<![CDATA[The victims of the crime of trafficking in persons in marriage are experienced by women. Therefore, victims of the crime of trafficking in persons in marriages must obtain maximum protection. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain and analyze the decision No. 264/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Mjk. This type of research is normative juridical research using the statue approach and case approach, primary and secondary sources of legal material and deductive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of criminal law to offenses in Decision 264/Pid.Sus/20201PN Mjk is not in accordance with Law no. 21 of 2007 concerning the eradication of the crime of trafficking in persons and Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage. By imposing a sentence, the judge makes judgments that are in accordance with the facts and disclosures in court. but both in terms of substance and form of testing, it is not in accordance with the current law. In this case, the defendant is sentenced to 1 (one) year in prison. The benefit of this research is that the public knows and obtains an explanation regarding the analysis of the decision Number 264/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Mjk.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes whether the application of administrative sanctions for business entities that do not participate in the health BPJS has been fulfilled properly or not, using the Socio Legal research method and the Sociological Juridical approach, the results are obtained in a condition that is actually in the field that there is still a lack of understanding of rights and obligations. This causes many business entities to be negligent of the rights and obligations of their employees. The conclusion that can be drawn in the application of administrative sanctions in general in its application to BPJS Kesehatan Sidoarjo business entities (employers) only reaches the stage of written reprimand and mostly after receiving written warnings 2 (two) times, the business entities immediately register their workers as PPU participants. <![CDATA[It should be noted that the Job Creation Law No.11/2020 has caused many contradictions and differences of opinion. This is because at the time of drafting the law, it was considered too hasty to implement the omnibus law in Indonesia and very close to stakeholders, which shows that there is no openness of information and discussion space with the wider community. Anwar Usman, chairman of the legal panel emphasized that the Job Creation Law is formally flawed and therefore declared unconstitutional with conditions. Then some time ago it was passed by the DPR into Law No.6/2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No.2/2022 concerning Job Creation. The amendment of Perpu on Job Creation No. 2/2022 in the labor cluster does not fully provide protection for workers, instead what happens is a reduction in normative rights as workers/laborers. As the theory of the rule of law, legal protection, human rights, labor law and political formation should be able to create protection for workers, which we know so far the rights of workers have always been weaker than employers.]]>

<![CDATA[Cases of criminal acts involving children are very common. One of them is the case of sexual violence committed by minors. This can happen for various reasons. One of them is the lack of supervision from parents, inadequate access to sexual education for children, and also the lack of control over technological developments in internet use. The purpose of this study was to analyze the decision of the Tenggarong District Court Number 29/Pid.Sus-Anak/2017/Pn .Trg concerning Children as Perpetrators of Sexual Violence is in accordance with Law no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System. The benefit of this research is that the author hopes that this research can provide insight as a reference and reference material for the community and academics to increase knowledge in enriching the science of juvenile criminal justice. The research method that the author uses is normative juridical using a case approach. The results of this study explain that the judge's consideration of the actions of child perpetrators is sentenced to 1 year in prison and 6 months of job training. However, this does not take into account Law Number 71 paragraph 3 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. that children cannot be sentenced to cumulative penalties, namely fines and imprisonment. Fines can only be replaced by job training. The analysis of the legal material used is deductive reasoning analysis, namely the preparation using a hypothesis or temporary answer. <![CDATA[Sexual violence in Indonesia has increased every year, both for children, adolescents, and adults. So legal protection is needed in the form of providing guarantees for security, tranquility, welfare, peace as a form of legal certainty for children to avoid sexual violence. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the decision of the Padang Pariaman District Court Number 18/pid.sus-anak/2018/pn pmn regarding legal protection for children as victims of sexual violence. More about the legal topic of juridical analysis of the decision of the Padang Pariaman District Court Number 18/pid.sus-anak/2018/pn pmn regarding legal protection of children as victims of criminal acts of sexual violence. This research method uses a normative juridical method with a case approach. The results of this study indicate that the author does not agree with the judge's consideration in imposing a sentence on the defendant because he did not pay attention to Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, which states that the minimum sentence is 5 years for perpetrators, while (one half) for child offenders in the Act. – Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. So that if sentenced to 1 year 4 months on the perpetrator is considered unfair to the victim. The analysis of legal materials used is deductive reasoning analysis, namely the preparation using a hypothesis or temporary answer. Meanwhile, this study applies a general to specific pattern.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and provide an explanation of the relationship adversity quotient with work performance on account officers at PT. PBR Independent Assets and Groups. The method of this research is quantitative with 156 account officer employees as subjects. The determination of subjects uses a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are taken as samples. The variables in this study are adversity quotient and work performance. Collecting data in this study used an adversity quotient scale made by researchers with a Likert scale model and work performance. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between the adversity quotient and work performance. Data analysis in this study used product moment correlation statistical tests with the help of SPSS 18 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between the adversity quotient and the work performance of account officers at PT. BPR Self and Group Assets with a value of r = 0.438 with a significance value of 0.000 (P <0.05). This means that the higher the adversity quotient owned by the account officer, the higher the work performance produced and vice versa, the lower the adversity quotient owned, the lower the work performance.]]>

<![CDATA[A company is expected to create a comfortable and conducive working atmosphere so that employee job satisfaction can increase and create a good organizational climate. This is the background of this research. This study aims to determine "The Relationship between Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction of Indomaret Retail Store Employees in the Sidoarjo Region". The X variable is Organizational Climate and the Y variable is Job Satisfaction. The sample in this study were Indomaret retail store employees in Sidoarjo, which are located in 3 sub-districts, namely, Porong, Tanggulangin, and Candi with a total of 191 employees. The cluster sampling technique was used in this study with a scale-building model, namely the job satisfaction scale and the organizational climate scale. On the job satisfaction scale it was found that the validity value moved from 0.082 to 0.599 and the results of the job satisfaction scale reliability test obtained the Alpha Cronbach's reliability coefficient of 0.902 with a total of 34 valid items. While the organizational climate scale found validity values that moved from 0.065 to 0.391 and the results of the organizational climate scale reliability test obtained Alpha Cronbach's reliability coefficient of 0.916 with a total of 34 valid items. The method used in this research is descrptive qualitative with the help of SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of data analysis on the organizational climate scale with the job satisfaction scale obtained rxy = 0.694 with a sig. 0.000 <0.050 which means the hypothesis can be interpreted that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Student is an individual who is in the process of studying a particular discipline. One of the biggest challenges when someone becomes a student is working on a thesis as one of the final forms of the study program being undertaken. Many factors influence how quickly and persistently a person completes it, one of which is social support. This study aims to factually describe how the level of social support is for psychology students who are working on their thesis. This study used quantitative research methods, then used a descriptive approach. The sample of this study was 149 students from a total of 254 student population. The measuring instrument used in this study is the social support scale which is compiled based on 4 aspects of social support and has been tested valid and reliable to use. After the data has been collected and processed, it can be concluded that informative with total of 35% percentage and instrumental support with 41% total of percentage is the highest type of social support obtained by the sample, while emotional support and appreciation support obtained by the research sample is still low with each percentage 34% and 35%.]]>

<![CDATA[Self-efficacy and learning achievement are very important for every student to have in the learning process. When students have high self-efficacy, students will have power or ease in the learning process. There are difficulties in carrying out learning which include a lack of confidence when presenting in front of the class, easily discouraged when finding difficult assignments and cheating behavior when repeating. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and learning achievement in SMK YPM 8 Sidoarjo. The sample in this study was 129 students majoring in electrical engineering. The data collection technique used the self-efficacy and learning achievement scales using the Likert scale method. The reliability of the self-efficacy scale was tested using the saturated sampling technique and the results obtained from the 19 item reliability yield values were 0.825. The analysis technique used in this study is the Pearson correlation technique assisted by jasp 0.14.1.0 for windows. The results of the analysis of the data obtained with significance (p = 0.072 > 0.05), the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and student achievement in the electrical department of SMK YPM 8 Sidoarjo.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low readiness of students to enter elementary school in grade 1 students of SD Negeri Sidokare 2 Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental involvement and children's readiness to enter elementary school in grade 1 SD Negeri Sidokare 2 Sidoarjo. This type of research is correlational quantitative. The variables in this study are parental involvement as the independent variable and children's readiness to enter elementary school as the dependent variable. The population of this research is 66 students. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling. Data were collected using a psychological scale with the Likert scale model and the NST test kit, namely the parental involvement scale and the NST test kit for children's readiness to enter elementary school. Analysis of the data in this study used the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique with the help of the SPSS 26.0 for windows program. The results of the correlation analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.461 (significance 0.000 <0.05) meaning that the research hypothesis was accepted, namely that there was a significant positive relationship between the variable parental involvement and the variable readiness of children to enter elementary school in grade 1 SD Negeri Sidokare 2 Sidoarjo.]]>
