Abstract

PT Livia Mandiri Sejati is a company engaged in the distribution of bottled drinking water with well-known brands, namely Aqua, Mizone, Vit and Levite. This study aims to determine and explain the influence ofwork-life balance variables, transformational leadership style, job satisfaction, and employee performance. This type of research uses a comparative causal with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is the entire population in the company, as many as 40 employees / respondents. While the analysis technique used is the SEM test technique using the WarpPLS 7.0 application. The results of this study indicate thatWorklife Balance has a positive but insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.212 and a P-value of 0.075. Transformational Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction with acoefficient of 0.422 and p value of 0.001. Worklife Balance has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance with a coefficient of -0.191 and p value 0.099. Transformational Leadership Style has asignificant positive effect on Employee Performance with a coefficient of 0.403 and a p value of 0.002. And Job Satisfaction has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance with a coefficient of 0.178 and p value0.116.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and measure the influence of corporate governance on innovation and company performance. This research was conducted on Manufacturing Companies (consumer goods industry sector) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018 - 2020. The selection of research samples using purposive sampling was 14 companies. The data analysis used is WarPLS 7.0 (Partial Least Square) software. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that (1) the Corporate Governance variable has a significant effect on innovation. (2) Corporate Governance variable has no significant effect on Company Performance. (3) The innovation variable has a significant effect on the company's performance. (4) corporate governance variables have a significant effect on company performance variables through innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of company characteristics on audit quality and capital structure. Company characteristics in this study are measured by firm size, profitability, and asset structure. Audit quality is measured by audit fee, audit delay, and audit size. As well as capital structure as measured by debt to total equity (DER), long term debt to total equity (LTDER), and debt to total assets (DAR). This study uses partial least square (PLS) analysis. The sample of this research is agro-industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. The results of this study found that company characteristics had a negative effect on audit quality. This study also found that company characteristics have a negative effect on capital structure. And this study also found that audit quality has a positive effect on capital structure, this indicates that the better the audit quality, the better the capital structure of the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the impact of intellectual capital on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable in banking compenies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The populations is 44 banks. The sampling techniques used purposive judgement sampling and obtained a research sample of 29 banks. Data analysis techniques used Partial Least Square (PLS). The independent variable is intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is measured by Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM). The intervening variable is financial performance which measured by Return On Assets (ROA). The dependent variable is firm value which measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The result show that the intellectual capital have a direct effect on financial performance; intellcectual capital didn’t have direct effect on firm falue; but financial performance was effected on firm value. Financial performance is able to mediate the relation between intellectual capital towards firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and work stress on work motivation and employee performance. Transformational leadership in this study is proxied by idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, caring and motivation. Work stress is proxied by task demands, role demands, interpersonal demands and leadership. While Work Motivation proxies with the aim of employees working, employee behavior, employee enthusiasm and encouragement in employees. Employee performance is proxied by quantity, personal quality and timeliness. The sample of this research is PT. Indo Tirta Abadi Gempol Pasuruan. By using a saturated sample. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires. This study uses a variance-based Path Analysis method, namely WARP PLS. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that transformational leadership has a significant effect on motivation and work stress does not have a significant effect on work motivation. This study also states that Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and job stress has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation on employee performance has no significant effect.
