Abstract

The purpose of implementing the Emergency PPKM is to reduce the number exposed to the Covid-19 virus so that it can break the chain of tranmission. This study aims to examine the effect of implementing Emergency PPKM on the decline in UMKM income which was studies using the SPSS 16.0 data processing aplication, using 30 respondents consisting of business actors in Bandungsari village, Sukodadi District, Lamongan Regency. The results of the study indicate that there is an enterpreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic due to regulations that limits operating hours to 20.000 WIB, provosions for eating and drinking in public places do not accept dine-in, eat on the spot and limited to only 50% delivery or take away visitors.

Abstract

Economic growth can be interpreted as one of the important indicators to describe the progress of a country financially or prosperously. High economic growth and not accompanied by improvements in a solid economic structure can lead to domestic economic instability and high inflation rates. Investment has an important role in economic growth, namely creating income. The types of methods used in this research are qualitative research methods and library research. Data collection in this study uses content analysis techniques and the data source used is secondary data. Inflation that occurred in Indonesia in 2015-2020 was still at a mild level so that an increase in inflation still had a positive effect. In this study, investment also has a positive effect. Investment in Islam which aims to improve people's welfare and create a society with a decent standard of living and reduce the poverty line.

Abstract

The lack of strategy in marketing woven mats made from palm leaf in West Lenteng Village is the cause of the decline in sales of woven mats made from lontar leaves. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This type of research is field research, i.e. jumping directly into the research site. The location and time of the study took place in the western village began on September 3, 2021 which was sourced from primary data and Skunder Data. Data collection techniques are by observation, interview and documentation methods. Data analysis uses the miles and huberman model with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.Marketing strategies used in woven mat marketing in West Lenteng Village use 4P: Products, Promotions, Prices and Locations The marketing of products carried out by mat craftsmen includes: a) the type of product in the form of woven mats made from lontar leaves. b) product development through a tighter and neater mat form that distinguishes with the production of other mats. c) Good mat quality prepared by the mat craftsmen selected by selection in order to produce a good mat. Marketing strategies against prices set by mat craftsmen are: a) Factors that affect the pricing of mat webbing are economic conditions, natural conditions, competition and costs. b) The purpose of pricing is optimization of increased operating profit. Marketing strategies to distributors carried out by woven mat craftsmen are: a) Direct distribution (where artisans woven mat-consumers) b) Indirect distribution, 1. Artisan-retailer-consumer 2. Artisan-agent-consumer 3. Artisan-agents-retailer-consumer. Marketing strategy for promotion carried out by mat craftsmen in the village of west lenteng is publicity relations: a). cooperation with the community b). Fellow craftsmen woven mat c). Person to person. This mat woven strategy prioritizes quality lontar leaf raw materials so as to produce strong and durable goods. And the different way of making it becomes a characteristic of woven from West Lenteng Village. The obstacles faced from the mat woven marketing strategy is that a place very far from the highway makes it difficult for consumers to reach it and only reach by collectors. The second obstacle is that marketing using publicity is the cause of weak introduction to public affairs.

Abstract

Tingginya jiwa sosial masyarakat dalam rangka menstabilkan tingkat perekonomian indonesia yang menurun menjadikan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, salah satunya yaitu dari tingkat kinerja amil dan motivasi muzakki terhadap intensitasnya untuk berzakat melalui Lembaga Amil Zakat khususnya di Jawa Timur. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dipadukan dengan jenis penelitian survey deskriptif, pengumpulan data berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 25 Lembaga Amil Zakat yang aktif di Jawa Timur. Objek penelitian ini adalah Muzakki yang pernah melakukan pembayaran zakat pada Lembaga Amil Zakat resmi di Jawa Timur yang telah terdaftar pada Forum Zakat Nasional. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat kinerja amil memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar -0,785 < 2,026 dengan signifikansi lebih sebesar 0,437 > 0,05, maka berarti bahwa kinerja amil tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensitas muzakki dalam berzakat melalui Lembaga Amil Zakat di Jawa Timur.

Abstract

The sharia trade used is a murabahah contract. The justification behind this discussion is to sort out what are the potential benefits of multipurpose financing, to sort out the procedures for providing multipurpose financing to micro, small and medium enterprises through murabahah contracts. Research conducted by the manufacturer at PT. BSI Kcp Simalungun Trading .district. The results and conclusion of the discussion show that PT. BSI Kcp Simalungun Trading has multipurpose financing that is given to small, almost non-existent and medium scale businesses to increase business capital that has been sympathetic for no less than one year and has taken advantage of multipurpose financing in assisting financing applications for clients and assisting two players. The movement of resources introduced by multipurpose financing is colossal, up to 500 million to be exact with the use of murabahah contracts.

Abstract

Since the establishment of banking with the sharia concept in 1998 until now, the market share of Islamic banking has only reached approximately 5%, while Islamic banking has become superior with a variety of very varied products. One of the advantages of Islamic banking lies in the profit-sharing system, so it is not wrong for people to call Islamic banks as profit-sharing banks, but in reality, financing in Islamic banking is not dominated by mudharabah financing with the concept of profit-sharing, but is more dominated by murabaha financing. Murabahah financing has always been a priority compared to other Islamic banking products. This can be seen from data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regarding the development of murabahah financing which tends to increase every month. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach that collects data through interviews and observations, and uses primary and secondary data sources. As well as using data analysis techniques and appropriate data collection techniques. The results of this study are that there are two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. The meaning of these two factors is that internal factors are caused by the lack of care by officers in analyzing financing customers, because they only use the principle of trust which is often misused by naughty customers, while external factors are caused by by intentional factors and unintentional factors. Based on the results of the research analysis and discussion that have been described, it can be concluded: At PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani itself has several handlings in problem financing, namely by billing according to the existing SOPs by providing SP 1,2 and 3, by persuasive (family) methods, then by reschduling, the last by way of selling guarantees but nothing has reached the stage sales guarantee.

Abstract

Customer Service merupakam suatu bagian dari unit organisasi atau bank yang mampu menangani kebutuhan nasabahnya, adapun tugas customer service ialah memberikan pelayanan dan membangun hubungan yang baik dengan nasabah. Tujan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pelayanan Customer Service dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pada Bank Muamalat KCP Sukaramai, serta Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi Customer Service dalam meningkatkan Pelayanan pada Bank Muamalat KCP Sukaramai. Dalam penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini, strategi yang digunakan ialah customer service bersikap ramah kepada nasabah,komunikatif dan name tag yang selalu diperlihatkan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi Customer service dalam meningkatkan pelayanan ialah faktor Sumber Daya Manusia, serta faktor kualitas produk.

Abstract

Perkembangan BPRS menempati peran yang sangat penting dalam sektor ekonomi, terutama dalam mendukung perkembangan usaha mikro dan menengah. Semakin ketat persaingan BPRS maka pelayanan yang BPRS berikan harus lebih optimal sehingga perusahaan dapat mempertahankan usaha nya. Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan hal terpenting yang digunakan untuk menarik konsumen di masa sekarang ini. Dengan kata lain, pihak pemasar harus mengaktualisasikan setiap harapan konsumen menjadi suatu kepuasan atas pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini diawali dengan pengamatan sebagai persiapan ke tahap akhir yaitu pelaporan hasil penelitian. Waktu penelitian dimulai dari 24 januari 2022 hingga selesai. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara langsung pada Bank Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data Primer. Data Primer diambil dari melakukan observasi langsung dan kemudian melakukan wawancara kepada pihak terkait. Data-data yang digunakan yaitu data dari hasil wawancara. Populasi yang dipilih adalah pegawai dari BPRS dan beberapa nasabah. Hasil dari penelitian ini Variabel penelitian yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan adalah variabel kehandalan (reliability) dan keamanan/kenyamanan (assurance). Hasil penelitian pada variabel kehandalan masih banyak responden yang tidak puas. Responden yang tidak puas dengan teller dalam menyelesaikan pelayanan tepat waktu yaitu 25 %. Ketidakpuasan juga terjadi pada customer service BPRS Puduarta Insani dalam memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan, yaitu 23,9% responden menyatakan tidak puas. Hasil penelitian pada variabel keamanan/kenyamanan masih banyak yang tidak puas. Pada pernyataan proses administrasi sebanyak 18,5% responden menyatakan tidak puas dan 33,7% responden menyatakan ragu-ragu. Responden juga merasa kurang nyaman atas pelayanan operasional dimana 13% responden menyatakan tidak puas.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, it is very important to continue to look for the right formula in business activities, innovation from each business is often shown as part of business competition. The emergence of business structures and strategies using modern innovative approaches contributes to the creation of models that determine the achievement of competitive advantage and optimal revenue generation, so the company must be able to implement the right strategy in order to attract more visitors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising and brand image variables simultaneously or partially on consumer buying interest in MS products. Glow and to find out which mix of Advertising and Brand Image MS. Glow is the most dominant in influencing consumer buying interest. Respondents were 100 people. Data were collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that together the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in MS products. glow. On its own, the variables that have a positive effect are advertising and brand image. The dominant variable of the mix on consumer buying interest is advertising.

Abstract

E-business it self is a technology to develop business, both internal and external processes. Green Banking is translated as banking efforts to prioritize the fulfillment of sustainability in lending or its operational activities. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, where all data generated and presented are in the form of descriptions, namely in the form of an overview of the results of the study. The results of the study show that the implementation of e-business in Islamic banking helps to realize sustainable Green Banking, with the application of E-business in Islamic banking can increase environmental awareness.
