JASE is a national and multi-disciplinary journal in Sustainable Agricultural research, managed by the Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara. JASE has two issues in a year and it will be published in May and October. Every submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers using double-blind review method. JASE publishes original articles, review articles, case studies and short communications on the fundamentals, applications and management of Sustainable Agriculture areas in collaboration with Agribusiness Association of Indonesia (AAI), Indonesian Agricultural Higher Education Communication Forum (FKPTPI) and Indonesian Society of Agricultural Economics (PERHEPI/ISAE).

Abstract

Crispy oyster mushrooms are snacks made from oyster mushrooms and produced by IKM Anhan Mekarsari, Ngarum Village, Ngrampal District, Sragen Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the costs, revenues, efficiency and added value of the Crispy Oyster Mushroom “DuCrija Mush Chi”. The research method used is descriptive. IKM Anhan Mekarsari was choosen because it already has a P-IRT permit and halal certificate. Respondents in this study were the owner and 2 production employees. Analysis methods were used cost, revenue, income, efficiency and value added analysis. The results of this study are the total cost for produce crispy oyster mushroom is about Rp. 12.506.059 includes fixed costs (Rp. 176,648) and variable cost (Rp. 12.329.411). Revenue in a month is Rp.25.500.000. The income aerned is Rp. 12.993.941. The revenue and cost ratio of IKM Anhan Mekarsari is 2,5 which means if the R/C Ratio >1 then the business is feasible, the B/C Ratio 1,45 which means >1 the business is profitable. The added value obtained from processing oyster mushrooms in one production cycle is Rp. 115.385/Kg. The added value ratio shows 60,7%, it can be categorized as high added value for IKM Anhan Mekarsari because it more than 40% and the profit obtained from processing oyster mushrooms become crispy oyster mushrooms is Rp. 61.974?Kg of raw materials or about 88% of the product value per unit raw materials.   Keywords: Hayami, Oyster, Mushroom, Value Added.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cost structure including fixed costs and variable costs, revenues, profits, profitability and business feasibility of the rengginang Eka industry in Sumberejo Village, Mondokan District, Sragen Regency. The basic methods used are qualitative and quantitative. The research area was taken purposively, namely in Sumberejo Village, Mondokan District, Sragen Regency. Respondents were taken using a purposive technique, while the respondents to be selected included the owner and 2 employees in the home industry of Rengginang Eka. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The total fixed costs incurred by the home industry rengginang Eka are Rp. 13,517, the total variable costs are Rp. 612,640, so the total costs incurred are Rp. 626,157. The total income of the Rengginang Eka home industry in February was Rp. 1,440,000 and earned a profit of Rp. 813,843. then for the profitability analysis of 129.97%. The results of the feasibility study show that the BEP breaks even if the product BEP is 41.31 kg and for the BEP the price is Rp. 429,484. then for the R/C ratio of 2.30 and for the B/C ratio of 1.30 it is classified as profitable and feasible to work on. And the results of the ROI of 101% show that the ROI is positive, so the home industry rengginang Eka is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the internal and external environmental factors of MSME honey pineapple processing in Belik District that affect the marketing of pineapple processed products, formulate marketing strategies that can be applied by UMKM honey pineapple processors in marketing their products. The analytical method of this research is descriptive analysis method with data analysis using CPM, SWOT and QSPM matrices. Respondents in this study were owners of UMKM Tiga Sekawan and Madu Jaya as well as consumers of UMKM processed honey pineapple, totaling 4 respondents. The results showed that the CPM score for Tiga Sekawan UMKM was 3.19 and for UMKM Madu Jaya the score was 1.98. SWOT matrix analysis obtained alternative strategies namely SO Strategy: Optimizing production with abundant availability of raw materials, easy-to-obtain production infrastructure, availability of skilled labor, Maintaining cleanliness of production sites, product quality, improving employee performance and creativity, maintaining good relations with resellers and customers WO Strategy: Improve production technology and carry out promotional activities with online media, Form a cooperative and Make capital loans to capital loan service providers to improve the industry. S-T Strategy: Manpower management and cooperation with resellers and retailers by conducting a pre-order system, Expanding the market using online media to expand market reach. W-T Strategy: Increasing packaging innovation and promotion to increase consumer interest and face market competition with other products. Analysis of the strategic priority QSPM matrix in strategy II, increasing packaging innovation and also promotions to increase consumer interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, efisiensi dan risiko dari home industri keripik benguk di Dusun Grobog Kelurahan Wuryorejo Kecamatan Wonogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode dasar penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dan pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan metode sensus.Penentuan daerah sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Responden adalah produsen keripik benguk berskala home industri yaitu sebanyak 17 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, analisis efisiensi usaha dan analisis risiko usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya total rata-rata yang dikeluarkan yaitu sebesar Rp 17.096.111,00/bulan dan penerimaan rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 39.952.941,00/bulan sehingga keuntungan rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 22.856.830,00/bulan. Profitabilitas sebesar 1,34%. Home industri keripik benguk yang dijalankan sudah efisien karena mempunyai nilai efesiensi >1 yaitu 2,34. Home industri keripik benguk memiliki nilai CV<0,5 dan L>0, yaitu pada risiko harga bahan baku dengan nilai CV sebesar 0,26 dan nilai L sebesar 58.364, Nilai CV pada risiko produksi sebesar 0,31 dan nilai L sebesar 62, nilai CV pada risiko keuntungan sebesar 0,39 dengan L sebesar Rp 4.865.816,00. Hal ini menunjukkan berarti home industri keripik benguk masih menguntungkan.

Abstract

Mengetahui faktor eksternal dan internal yang mempengaruhi Perkembangan Agrowisata Barro Tani Manunggal di Desa Kepatihan, Kecamatan Selogiri. Mengetahui strategi alternatif yang dapat di lakukan dalam pengembangan Agrowisata Barro Tani Manunggal di Desa Kepatihan Kecamatan Selogiri. Mengetahui prioritas strategi dalam mengembangkan Agrowisata Barro Tani Manunggal di Desa Kepatihan, Kecamatan Selogiri. Metode dasar dalam penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metode deskriptif adalah metode penelitian untuk mengetahui keberadaan variabel mandiri, baik untuk satu variabel atau lebih, variabel yang berdiri sendiri tanpa membuat perbandingan dan mencari variabel itu dengan varibel yang lain Menganalisis lingkungan internal perusahaan pada akhirnya berujung pada suatu faktor-faktor kekuatan dan kelemahan pada suatu perusahaan. Karena setiap perusahaan pasti memiliki kekuatan dan kelemahan sehingga perusahaan tersebut harus mampu memanfaatkan kekuatannya untuk mengurangi kelemahan yang berada di perusahaan. Prioritas strategi dalam mengembangkan Agrowisata Barro Tani Manunggal Desa Kepatihan, Kecamatan Selogiri adalah melakukan kerjasama terhadap Pemerintah Kabupaten Wonogiri agar pengembangan agrowisata semakin maju dan lebih di kenal secara luas. Agrowisata Barro Tani Manunggal dapat melakukan penambahan fasilitas yang dimana hal tersebut berdasarkan akan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen atau wisatawan yang datang.
