Abstract

One alternative that is expected to overcome the problem of poverty is the active participation of the community in developing cash waqf or management of productive waqf. If the potential of this waqf can be coordinated and managed properly, then this can provide an alternative contribution to the positive solution to the problem of poverty. However, the potential of waqf cannot be utilized optimally because of obstacles. This study is qualitative research that uses descriptive exploratory research designs. The data collection techniques used are conducting interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis. The use of the analytical method is in accordance with the type of data produced, namely qualitative data in the form of interviews and documentation, regarding what are the obstacles in the management of productive waqf. After the research was carried out, the results found that the obstacles in the management of the first productive endowments were HR or Nazhir factors. Employment as Nazhir was a side job, so work as Nazhir was carried out if there was free time. Both the allotment property or waqf pledges. In general, wakif, when carrying out waqf pledges, immediately mentions the allocation of waqf assets. Third, the socialization has not been maximized. Fourth is financial or fund factors because managing waqf assets requires no small amount of funds.

Abstract

This study aims to find out which learning model produces better mathematics learning achievement and creativity, students who are subject to mind mapping-based MURDER learning models or MURDER learning models (M). The population in this study were eighth-grade students of State Middle Schools in Magelang District. Sampling is done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire method learning achievement tests. Testing the hypothesis in this study uses a two-way MANOVA analysis with unequal cells. The results showed that first, students with mind mapping-based MURDER learning models produced achievements that were as effective as students with MURDER learning models, and students with mind mapping-based MURDER learning models produced better creativity than students with MURDER learning models.

Abstract

The large amount of competition in the business world today makes every company must have a specific strategy to deal with it. Companies must be able to survive and even continue to grow. One way is to maintain existing customers. Companies must be able to maintain customer loyalty. Trust in the brand is part of the consumer perception that the goods or services purchased or used can be relied upon and provide guarantees that they are not detrimental. The design of this study was designed in the form of field research, where the research data and information were obtained from research field activities. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the type of causality. The sampling technique uses the judgment sampling method, namely sampling with certain considerations. The sample of this study was 69 respondents. The data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression (t-Test and F Test) with the help of SPSS for Windows 15.0. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that brand characteristics variables, company characteristics and consumer-brand characteristics have a significant influence on brand loyalty both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Understanding the Qur'an can be achieved easily, using the correct interpretation method so that it will produce the intended understanding. Therefore the attention of the Ulama is very great to explore and understand the meanings contained in the Holy Qur'an. So that the various interpretations and methods of interpretation are diverse, and in that interpretation, it seems clear that there is a development of the interpretation of the Qur'an and the style of thought of the interpreters themselves. This study is a literature study with a qualitative approach because the data used are qualitative data. A literature study is research that uses data obtained from library materials, both in the form of books, magazines, journals, newspapers and other literary sources. The the essence of the explanation above is that the Scientific Interpretation is proof that the verses of the Qur'an are in accordance with the proof of Science, even something that has just been discovered, has been explained in the Qur'an before. Likewise, from the explanation of the Hermeneutic Interpretation, we can conclude that the Hermeneutic Interpretation is the Interpreter who adopts the method of interpretation of the Western Bible, which in this method is expected to give rise to the superiority of the results of the Interpretation with other methods.

Abstract

This study uses literature, the research is carried out by tracing and examining the literature as a qualitative study and conducting interviews directly with the authors of the Qur'anic Translation in Mandar Language as well as the parties involved in this study in order to support and strengthen existing data. In data collection is done by distinguishing between primary and secondary data. Primary data is the object of this study, namely the Qur'anic Translation in Mandar Language by M. Idham Khalid Bodi. While secondary data are books of the Qur'an, the art of translating, as well as the Mandar books, which enrich the subject such as, the Dictionary of Mandar Language, Mandar Grammar, Mandar History. The results of this study can be described as the translation methodology used by Idham in his work is that he translates the Qur'an into Mandar language, not literally absolutely nor in absolute meaning because sometimes he gives sufficient explanation directly to the form in parentheses rather than footnotes. In his translation, Idham has not been fully consistent in using the Mandar language. This can be found in the non-uniformity of the language used, the writing of Mandar letters which should be in accordance with phonology/speech but sometimes forgotten, then the use of various dialects
