Abstract

This study aims to determine how the competence of the financial apparatus and the application of the financial accounting system in realizing the qualitative characteristics of regional financial statements so it can become a reflection of the achievement of the performance accountability of local government agencies as regional financial managers. The data of the research is primary quantitative data obtained directly from the source or place where the research was conducted. The data collection conducted a survey using a questionnaire instrument which was measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used was the Descriptive Statistical Test and Partial Least Square (PLS) by performing the Outer Model Test - Measurement Model and Inner Model Test - Structural Model. The findings of this study are: 1) Apparatus competence has a significant effect on the quality of regional financial statements; 2) The regional financial accounting system has a significant effect on the quality of regional financial statements; 3) Apparatus competence has a significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies: 4) The regional financial accounting system has a significant effect on the accountability of the performance of government agencies; 5) The quality of regional financial statement has a significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies; 6) Apparatus competence has a significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies through the preparation of quality regional financial statements; 7) The regional financial accounting system has a significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies through the preparation of quality regional financial statements.

Abstract

Idiom is a word the meaning of which cannot be defined by a literal description.The types of idiom are: 1) Phrasal verb, 2) Prepositional phrases, 3) Idioms with verbs as keywords, 4) Idioms with nouns as keywords, 5) Idioms with adjectives as keywords: cold comfort, wishful thinking, plan sailing, 6) Idiomatic pairs, 7) Grammatica Restriction, 8) Phrasal verb, 9)other language, 10)binomial. The purpose of this research is to determine the idioms used in news items. This research uses a qualitative type of research with methods that are literature studies. The steps in the research are as follows: read to the news in an online newspaper, recording the idioms found with note them, describing the meaning of these idioms and making conclusions from the research results.

Abstract

This paper amis to analyze the learning semantic in English conversation, learning semantic which is a part of applied linguistic that focuses on the meaning, In addition there are manythigs toknow about semantic in English conversation what the important is, when the communication will not be able to deliver well which are about culture, accent, country. They are some aspects that we have to study about semantic in English conversation, in this paper, the writer use method of the research by using qualitative that is about the people habbit and when they have to communicate each othe. Because English is an international language, all of people should be able to communicate in English to express or mention something, to study abroad, to write an international paper, to join a conference, they need this language to do it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the meaning of the song Fiersa Besari according to the Greenhouse Effect. Fiersa Besari's “Celengan Rindu” has a historical meaning to reveal the problem of long-distance dating as a barrier to meeting a lover. In addition, there are expressions of hope and expressions of various wishes to meet each other and carry out joint activities. In a dialectical meaning, the text of this song has meaning, expressing rejection of one's barriers in long distance relationships. In terms of researchers' prejudice, this song means that long distance courtship limits longing and limits communication. However, face-to-face encounters between two individuals who have been dating long-distance is a long-awaited time to spend together. Then finally, the researchers captured the linguistic meaning of the word. The connotative of the assonance language style is the repetition of the phrase "and wait for me there to break my longing piggy bank" the total effect of the nuances is the feeling of missing Fiersa Besari for her lover and her desire for her lover is waiting for him to come to her.
