Abstract

In learning, teachers often only deliver material conventionally in class, namely using the lecture method, causing students to be inactive when learning takes place. Using the right method or model is very important to increase student activity. Therefore, this research aims to foster aspects of student activity in learning science and science class IV semester II TP 2024/2025 at SDN 5 Anjani. Improving the quality of learning applies a problem-based learning model with the lesson study model and its implementation is carried out in 3 activities, namely: 1) Plan (planning), Do (implementation and observation), and See (reflection). This research was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The research sample was class IV students at SDN 5 Anjani, semester II of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 22 students. The results of this research show an increase in students' activeness in science learning from cycle I to cycle II, namely indicators of activeness in collaborating, activeness in asking questions, activeness in answering, and activeness in discussion. Increased student activity due to the implementation of the Lesson Study-based Problem Based Learning model.

Abstract

The curriculum is fundamental in the implementation of learning. The curriculum as a plan that leads to national education goals has developed over time. This writing aims to evaluate the implementation of the Arabic curriculum at MAN 1 Gresik whether the application of the independent curriculum is appropriate and describes the content of learning outcomes, the flow of learning objectives and the teaching modules used. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction stages, present data and draw conclusions. Data validity uses triangulation. The result of this study is that in the context of Arabic language learning at MAN 1 Gresik, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has run in accordance with the principles of the curriculum. Learning outcomes, flow of learning objectives, and teaching modules have been systematically designed and adapted by subject teachers. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has been integrated in the Merdeka Curriculum at the Junior High School (SMP) level. Using a literature study approach, this research analyzes various relevant and credible literature sources. The results of the study show that the Merdeka Curriculum has significant potential in accommodating the values of the SDGs through a project-based, contextual, and learner-centered learning approach. However, this integration still faces a number of challenges, such as limited teacher understanding, lack of supporting resources, and lack of specific policies that direct the strengthening of SDGs in learning practices. Therefore, cross-sectoral support is needed to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of SDGs integration in schools. This research is expected to be an initial reference for the development of more sustainability-oriented education policies.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed how university students’ access and manage information, including mental health resources now readily available through Google. This study aims to examine the role of Google as a digital literacy platform in supporting students' mental health, specifically focusing on their ability to independently search for, verify, and manage mental health information. Using a quantitative survey method, the research involved students from various faculties selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire based on the Tular Nalar (2020) digital literacy competency indicators, which consist of three levels: Basic, Responsive, and Resilient. The findings reveal that most students actively utilize Google and have a solid basic understanding of its features for searching for mental health information. However, there are gaps in advanced skills, particularly in information verification, content management, and ethical information sharing. These results highlight the need to strengthen digital literacy, emphasizing not only technical skills but also critical and ethical considerations. This study introduces an innovative approach by integrating Google usage with locally relevant digital literacy competency measurements and provides strategic recommendations for developing adaptive digital literacy curricula to address mental health challenges in the digital era.
