Abstract

The aims of this research is to know challenges that faced by teachers in applying innovative math learning. This research use descriptive approach and qualitative method. The data were collected using interview and documentation. The data that has been collected were analyzed by using some steps; data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The subject of this research is all teachers at SDN Tundung. Based on the analysis result, it was found that challenges that the teachers faced are covid-19 pandemic, online learning, decreased student interest in learning mathematics, and teachers who are not ready for innovative learning. Skills that needed to solve the problem are take advantage of existing media, increase the ability in using technology, complete the facilities and infrastructure, exchange information with professional friends about innovative learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of picture-assisted storytelling method on the speaking skills of third grade students of SDN 1 Sakra Selatan. This type of research is experimental research, with a Quasi-Experimental Design type of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all third-grade students of SDN 1 Sakra Selatan. Sampling was carried out using the Census/ Total Sampling technique. Data collection methods in this study used observation sheets and performance test. Observation sheets are used to determine the implementation of learning with the storytelling method assisted by picture media, while performance tests are used to assess student’s speaking skills. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T-Test, the significance value or Sig (2-tailed) is 0,002, which means it is less than 0,05. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the picture-assisted storytelling method on the speaking skills of the third-grade students of SDN 1 Sakra Selatan.

Abstract

This study is an experimental study (Quasi Experiment) which aims to determine the effect of the Inside Outside Circle model on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN Gugus 01, Sakra Timur District in Social Studies Learning in the 2020/2021 academic year. The design of this study used the Noneequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students of SDN Gugus 01, East Sakra District. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the samples are class IV SDN 1 Lepak as the experimental class and class IV SDN 3 Lepak as the control class. Data collection methods used in the form of observation and test learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes data are in the form of pretest and posttest. Normality test is carried out by calculating data in the form of pretest and posttest results, then after the data is normally distributed, homogeneity test is carried out obtained from the results of posttest data calculations, then hypothesis testing is carried out with t test using student posttest data calculations. Based on the learning outcomes data analyzed using the t-test (t-test) obtained tcount of 4.037 while ttable of 2.052 at the 5% confidence level. This explanation shows that tcount is greater than ttable so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. shows that there is an influence of the Inside Outside Circle model on student learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using manipulative learning media on the learning motivation of 5th graders at SDN 3 Gunngsari in the 2020/2021 school year. This research is motivated by the use of manipulative learning media in increasing students' learning motivation. Data collection methods used are Observation, Documentation, and Questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis technique. Descriptive data analysis technique is distribution, while inferential analysis technique is using Test (t) , and Sie Effect. The results of the normality test showed that the data was normally distributed, and the results of the homogeneity test obtained homogeneous data, while the results of the Hypothesis Test showed that there was a significant influence on the use of manipulative learning media on the learning motivation of 5th grade students at SDN 3 Gunungsari in the 2020/2021 academic year. This can be seen from the results of observations of the implementation of the use of manipulative learning media in the experimental group, namely in the first treatment a total score of 77.5 with good criteria, while in the second treatment the total score obtained was 82.5 with very good criteria. sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.005 < 0.05 or t count is greater than t table, because there are ( t count 3,525 and t table 1,8125 with df 10 with alpha 0.05, which means that there is a difference which is significant, and the effect size test shows a high influence, and there is an effect of the use of manipulative learning media on the learning motivation of 5th graders at SDN 3 Gunungsari in the 2020/2021 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Card Match Circle learning media that are suitable for use in social studies learning for grade IV in elementary school, to find out how to use media in social studies learning and to find out whether Card Match Circle media is effective in improving social studies learning outcomes. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). The research model used is the ADDIE model developed by Benny (2010: 125). In the first stage the average validation results by material experts obtained a score of 34 with an average of 4.25 where the value lies in the interval 3.40 > X 4.21 and the average validation of media experts in the first stage obtained a score of 52 with an average 4.72 where the value lies in the interval 3.40 > X 4.21 and the media validation in the second stage obtains an average score of 53 with a mean of 4.81 where the value lies in the interval X > 4.21 and the results student responses obtained an average total score of 245 with an average of 4.53 where the value lies in the interval X > 4.21. It can be concluded that the IPS card match circle learning media is very good so it is suitable to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the perceptions of parents of fifth-graders at SDN 1 Aikmel Barat regarding the implementation of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with the research subject of teachers and parents of class V SDN 1 Aikmel Barat. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis uses the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, namely through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in general the perception of parents was included in the unfavorable category with an overall percentage of 43.42%. In particular, parents' perceptions of online learning are the results of the analysis of response indicators, the percentage is 56.3%. This shows that parents' perceptions are quite good about online classroom media and online learning facilities. The percentage of opinion obtained is 42.06%, this shows that parents' perceptions are not good about online learning materials and parental assistance during online learning. The assessment indicator obtained a score of 31.9%, this shows that parents' perceptions are not good about the implementation of online learning methods.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and examine the foundations for cultivating a love of reading as material for the preparation of regional regulations. This study uses a legal research methodology with the approaches used in this research, namely the statutory approach, the case approach, and the conceptual approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, document study and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the basis for the formation of regional regulations is based on philosophical, sociological and juridical studies.

The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Implementation of the Independent Campus Policy (Study at Samawa University), This study aims to determine the Impact of the COMID-19 Pandemic on the Implementation of the Independent Campus Policy. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the predominant learning approach used by students based on phenomenography theory. This research is focused on a learning approach based on phenomenography theory (1) Deep Approach learning approach. (2) Surface Approach learning approach. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, using a phenomenographic approach. Obtaining data was done by using the thinking aloud test method, and semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was performed on 6th-semester students through several stages (1) Preparation of transcripts (2) Data reduction (3) Data organization (4) Category of Description. Furthermore, to test the validity of the data, a triangulation of methods was carried out to check the correctness of the data obtained from the informants using different data collection techniques. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the sixth semester of economic education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Samawa University dominantly use the Surface Approach, while a small proportion uses the deep learning approach.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is rich in culture, customs, religion, and habits that grow, develop, and be preserved in the lives of our people. Through the preservation process, it is not only built in the community but also occurs in educational practice, both formal and non-formal education. This phenomenon certainly raises several questions, the first is what is the form of education based on local wisdom? And second, how is the government's policy in an effort to accommodate education based on local wisdom? This study uses a literature study whose findings come from research results and other library materials and then analyzed using qualitative analysis. So it was found that education based on local wisdom is education that comes from human potential, religious potential, cultural potential, and natural potential which are indirectly and unplanned actualized in the form of education in schools. In this education accommodation, through government policies, namely through the 1945 Constitution and Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System.
