Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the contribution of leg muscle strength to shooting kick ability in the soccer game of students at SMA N 1 Tirawuta, East Kolaka Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis using the SPSS program by calculating the average value, standard deviation, mode, median, maximum value and minimum value. Before testing, the hypothesis test is first carried out by the equality test, namely the normality test and the linearity test. . Based on data analysis, the Sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) is 0.033 smaller than 0.05, the correlation of 0.668 is in the high correlation category. The coefficient of determination is 0.390, meaning that leg muscle strength has a contribution to shooting ability in soccer games and has a moderate correlation.

Abstract

This article is the result of research analyzing the merchandise inventory accounting information system at CV. Citra Selaras Yamaha Motor Baubau, where the aspect of the merchandise inventory accounting information system is the Sales Accounting Information System, purchase accounting information system, and cash receipts accounting information system. This research aims to determine and analyze the merchandise inventory accounting information system applied to CV. Citra Harmony Yamaha Motor Baubau. This research is qualitative research. This research uses interviews, observation and documentation in data collection. The results of this research indicate that the merchandise inventory accounting information system is effective and quite good which can be seen in the procedures that form the merchandise inventory system, namely by the division of tasks and responsibilities which are equipped with documents and inventory recording using the perpetual method by applying computerized system and has implemented the Authority's system in accordance with applicable accounting standards, namely the sales accounting information system, purchasing accounting information system and cash receipts accounting information system.

Abstract

This research is the result of research that resulted in an internal control system for credit sales at PT. MCF Baubau City, where in the elements of the internal control system of credit sales, namely Organizational Structure, System of Authority and Recording Procedures, Healthy Practices and Quality Employees in accordance with responsibilities. This study has the purpose of finding out the internal control system of credit sales of PT. MCF Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi. This research is a qualitative research. This study uses interviews, observations and documentation in data collection. The results of this study show that the internal control system of credit sales is inadequate, which can be seen in the procedures that form the internal control system of credit sales, namely a) in the organizational structure, there is no separation of duties and responsibilities in the cash function and credit function where both functions are in the accounting department and b) employees whose quality is in accordance with responsibilities where at the time of acceptance of prospective employees there is no Special requirements are listed to accept new employees and employee training and development have not been implemented.

Abstract

The fertilizer store business plays an important role in the agricultural sector, especially in rural areas that rely heavily on agriculture as a primary means of fulfilling national food needs. This research aims to understand the application of accounting in fertilizer store businesses in the Abuki district, Konawe Regency. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research, with data collection methods including interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that most fertilizer store owners have not fully implemented accounting practices in accordance with the SAK EMKM accounting standards. Transaction recording is still done simply and does not cover all business components, due to a lack of understanding by business owners about the importance of accounting in business management. Therefore, there is a need for socialization and training on simple accounting to improve financial management quality in fertilizer stores, thereby supporting better business development in the future.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the system of recording, valuing and disclosing inventory at Kendari Mental Hospital Southeast Sulawesi Province is based on the Statement of Inventory Accounting Standards (PSAP No.05). The purpose of this study was to determine the Accounting Inventory Treatment of Medicines referred to in PSAP No.05. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Kendari Mental Hospital Southeast Sulawesi Province uses the perpetual method for recording inventory and the First In First Out (FIFO) method for valuing inventories. From the results of the study showed that there were differences in the amount of ending inventory of medicines according to the company according to the author's calculation. This difference is caused by the existence of an irregular recording so that the effect is there are several purchase transactions, and sales transactions that are not recorded. From the research, Kendari Mental Hospital Southeast Sulawesi Province has applied inventory accounting standards but not yet fully in accordance with PSAP No.05. The recommendation is that hospitals should record inventory regularly and consistently with merchandise supplies coming in and going out, so as to minimize the possibility of recording errors or transactions that are not recorded.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengembangan model komunikasi pariwisata yang efektif untuk Kali Batu Lapis, sebuah destinasi wisata yang terletak di Desa Garuda, Kecamatan Padangguni, Kabupaten Konawe. Meskipun memiliki keindahan alam dan potensi untuk menarik wisatawan lokal dan domestik, promosi pariwisata Kali Batu Lapis menghadapi beberapa tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya keterampilan pemasaran digital, dan kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan utama mengungkapkan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat lokal dalam komunikasi pariwisata secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman wisatawan sekaligus mendorong pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, pemanfaatan platform digital seperti media sosial sangat penting untuk memperluas jangkauan dan keterlibatan wisatawan potensial. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model komunikasi yang komprehensif dan partisipatif yang selaras dengan strategi pemasaran modern dan mendukung pertumbuhan jangka panjang destinasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much to know the effect of Agility Ladder Exercise training on dribbling ability in 13-15year old soccer athletes at the Sawerigading Rante Limbong Male Soccer School (SSB). The population in this study was Population is the entire research subject". The population used was 20 people aged 13 years. The sample in this study was The sample used in this study was 20 people drawn using the purposive stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument used to collect data in this study was a test. The tool used to measure dribbling speed was a stopwatch instrument used to measure dribbling ability. Based on data analysis, the results of the study showed that there was an effect of agility leader training on the level of soccer dribbling ability in KU 13-15 SSB Puta Sawerigading Rante Limbong players. This is proven by the significance value of the count in the pretest and posttest group t-test of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 (Sig <0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Arm Length and Hand Eye Coordination to the Accuracy of Smash Punches of Madrasah Aliyah Usma Lambai students in North Kolaka Regency. This research method used is quantitative, involving 30 students who became the research sample. Based on the results of the analysis, the significance value (sig) 0.000 is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 which indicates that arm length and hand eye coordination are significantly related to the accuracy of Badminton smash shots. The results of the analysis of the contribution of arm length and hand eye coordination to the accuracy of Badminton smash shots obtained a value of 68.1% or in the high correlation category.

Abstract

The political communication strategy of the Head of Ulundoro Village and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in preventing conflict in Ulundoro Village, Aere District, East Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province is by using an approach system to the community, the village government and BPD are active in carrying out their respective duties and responsibilities, not prioritizing personal interests and using social media as a means of disseminating information about village government policies and BPD supervision so that information can be received by all levels of society in Ulundoro Village, Aere District, East Kolaka Regency.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi interpersonal kepala desa dalam meningkatkan kinerja perangkat desa rombo, kecamatan kulisusu, kabupaten buton utara dan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model komunikasi Lasswell. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian (siapa) kepala desa sebagai pengirim pesan. Pengaruh gaya komunikasi kepala desa terhadap perangkat desa sangat penting, terutama dalam hal konsistensi dan keterbukaan dalam penyampaian kebijakan. (Say What) pentingnya disiplin dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Pesan ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap perangkat desa diharapkan untuk menjalankan tugas mereka dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan tepat waktu. (In Where Chanel) penggunaan telepon dan aplikasi WhatsApp sebagai saluran komunikasi digital memperkuat efektivitas komunikasi. Dengan teknologi ini, kepala desa dapat memastikan bahwa informasi dapat disampaikan dengan cepat dan efisien, terutama ketika perangkat desa tidak berada di lokasi yang sama. (Kepada Siapa) kepala desa secara aktif menyampaikan pesan kepada perangkat desa terkait kegiatan desa, perangkat desa juga menyesuaikan pesannya dengan tugas mereka. (Whith What Effect) kepala desa pentingnya pemahaman tugas pokok dan fungsi (tupoksi) masing-masing anggota. perangkat desa menjadi lebih paham tentang tanggung jawab mereka. Dengan demikian, efektivitas komunikasi langsung berkontribusi pada peningkatan pemahaman yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil kerja.
