Abstract

The focus of this study is to discuss how Islamic perspectives are concerned with gender justice. This paper not only tries to provide philosophical and definitive arguments in response to anti-gender attitudes or parties who use the legitimacy of religious texts so as to justify gender as the nature in treating women, it also wants to provide understanding in measuring the nature of gender justice, so Islamic values continues to run on its dynamic nature in facing the challenges of the times. For this reason, adequate knowledge is needed about what is meant by “nature” and “gender”, so that it clearly finds differences between the two. The literature search results show that in essence the concept of gender justice can be determined by the community and its environment; it is dynamic and contextual, while “nature” is a fixed nature in someone given by God, such as the sex between men and women according to their respective functions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-commerce and Value Added Tax (VAT) policy on consumer behavior. The data in this study were obtained from students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muslim University of Indonesia who were willing to become respondents. This study uses primary data by conducting direct research in the field by providing online questionnaires to 88 respondents. The research used is quantitative method; the type of data used in this research is primary data by distributing online questionnaires. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling. The method of data analysis of this research was carried out by using descriptive statistical tests, data quality testing, classical assumption tests and hypotheses using SPSS software. The results showed that the existence of e-commerce and VAT policies had a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior, because with the e-commerce, students of the Faculty of Economics and Business felt it was easier to buy the desired goods and students trusted e-commerce sites more if there was clear information about the imposition of VAT and considers that the VAT policy is something that does not harm or does not affect the desire to buy the product.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Raw Crackers Shop in Legi Market on March 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019. This study aims to analyze the crackers method and determine the selling price of the crackers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research are traders to get goods when the stock of goods in the warehouse from the producers runs out, namely the kulak method. Kulakan that is applied is "kulak nempil". The selling price is determined by following the price obtained from nempil with the difference between Rp. 1000.00 to Rp. 2000.00 from the nempil kulak at the market selling price, if the nempil price is high the selling price is higher and if the nempil price is low then the selling price follows the market price. The payment method for the kulak nempil transaction is cash on hand at the kulak price based on the agreement of the bargaining

Abstract

Information and communication technology that is growing rapidly now influences the bureaucracy to utilize information technology as a means of improving the implementation of business acceleration. Through this online integrated Online Single Submission (OSS) licensing service, it is able to shorten the service time and making business licenses applied by Blitar DPMPTSP according to the mandate of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Online Single Submission (OSS) licensing accounting system at DPMPTSP Blitar Regency. The research method used by researchers is qualitative descriptive with resource persons licensing officials. The results of the study confirm that there are still obstacles regarding the lack of public understanding of business licensing through Online Single Submission (OSS) so that there is a need for socialization and overall assistance to the community and related institutions.

Abstract

The background of this research is the results of the 1st Semester Final Exam in PPKn Subject are the lowest results. The reason, low of interest in PPKn subjects. Limited resources and too much material, while teachers have not used multimedia-based media as a learning support media, whereas schools have LCD Projector facilities that can be used for the learning process.This study aims to develop learning media, determine the feasibility of the media, and find out the differences in learning outcomes before and after using multimedia-based learning media using the Aplikasi Sparkol video Scribe on the material Harmonisasi Hak dan Kewajiban Asasi Manusia in the Pancasila Perspective of PPKn subjects in class XI of SMA 1 Kademangan.This type of research is Research and Development (R and D) with the development method. Determination of the feasibility level of multimedia-based learning media based on expert validation tests and small-scale trials was then applied to the sample class. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of the learning process can improve student learning outcomes, by looking at the results of the average value and completeness of learning of students.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of effective learning in SMAN l Kademangan which is still conventional. Through learning media students are given convenience in understanding learning material. Media Kokai Sugar is an appropriate learning media to be used as a variation of learning in PPKn learning. This study aims to develop the Kokai Sugar Media “Game of Snake Ladder and Magic Box” for high school class XI. The research method used in this study is the R & D development model by Sugiyono. The subjects of this study were material experts, media experts, linguists, and 28 students of class XI IPA 2 of SMAN 1 Kademangan who had received material about the harmonization of human rights and obligations in the perspective of the Pancasila. The instruments of data collection in this study used material expert validation sheets, media expert validation sheets, language expert validation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The study produced a learning media in the form of Kokai Sugar “A Game of Snake Ladder and Magic Box.” After the revision, Kokai Sugar was included in the feasible category from the results of material validation with an average value of 3.21, media validation with an average value of 4.2, and language validation with an average value of 4.1. Thus, Kokai Sugar is worthy of being used as a learning medium in improving PPKn learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study to develop learning media, find out the feasibility of the media, and find out the differences in learning outcomes before and after using multimedia-based learning media using Macromedia Flash 8 on the material Harmonization of Human Rights and Obligations in the Pancasila Perspective PKn subjects in class XI 1 Kademangan Public High School . Determination of the feasibility level of multimedia-based learning media based on expert validation tests and small-scale trials was then applied to the sample class. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and tests. Thus can help the effective learning process to improve student learning outcomes, by looking at the results of the average and completeness of student learning.
