Abstract

Background. The price set by the company must follow the benefits provided so that consumers will make purchasing decisions. Service quality determines the success or failure of consumers in making purchasing decisions. Research Purpose. This research discusses the influence of price and application service quality ShopeeFood on consumer purchasing decisions in Pekauman Village, Gresik District. Research Method. The object of this research is Pekauman Village, Gresik District. A total of 69 data were collected using the questionnaire method. Findings. The results of the research show that price has a positive and insignificant influence on consumer purchasing decisions in the Pekauman sub-district, Gresik sub-district. The service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions in the Pekauman sub-district, Gresik sub-district. Conclusion. Finally, price and service quality simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions in the Pekauman sub-district, Gresik sub-district.

Abstract

Background. Transparency and accountability in financial reporting are crucial aspects for nonprofit organizations, which will impact the public's perception of the organization, either positively or negatively. Research Purpose. This study examines the importance of financial transparency and accountability in maintaining public trust in nonprofit organizations. Research Method. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods is employed, gathering comprehensive data systematically, followed by qualitative analysis to achieve clarity of the research objectives. In conducting research, data collection is used using library research by studying scientific journals, research results and PSAK related to the problem of the object being studied. The sources used will be used as a guide and basis for this research Findings. The findings indicate that accountability and transparency practiced by nonprofit organizations in publishing financial reports enhance public trust, leading to their prosperity and positively impacting their operational sustainability. Nonprofit organizations are not immune to major cases resulting from suspicion and mismanagement, thus maintaining financial accountability and transparency is crucial to prevent these challenges from undermining public trust and avoiding suspicion and mismanagement in their activities. Conclusion. The research recommendation is to increase information to obtain more comprehensive data related to horizontal accountability. This can be achieved by adding data collection techniques such as distributing questionnaires to the public.

Abstract

Background. The company's financial health is very necessary to maintain its existence company. BUMN Ministerial Decree No: Kep-100/MBU/2002 to assess the level of health of BUMN is also needed to assess the performance of BUMN subsidiaries. Research Purpose. This research aimed to determine the level of financial health of companies. Research Method. Correlational research with descriptive methods. Research population some of companies based on BUMN in Jakarta. The variable was the financial aspect based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN No: KEP 100/MBU/2002 for the last four years. Assessment of the health level of financial aspects using eight indicators, namely ROE, ROI, cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, inventory turnover, TATO, and Total Capital owned to Total Assets. Findings. The assessment of the company's financial health level. Obtaining a healthy title is expected to be able to always improve health his finances.   Conclusion. Financial ratios are a tool to assess the performance of company finances, and to assess the performance company is not enough to only use one or just a few ratios, but is a combination of various financial ratios.

Abstract

Background. Stress at work is a serious problem for the company because can reduce employee performance and the company. Research Purpose. This research aimed to determine and partially analyze the relationship between work stress and the performance of CV employees. Research Method. The sample in this study was the entire existing population and the sampling was taken by census which is a hundred percent of the total population as many as 22 respondents. This research was conducted in company, companies operating in the field of transportation and driver services in 2023. Data collection used questionnaires. Findings. Hypothesis testing using (t-test) between the work stress variable and employee performance variables shows the t value = -3.824 with a significant value of 0.001. By using the significance limit ÿ = 0.05, the t table is 2.068. From these results, the test criteria are -t count < -t table, namely -3.842 < -2.068, which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Conclusion. The work stress variable has a negative and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Background. Security has a job description that will guide and direct so that the work becomes smooth and controlled according to the regulations set by the company. Research Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job descriptions on employee performance. Research Method. This study uses an explanatory quantitative research approach using a survey as a data collection tool that aims to determine how a variable affects other variables. The population in this study were all employees of the security department in a company with a total of 46 people. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling because it takes samples from the entire total population, using a Likert scale, this research is a survey research where primary data is collected through distributing questionnaires, secondary data is collected from companies, and literature studies. The data analysis method used is the descriptive analysis method with a simple linear regression analysis technique and Crosstab as a tool to calculate whether there is a relationship or influence between Job description on employee performance. Findings. The results of simple linear regression analysis, it can be said that the dependent variable (Y) changes to the independent variable (X), but the remaining part is caused by other factors that are not included in the model or this study, including the variables of motivation and ability. Conclusion. The job description variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the security department of the company.
