Abstract

This study discusses the strategy of developing sharia financing products for savings and loans cooperatives on sharia financing towards increasing competitiveness (KSPPS). KSPPS in performing its function is to collect, manage and distribute and distribute funds. The method used in this study is qualitative research as for the influence in the background with interview and documentation methods. The results of this study show that, the Sharia financing product system with a mudhārabah contract at the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative, the existing financing is financing used to help the community which is carried out in the form of deposits and loans by making contracts in accordance with sharia principles. The level of competitiveness in the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative must be gradual, meaning that the increase in competitiveness begins with efforts to win the competition. To find out the various conditions of competitiveness of cooperatives, a form of continuous development is needed, in order to improve the standard of living for cooperatives in the community. the strategy of increasing competitiveness in the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative is through approaches, services and strategies for members of the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative by conducting its payment system via online, namely through an application (member) and it does not stop there also the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative teaches its members how to manage the money lent to members and assist in the business process.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the positive and significant effect of People's Business Credit (KUR) of PT Bank BRI Palakka Unit on increasing the income of Micro and Small Enterprises (UMK) in Watampone City. The population in this study were all customers who borrowed People's Business Credit (KUR) from PT Bank BRI Palakka Unit. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin technique of 66 samples. Data were analyzed using simple regression. The results of the study concluded that People's Business Credit (KUR) had a positive and significant effect on increasing Micro and Small Business Income (UMK) in Watampone City. Based on the research findings, in this study the capital factor makes a major contribution in increasing business income, so it is hoped that related parties will facilitate capital for business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to see the diversification carried out by KSPSS Gumarang Akbar Syariah Mataram in increasing customers or prospective members and increasing competitive advantage. Diversification in the form of product diversification aimed at meeting market needs and maintaining excellence in the midst of intense competition. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the diversification of Murabahah Products is in the form of Murabahah Bil Wakalah Products. The difference in terms of the margin obtained from Murabahah Bil Wakalah products is 1.3%, while for Murabahah financing it is 1.5%. Judging from the data on the significant increase in the number of customers from the use of Murabahah contracts as many as 84, 102 and 120 customers in 2019-2021, accompanied by innovations carried out, the number of customers using innovative products was 112,117,143 customers/members in 2019-2021. This is a promising opportunity to increase the advantages of KSPPS Gumarang Akbar Syariah Mataram.

Abstract

Regional economic growth is measured by the development of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), which is basically the gross added value of goods and services generated from various economic activities. This study aims to describe the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and population on the agricultural sector in Bone Regency for the 2010-2020 period. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, with the method of collecting documentation data. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained through the Official BPS website of Bone Regency. The results of this study show that 1) Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) has no effect on the agricultural sector can be seen from the results of the t test which shows that the significant value produced is 0.059 0.05 so that Ho's potesis is received. 2) The number of people has no effect on the agricultural sector can be seen from the results of the t test which proves that the significant value is high which is 0.146 0.05 so that Ho is accepted. 3) Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and population have a one-way effect on the agricultural sector can be seen from the results of the F test which proved a significant value of 0.49 and the F result of 3.838 F table 3.41.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe implementation of the 5C principles in financial institutions is often not carried out optimally, one of the contributing factors is the existence of targets that must be achieved and the urgent needs of customers so that they take various ways so that their financing applications are accepted. So in this case the author conducted research on the analysis of the urgency of the 5C principle (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition) in minimizing financing risk. The type of research used is field research using a qualitative approach, where the data collected is in the form of data from interviews, observations, and documentation. And the data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis.The results of this study indicate that the 5C principle is very important in assessing the financing feasibility of a prospective customer because the 5C principle has an impact on the success of a financing. The implementation of the 5C principles has been carried out well but risks still exist, both risks originating from customers and unexpected risks.  Keywords: 5C principle, financing risk.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) To find out the types of products offered by BMT Nahdliyin Gunung Lerang, (2) To find out the implementation of sharia compliance in BMT Nahdliyin Gunung Lerang products. This research uses a qualitative approach, the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The subjects of this research are the administrators and members of BMT Nahdliyin Gunung Lerang, the research objects are the products at BMT Nahdliyin Gunung Lerang. The data analysis techniques in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that: (1) The types of products offered by BMT Nahdliyin Gunung Lerang are, Baitul Ma'al Products: Santri Savings, Short Term Financing and Long Term Financing. Then Baitul Tamwil Products: Livestock and Agriculture, (2) Implementation of sharia compliance for BMT Nahdliyin Gunung Lerang products that meet sharia compliance. Based on the first product, namely student savings using a wadiah or deposit agreement which is in accordance with sharia principles. Then short-term and long-term financing products use a qardh contract which refers to providing loans without any additional rewards or benefits. Furthermore, livestock products use a musyarakah agreement, namely cooperation and joint participation between BMT Nahdliyin and investors. Then agricultural products consisting of chilies, eggplant, bananas and sweet potatoes use a mudharabah contract, which is a form of cooperation between capital owners (shahibul maal) and capital managers (mudharib) in certain projects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the human development index (HDI) and unemployment simultaneously have on poverty in Bone Regency in 2011-2021. The research method used is expo facto. The results of this study describe the description of the data, the Development of the Human Development Index (IPM) Unemployment and Poverty in Bone Regency in 2011-2021. This study uses several tests, namely: Multiple linear regression test, Normality test, Heteroscedasticity test, Multicollinearity test, Autocorrelation test. The results of hypothesis testing: t test and f test and the last one is the coefficient of determination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi personal branding, faktor yang menjadi hambatan dalam dalam personal branding, dan strategi personal branding yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan minat nasabah PT. Pegadaian (persero) Cab. Watampone. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang mewawancarai beberapa narasumber. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi personal branding telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, dimana pegawai memiliki karakter yang kuat dalam pekerjaannya, seperti kecepatan dalam bekerja, komunikasi yang baik, penampilan yang rapi, bekerja dengan tepat waktu, transparansi, melayani nasabah dengan ramah serta bekerja dengan ikhlas. Terdapat beberapa faktor hambatan dalam implementasi personal branding yaitu adanya rasa tidak percaya diri, kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dengan baik dan persaingan yang ketat. Adapun strategi personal branding yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan briefing, pelatihan, konsisten, promosi, dan pendekatan dengan nasabah.

Abstract

Dompet digital dan pembayaran digital sebagai bukti adanya perkembangan tersebut. Aplikasi DANA adalah dompet digital Indonesia yang digunakan untuk melakukan transaksi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, data display dan dianalisis data.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran dompet digital Indonesia (DANA) yakni memudahkan masyarakat melakukan pembayaran digital dikarenkan tidak perlu lagi keluar rumah untuk melakukan transaksi, membantu masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya dikarenakan bisa diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun, meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap aplikasi pembayaran digital yang diawasi oleh Bank Indonesia karena privasi sangat dijaga keamanannya, memberikan pelayaan berupa respon yang baik jika penggunanya mengalami masalah pembayaran digital. Mengenai kelebihan dari aplikasi ini ialah aplikasi ini mudah digunakan, bisa diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun, memiliki sistem keamanan yang mumpuni, proses pendaftaran yang sangat praktis, gratis 10 kali transfer setiap bulan, terus mengembangkan inovasi, serta merangkul semakin banyak UMKM. Adapun kekurangan dari aplikasi DANA ialah terkadang mengalami gangguan jaringan, top up saldo hanya bisa dilakukan dengan minimal Rp. 50.000-, memiliki resiko tinggi jika ingin melakukan pergantian nomor serta sering mengalami pembelian produk error.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat literasi produk bank syariah terhadap keputusan masyarakat dalam menabung di BSI Cabang Bone. Menggunakan metode survei dengan desain cross-sectional, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari responden pada satu titik waktu tertentu, sehingga efisien dalam hal waktu dan biaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Bone, Sulawesi Selatan, fokus pada masyarakat sekitar BSI Cabang Bone. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat Bone yang potensial menjadi nasabah Bank BSI, dengan sampel sebanyak 120 responden yang diambil secara acak sederhana dari populasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara literasi produk Bank Syariah dan keputusan menabung masyarakat di BSI Cabang Bone. Literasi produk Bank Syariah memainkan peran penting dalam keputusan menabung, meskipun hanya sekitar 24,6% variasi dalam keputusan menabung yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel ini. Indikasi hubungan linear antara literasi produk dan keputusan menabung memberikan gambaran tentang kompleksitas hubungan antar variabel yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pengembangan strategi literasi keuangan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berarti dalam pemahaman literasi keuangan dan perilaku menabung masyarakat di konteks perbankan syariah.  Selain itu, perlunya pengembangan program literasi keuangan yang lebih terarah dan efektif di BSI Cabang Bone, serta memberikan wawasan bagi lembaga keuangan dan regulator untuk meningkatkan layanan perbankan syariah
