ajaran 2022 dan masih berlangsung hingga saat ini. Saat ini, terdapat 11 siswa inklusif di sekolah tersebut, dengan beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kebijakan inklusif, seperti terbatasnya jumlah tenaga pendidik, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, serta kekurangan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.

Abstract

Penelitian korelasional (Correlational Research) terkadang diperlakukan sebagai penelitian deskriptif, terutama dikarenakan penelitian korelasional mendeskripsikan sebuah kondisi yang sudah ada. Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas mengenai pengertian, kelebihan dan kekurangan, karakteristik, macam-macam, rancangan, langkah-langkah, serta contoh judul penelitian korelasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian library research dengan mengkaji secara kritis secara mendalam terhadap bahan-bahan pustaka yang relevan dengan judul penelitian serta pemberian materi baru dengan dukungan teknik pengumpulan data yang tepat menggunakan bentuk dari adanya literature review. Tujuan makalah ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai penelitian korelasional dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian korelasional. Artikel ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pemahaman kita tentang penelitian korelasional dan memberikan wawasan bagi studi pendidikan sehingga mampu menjadi bahan rujukan untuk melakukan penelitian korelasional yang sebenarnya di bidang pendidikan. Diharapkan juga artikel ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para peneliti. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk lebih mendalam dan memvalidasi temuan ini secara lebih luas dan terperinci.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance adolescents' knowledge and skills regarding healthy living behaviors through the optimization of the School Health Unit (UKS) using a basic life skills approach at SMK Al Ishlah Palangka Raya. The program included a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to establish a school-based UKS structure and appoint youth health cadres, followed by a basic life skills training and a culturally-based healthy school festival. The evaluation utilized digital instruments to assess participants’ knowledge and attitudes before and after the intervention. The results showed an increase in average knowledge scores from 64.9 (pre-test) to 70.8 (post-test). The highest score in behavioral attitudes was related to environmental health (82%), followed by personal hygiene and balanced nutrition, whereas daily physical activity and gadget use reduction remained low. The implementation of traditional sports in the school festival —such as “lari balok” and “hadang”— served as a means to reinforce students’ cultural identity and promote physical activity. The integrated approach, combining promotive and preventive health education with local wisdom, successfully supported character development and empowered students as agents of change in promoting a healthy lifestyle within and beyond the school environment. The implementation of a healthy school begins with simple actions, involves all stakeholders, utilizes both human and natural resources, and integrates local wisdom as a means of strengthening character development.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in supporting national economic growth, but many business actors still do not understand the importance of utilizing digital technology, both in payment systems and marketing strategies. This community service program aims to assist MSME Reni Allshop in implementing non-cash payment methods based on QRIS and developing promotions through digital marketing. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves MSME actors in the process of observation, problem formulation, solution solving, and implementation of actions. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in the use of QRIS as an efficient and secure payment system, as well as in managing social media as a means of promotion. MSME actors have succeeded in understanding the importance of content consistency, copywriting techniques, and optimizing digital platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp. This program has been proven to have a positive impact on transaction effectiveness and marketing appeal, as well as increasing the professionalism and competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era.
