Abstract

This research aims to know Service Quality On The Customer Satisfaction at Pegadaian UPC Andi Tonro During Pandemic Covid-19. The sampling was determined insidental technique, the sample in this research was 100 respondents. The method data collection was observation, questionnaires and interview. The data analysis were, realibility, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the service quality has a positive and significant impact on the Customer Satisfaction at Pegadaian UPC Andi Tonro During Pandemic Covid-19. Based on T value obtained 2,322>1,984 and significant value obtained 0,02<0,05 and the value of R square (R2) of 0,052 obtained 5,2 %. The indicator of service quality with the most dominant influence is the indicator of tangible and assurance, while the indicator of customer satisfaction with the most overall customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Genius learning strategy is one of the learning methods used in the learning process of early childhood in an effort to improve the results of the learning process by using knowledge abilities, experiences such as knowledge about personality, intelligence, learning styles, emotions and other knowledge, so early childhood at this time it requires interesting learning so that children are able to accept the learning delivered by the teacher. Therefore, with this genius learning learning method it provides color and little by little learning that requires children to learn not at their age in the sense that it is not at the level according to the child's cognitive abilities, this is in line with government regulations which emphasize that learning should be done interactively, inspiring, fun, challenging, motivating students to participate actively, according to their talents, interests and psychological development. Therefore, the presence of this method among early childhood education helps educators in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The Rainbow Bridge Mangrove Forest Ecotourism is the only tourist destination in Banglas Village which is managed by BUMDES Banglas Bestari. Mangrove forests have the potential to be managed and developed because mangroves have aesthetic value, therefore cultivating and developing mangroves to be used as tourist destinations in the local area. This study aims to determine how the management of the Rainbow Bridge Mangrove Forest Ecotourism and the obstacles to managing this ecotourism. The theoretical concept used is the management concept of Iwan Nugroho. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research found indicate that the management carried out by BUMDES Banglas Bestari has not run optimally where there is no planning document, In its implementation, there are still some things that have not gone well, such as lack of coordination, and control over ecotourism management is still less organized and structured. The inhibiting factors in the management of the rainbow bridge mangrove forest ecotourism are limited funding sources, accessibility and inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and the imposition of restrictions on community activities (PPKM).

Abstract

The intelligence department of the state attorney general's office recapitulates monthly reports on information obtained through the prosecutor's intelligence activities. Each incoming report will be managed using Microsoft Word and saved as a file. But in reality, the management process is a bit hampered because of the many report formats and even the file has the potential to be lost or damaged. The purpose of the research is to develop a monthly report information system in the field of Intelligence to help manage report data and recapitulate monthly reports. In the development of this monthly report information system using the waterfall method. Analysis of system requirements requires communication that aims to understand the software expected by users and the limitations of the software. System design is needed to assist in the system implementation process. The implementation of this information system uses the PHP programming language and uses MySQL as the Database Management System. Testing the system using User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which is to ensure the verification process that what the system does is appropriate for the user. From this research resulted in a web-based information system that can assist in the management of monthly reports in the field of prosecutor's intelligence.

Abstract

An information system is a combination of hardware, software, and users that form a system whose purpose is to receive data and process it into appropriate information for a particular purpose. A good information system, supported by accurate and secure data, improves the performance of every activity within the company, agency or institution and enables it to be carried out more effectively. The Kediri State Prosecutor's Office is one of the agencies engaged in the field of Community Service. One part of this agency that is important is case data, especially for the general crime section (Pidum). The General Crimes Section has the task of carrying out and controlling the handling of general criminal cases which include pre-prosecution, additional examination, prosecution, judge's determination and court decisions, supervision of the implementation of conditional crimes, supervision crimes, supervision of the implementation of parole decisions and other legal actions. The development of this information system uses the waterfall method which has several sequential stages, namely requirements analysis (Requirement Analysis), system design (System Design), implementation (Implementation), integration and testing (Integration & Testing), implementation and maintenance of the program (Operation & Maintenance). ). The result of the development of this information system is a web-based application called Smart Pidum which is a case data management application, especially in the general crime section. The development of the Smart Pidum information system can solve problems in managing case data and make it easier for officers to carry out their duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

BMT Safinah is a financial institution that collects people's funds through products and always applies sharia principles as its main foundation. This financial institution realizes funding and landing products. Financing products with a rental system (ijarah) are products that are of interest to customers, because with this product customers can apply for financing that is leased for goods or services with rental wages that have been agreed by both parties. BMT Safinah issued a financing product with an ijarah contract. This financing product with an ijarah contract is very attractive because this product can be used for leasing goods or services at a rental fee in accordance with the agreement of both parties. This lease transaction is applied in financing for the cost of education, hospitalization, education costs, and other necessary costs. This product is called ijarah financing.

Abstract

The Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of Riau Province is one of the agencies authorized to carry out liquor supervision in the Riau Province area. The phenomenon that researchers encountered was the weak supervision of illegal liquor in the riau province area so that there were still many cases of illegal liquor smuggling, Riau Province has a large enough water area so that it is used as a route for illegal liquor smuggling, the high excise tariff on liquor, which makes the smuggling increase. This study has the aim of determining the supervision of illegal liquor at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs of Riau Province as well as the factors that become obstacles in the supervision of illegal liquor. The theoretical concept that researchers use is the theory of supervision according to Sondang P. Siagian (2014: 115). By using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques based on interviews and documentation. The results of the research that the author got, namely the supervision of illegal liquor at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of Riau Province have not run optimally, this is due to several inhibiting factors such as lack of human resources, lack of facilities and infrastructure, and lack of operational budget.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the understanding of the phenomenon or trend of electronic banking in the country in terms of what the experts said through their studies from various perspectives and perspectives of banking and finance experts. This study relies on secondary data from book publications, scientific articles, and other data sources. We studied it under the phenomenological approach, which we started by mingling the question and then identifying the relevant literature. We continued by evaluating the suitability of the findings and the findings with the research problem, and finally, we tried to create a summary that could answer the problem validly and convincingly, and finally, we interpreted the funding obtained. We get, and we discuss. Finally, based on the data we got and the discussion we carried out in this study, we can conclude that the trend in Indonesian society to accept being a customer of electronic banking is due to the ability and innovation and effectiveness, and practicality of the services provided by banks, especially when a pandemic hits customers or the public, banking is electronics is one alternative solution that is very effective. Hopefully, this finding will be an addition to the complement of financial and banking studies in the future.

Abstract

The Environmental and Forestry Education and Training Center (BDLHK) Pekanbaru as a technical implementing unit has the task and function of providing forestry education and training. In carrying out its duties and functions, BDLHK Pekanbaru still experiencing several forest problems in its working area, education and training has not become an employee career system, the results of the Identification of Training Needs (IKD) have not been able to provide accurate information and the capacity of widyaiswara to carry out teaching activities at certain trainings especially in terms of dealing with the latest issues is still limited. The purpose of this research was to analyze the performance management of BDLHK Pekanbaru and to find out the inhibiting factors. This research uses the performance management theory proposed by Edward Deming which consists of planning, implementation/action, and reviewing. This research uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. The results of this research indicate that the Performance Management of BDLHK Pekanbaru is not running optimally, this can be seen in terms of planning, implementation and monitoring. The obstacles by BDLHK Pekanbaru are the limited capacity of education and training management personnel, adaptation of new patterns in the implementation of education and training also budget recofusing.

Abstract

The increasing demand for electricity by customers caused by various factors such as WFH (work from home), the development of technology that requires electrical energy as its driving force and the increasing population growth rate makes PT. PLN as the main electricity provider need a solution to answer these problems by implementing a program same day service. PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Padang Panjang is the smallest service unit of PT. PLN (Persero) which organizes the Same Day Service program. The Same Day Service program is presented to cut service time to be more effective. The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the Implementation of the Same Day Service Program and its inhibiting factors. This research used the theory of policy implementation proposed by George C. Edward III which consists of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Same Day Service Program at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Padang Panjang has not run optimally. The inhibiting factors for the Same Day Service Program are the lack of socialization of the implementor to the program targets, the lack of human and financial resources and the mechanism set out in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which does not pay attention to the inhibiting aspects in the program implementation process.
