Abstract

This research aims to know the information about the tendency of the mathematics learning achievement and activeness of students in SMP N 2 Tempuran VII grade by snowball throwing and conventional model, to determind which method will give good achievement in mathematics, between cooperative snowball throwing type and the conventional method, to know which the mathematics learning achievement that is better among high, medium, and low activeness, to know the interactions between application of learning model and activeness level. The population of this research was all students of class VII consist of 5 classes in SMP N 2 Tempuran 2013/2014. The research sample of 2 classes was taken by cluster sampling technique. The data analysis uses descriptive analysis and two-way ANAVA analysis. The results of the analysis in the research are: 1) the mathematics learning achievement of class experiment is very high (), (2) the mathematics learning achievement of class control is high (, (3) the activeness of class experiment is moderate (), (4) The activeness of class control is low (), (5) Class experiment has better learning achievement than class control (= 4.5386), (6) the mathematics learning achievement of students who have high activeness is better than students who have moderate activeness, the mathematics learning achievement of students who have moderate activeness is better than students who have low activeness, the mathematics learning achievement of students who have high activeness is better than students who have low activeness (= 9.94245), (7) There is no interaction between learning model and activeness level of students based on the mathematics learning achievement of students. ( = 4.555).

Abstract

Pengasuh atau kiai dalam pondok pesantren memiliki peranan sentral dalam proses pembentukan karakter santri, namun peranan tersebut tidak dapat berjalan maksimal jika tidak ada keterlibatan orang tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan pengasuh dan orang tua dalam pembentukan karakter santri Tarbiyatul Athfal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keteladanan pengasuh pondok pesantren Tarbiyatul Athfal yang meliputi 1) rasa hormat, 2) sabar dan tabah, 3) kerja keras, 4) sederhana dan 5) tawakal. Orang juga dapat berperan dalam pembentukan karakter berupa 1) keteladanan dan 2) pembiasaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orang tua melaksanakan pendidikan karakter melalu fungsi pendidikan dan fungsi religius. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah baik pengasuh maupun orang tua memiliki peranan dalam proses pendidikan karakter santri.

Abstract

This study aims to find out which learning model produces better mathematics learning achievement and creativity, students who are subject to mind mapping-based MURDER learning models or MURDER learning models (M). The population in this study were eighth grade students of State Middle Schools in Magelang District. Sampling is done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire method, learning achievement tests. Testing the hypothesis in this study uses two-way MANOVA analysis with unequal cells. The results showed that first students with mind mapping based MURDER learning models produced achievements that were as effective as students with MURDER learning models, and students with mind mapping-based MURDER learning models produced better creativity than students with MURDER learning models.

Abstract

MSME Shredded Cow Head is one of the MSMEs located in Tosari Hamlet, Kebonagung, Tegalrejo. This MSME has been established since the 1970s and is now in the 2nd generation. In this study, there are several obstacles. The MSME Shredded Head Cows do not understand much about technical knowledge and do not have a strategy to develop an online business. Besides that, the MSMEs also have difficulty carrying out these business bookkeeping reports. The method used in this study is the ABCD method by collecting data in interviews. This study aims to change marketing strategies through social media and marketplaces so that MSME actors can expand their marketing reach.

Abstract

Literacy is one of the main components in the development of human resources. However, Indonesian people have very low literacy. The study results show that village Taman Baca is still very low. In addition, the reading facilities and infrastructure provided in the village reading park are also still limited. This community service activity aims to improve the management of the reading garden in Pringombo Village to improve literacy culture in the community. The method used is participation which involves the active involvement of village government officials, the academic community, and the community. The stages of service activities are observing, discussing, implementing, and socializing. The results of the village Taman Baca arrangement activities have been carried out following the plans and targets set, such as adding to the book collection, conducting an inventory, classification, and administration of the village Taman Baca. Thus, the existence of the village reading park is expected to increase the reading literacy of the village community.

Abstract

Reading is an activity that is beneficial for everyone. The low interest in reading students greatly affects the quality and quality of education in Indonesia. Learning programs at the elementary school level, especially in the lower grades, are directed at building reading skills. This study aimed to determine the impact of the silaba method of learning assistance on the reading ability of elementary school-age children in Babadan 01 hamlet. The tutoring method used is the silaba method. To facilitate the program, learning media is used, namely letter box media. The method in this activity is to use an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The evaluation was carried out with tests given to children, as well as interviews with children's parents, to measure the results of the tutoring program that had been implemented. As a result of this service program, children who initially could not read became able to read. The implementation of this tutoring activity went smoothly without significant obstacles.

Abstract

Poverty according to islam is dangerous thing for morality,logical think,family and people. Poverty alleviation effort is the one of the main focus on islam is the existence of economic empowernment teachings for weak people. Islam views human resourches profesionally became the main agenda to empowernment poeple. One step of government policy to pressing poverty rate are through program RTLH (Rumah Tidak Layak Huni)/unhebitable house. This program is stimulant help from government to improve equitable house construction that livable from people. This research are use interview and document study metode that be held in Banyuwangi and Sukodadi vilaage.kecamatan Bandongan Kabupaten Magelang. Obstacle in RTLH program is till now increase along with high of natality rate with low of parents education. Economic development requires Islamic economic principles in managing existing resources. The principle of justice is to distribute wealth to all people so that there is no inequality of income distribution. Khalifah (leadership) that we as caliphs on this earth who have been bestowed by Allah in the form of abundant natural wealth are used as productive capital to be processed to achieve the common good.

Abstract

Learning to read and write in Arabic Pegon is not just a skill reserved for students in Islamic boarding schools, but it can also be an additional insight for students who have never learned it or are unfamiliar with it. The purpose of introducing the basics of Pegon writing is to facilitate students in understanding the yellow books (traditional Islamic texts). Additionally, this activity aims to cultivate students' enthusiasm for embracing the traditions of scholars and Islamic boarding schools, so they are not easily influenced by foreign cultures with their Latin language instruments. This community service adopted the ABCD approach, which consists of five main stages: Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny. As a result of the learning activities provided with the ABCD approach, students were able to master the patterns of Pegon Arabic writing and apply them in understanding the texts according to the existing rules, as well as read them correctly. Thus, the introduction to basic Pegon writing at Walisongo 2 Junior High School served as an initial foundation for seventh-grade students to master the skills of reading and writing Arabic Pegon, enabling them to be prepared to study yellow books such as Fiqh, Tajwid, and Tauhid. Consequently, in the following grades, seventh-grade students will find it easier to understand yellow books both in reading and writing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program Full Day School dalam membentuk karakter disiplin dan kemandirian pada peserta didik di TK An-Nahdliyyah Grabag, Kabupaten Magelang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah, tiga guru, dan lima orang tua murid sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Full Day School dapat meningkatkan disiplin dan kemandirian siswa melalui berbagai strategi, termasuk pengaturan jadwal yang ketat, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan keterlibatan aktif orang tua. Komitmen pendidik dan dukungan orang tua merupakan faktor pendukung utama dalam keberhasilan program ini. Namun, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi beberapa hambatan, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, keragaman latar belakang siswa, dan tantangan dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara beban akademik dan kesejahteraan emosional siswa. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi sekolah dan pendidik dalam mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan program Full Day School yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengevaluasi dampak jangka panjang dari Full Day School serta studi komparatif dengan model pendidikan lainnya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi pada literatur pendidikan mengenai Full Day School tetapi juga menawarkan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar.
